The emerging technologies of Internet of Things （IoT）, soft-ware defined networking （SDN）, and network function virtualization （NFV） have great potential for the information service innovation in the cloud and big data era. The architecture models of IoT, SDN with NFV implementation are studied in this paper. A general SDN-based loT framework with NFV implantation is presented. This framework takes advantages of SDN and NFV and improves IoT architecture.

Particle systems are important building block for simulating vivid and detail-rich effects in virtual *** of the most difficult aspects of particle systems has been detecting collisions between particles and mesh *** to the huge computation,a variety of proxy-based approaches have been proposed recently to perform visually correct ***,all either limit the complexity of the scene,fail to guarantee non-penetration,or are too slow for real-time use with many *** this paper,we propose a new octree-based proxy for colliding particles with meshes on the *** approach works by subdividing the scene mesh with an octree in which each leaf node associates with a representative normal corresponding to the normals of the triangles that intersect the *** present a view-visible method,which is suitable for both closed and non-closed models,to label the empty leaf nodes adjacent to nonempty ones with appropriate back/front property,allowing particles to collide with both sides of the scene *** show how collisions can be performed robustly on this proxy structure in place of the original mesh,and describe an extension that allows for fast traversal of the octree structure on the *** experiments show that the proposed method is fast enough for real-time performance with millions of particles interacting with complex scenes.

Structural Sparse Representation for Object Detection

Classic sparse representation, as one of prevalent feature learning methods, is successfully applied for different computer vision tasks. However it has some intrinsic defects in object detection. Firstly, how to learn a discriminative dictionary for object detection is a hard problem. Secondly, it is usually very time-consuming to learn dictionary based features in a traditional exhaustive search manner like sliding window. In this paper, we propose a novel feature learning framework for object detection with the structure sparsity constraint and classification error minimization constraint to learn a discriminative dictionary. For improving the efficiency, we just learn sparse representation coefficients from object candidate regions and feed them to a kernelized SVM classifier. Experiments on inria Person Dataset and Pascal VOC 2007 challenge dataset clearly demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach compared with two state-of-the-art baselines.

With the rapid increase of link speed and network throughput in recent years,much more attention has been paid to the work of obtaining statistics over speed traffic *** is a challenging problem to identify heavy hitters in high-speed and dynamically changing data streams with less memory and computational overhead with high measurement *** this paper,we combine Bloom Filter with exponential histogram to query streams in the sliding window so as to identify heavy *** method is called EBF *** sketch structure allows for effective summarization of streams over time-based sliding windows with guaranteed probabilistic *** can be employed to address problems such as maintaining frequency statistics and finding heavy *** experimental results validate our theoretical claims and verifies the effectiveness of our techniques.

This study addresses the problem of under-determined speech source separation from multichannel microphone signals,*** convolutive mixtures of multiple *** time-domain signals are first transformed to the short-time Fourier transform(STFT)*** represent the room filters in the STFT domain,instead of the widely used narrowband assumption,the authors propose to use a more accurate model,*** convolutive transfer function(CTF).At each frequency band,the CTF coefficients of the mixing filters and the STFT coefficients of the sources are jointly estimated by maximising the likelihood of the microphone signals,which is resolved by an expectation-maximisation *** show that the proposed method provides very satisfactory performance under highly reverberant environments.

The aim of this paper is to derive a stable and efficient scheme for solving the one-dimensional time-fractional nonlinear Schrodinger equation set in an unbounded *** first derive absorbing boundary conditions for the fractional system by using the unified approach introduced in[47,48]and a linearization ***,the initial boundary-value problem for the fractional system with ABCs is discretized,a stability analysis is developed and the error estimate O(h^(2)+τ)is *** accel-erate the L1-scheme in time,a sum-of-exponentials approximation is introduced to speed-up the evaluation of the Caputo fractional *** resulting algorithm is highly efficient for long time ***,we end the paper by reporting some numerical simulations to validate the properties(accuracy and efficiency)of the derived scheme.
