An Image/Video Self-Description Scheme for MPEG-7

In this paper, we propose an self describing scheme for interoperable image /video content descriptions, which can accommodate the objective of MPEG 7 standard. The objective of this standard is to maximize content focused multimedia applications. In order to provide full interoperability and flexibility, we use the eXtensible Markup Language( XML ) to express the self describing scheme. We will demonstrate the flexibility and efficiency of our self describing scheme.

Verifiable (t, n) Threshold Signature Scheme Based on Elliptic Curve

Based on tht difficulty of solving the ECDLP (elliptic curve discretelogarithm problem) on the finite field, we present a (t, n) threshold signature scheme and averifiable key agreement scheme without trusted party. Applying a modified elliptic curve signatureequation, we gel a more efficient signature scheme than the existing ECDSA (elliptic curve digitalsignature algorithm) from the computability and security view. Our scheme has a shorter key, fastercomputation, and better security.
