There are numerous information technology solutions including hardware and software. A company that provides the solution should have knowledge of the customer needs in the purpose of sailing strategy or upgrade policy. The needs are also directly connected to the user satisfaction. However, the users have respective points of view in the needs as well as they may not identify the requirements to improve the solution. SERVQUAL can be an appropriate method to define and measure the customer satisfaction for the information technology solutions. As a case study of the customer satisfaction, the modified SERVQUAL items and scoring method are applied to a cyber-infrastructure system named CyberL ab in Korea. The measurement results of user satisfaction for CyberL ab are provided to confirm that our proposed method performs as we intended. From the results, we can score the satisfaction level of users and identify their needs in the various aspects. The total user satisfaction level for CyberL ab is scored by 88.3.

Geographic information technologies(GIT)have matured,have become pervasive throughout many types of organizations over recent decades and gained a wide range of attention in diverse sectors of *** goal of this paper is to identify the main drivers and uses of GIT in organizations and to give an overview of GIT uses in developing countries with a focus on a case study developed for Mozambique by analyzing the results of a survey of 123 Mozambican organizations that are current GIT *** results show that the main drivers behind are compatibility,complexity,competitive pressure,donor pressure,government policy,intention to adopt,innovation,relative advantage,security,and technology *** of the public and private sectors use GIT for customer/resource/risk management,decision support,education,research,monitoring,prediction,simulation,suitability analysis,sustainability,use and access.

Characterized by networking,digitization,and intellectualization,the new generation of information and Communication Technologies(ICTs)has promoted integration of various national economic industries,with a more significant leading role in the socio-economic *** order to describe the influence of ICT industries on economic growth,this paper has comprehensively analyzed the contribution mechanism of ICTs to current *** indicators,such as Total Telecommunications Business(TTB),Data Traffic(DT),and Computing Power Development Index(CPDI),have been innovatively selected to sufficiently describe the data circulation scale and the processing capacity in the era of digital *** on relevant statistics of 31 provinces(municipalities or autonomous regions)in China from 2011 to 2020,quantitative results have been put forward to interpret the impact of ICT industries on the national economy development by using correlation coefficient analysis and data regression analysis *** measurement results show that TTB,DT,and CPDI are positively correlated with the national economic development,indicating that each 1%increasement of TTB,DT,and CPDI increases Gross Domestic Product(GDP)by 0.08%,0.09%,and 0.6%,respectively.

A comprehensive methodology that integrates Revised Universal Soil Loss Equation （RUSLE） model and Geographic information System （GIS） techniques was adopted to determine the soil erosion vulner- ability of a forested mountainous sub-watershed in Kerala, India. The spatial pattern of annual soil erosion rate was obtained by integrating geo-environmental variables in a raster based GIS method. GIS data layers including, rainfall erosivity （R）, soil erodability （K）, slope length and steepness （LS）, cover management （C） and conservation practice （P） factors were computed to determine their effects on average annual soil loss in the area. The resultant map of annual soil erosion shows a maximum soil loss of 17.73 t h-1 y i with a close relation to grass land areas, degraded forests and deciduous forests on the steep side-slopes （with high LS ）. The spatial erosion maps generated with RUSLE method and GIS can serve as effective inputs in deriving strategies for land planning and management in the environmentally sensitive mountainous areas.
