In this paper,considering the cost of base station,coverage,call quality,and other practical factors,a multi-objective optimal site planning scheme is ***,based on practical needs,mathematical modeling methods were used to establish mathematical expressions for the three sub-objectives of cost objectives,coverage objectives,and quality ***,a multi-objective optimization model was established by combining threshold and traffic volume *** order to reduce the time complexity of optimization,a non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm(NSGA)is used to solve the multi-objective optimization problem of site ***,a strategy for clustering and optimizing weak coverage areas was *** order to avoid redundant neighborhood retrieval during cluster expansion,the Fast Density-Based Spatial Clustering of Applications with Noise(FDBSCAN)clustering method was *** different sub-objectives as the main objectives,this paper obtained the distribution map of weak coverage areas before and after the establishment of new base stations,as well as relevant site planning maps,and provided three planning schemes for different main *** simulation results show that the traffic coverage of the three station planning schemes is above 90%.The change in the main optimization objective will result in a significant difference between the cost of the three solutions and the coverage of weak coverage points.

An information systems Project Management course Using a Service-Learning Model

This paper describes the implementation of an information systems (IS) capstone project management course that is a requirement for graduating seniors in an undergraduate Computer information systems (CIS) program at a regional university. The description provides a model which includes the culmination of students" academic training in an IS curriculum which is part of a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) program in an accredited college of business. The course requires an application of technical and business skills, as well as systems development and project management skills-while students are working on an actual IS project for an external sponsoring organization. Rationale for implementing this type of course includes the benefits it provides to the students, the project sponsors, and the IS department providing the course. Feedback from the course is used as integral part of the CIS curriculum assessment process used for accreditation purposes.

Predicting students’academic achievements is an essential issue in education,which can benefit many stakeholders,for instance,students,teachers,managers,*** with online courses such asMOOCs,students’academicrelateddata in the face-to-face physical teaching environment is usually sparsity,and the sample size is *** makes building models to predict students’performance accurately in such an environment even *** paper proposes a Two-WayNeuralNetwork(TWNN)model based on the bidirectional recurrentneural network and graph neural network to predict students’next semester’s course performance using only theirprevious course *** experiments on a real dataset show that our model performs better thanthe baselines in many indicators.

A signal space transform method for detection of line spectrum signals radiated by moving target is *** time-frequency analysis and beamforming processing,a three-dimensional(3D)time-frequency-azimuth signal space is obtained in the array coordinate *** certain target course angle,this 3D signal space is transformed to the time-frequency-relative bearing spectrum signal space in the target coordinate *** theoretical derivation,simulation,and experimental data processing are *** findings demonstrate that the method is capable of converting the target line spectrum signal 3D trajectory to a 2D trajectory on the corresponding slice in the transformed signal space and signal processing gain of multi-dimensional information joint processing is obtained easier than in 3D signal space.

Optimized Selection Method of Air Combat course of Action under Stochastic Uncertainty

Aiming at the design problem of aviation swarm combat course of action(COA),considering the influence of stochastic parameters in the causal relationship model and optimization problem model,according to the dynamic influence net(DIN)theory,stochastic simulation technique,feedforward neural network(FNN)function approximation technique and multi-objective artificial fish school algorithm(MOAFSA),this paper proposed a COA optimized method based on DIN and multi-objective stochastic chance constraint optimization for aviation swarm ***,on the basis of establishing the overall framework of the model and defining the elements of causal relationship modeling,the static and dynamic causal relationship modeling and optimization problem modeling were carried out ***,the probability propagation mechanism of DIN was established,which mainly included two aspects,i.e.,the overall process and the specific ***,input and output data were generated based on stochastic *** to these data,FNN was adopted for function approximation,and MOAFSA was adopted for iterative ***,the rationality of the model,and the effectiveness and superiority of the algorithm were verified through multiple sets of simulation cases.

Symptomatic COVID-19 in University Students: A School-Wide Web-Based Questionnaire Survey during the Omicron Variant Outbreak

Aim: To detect risk and preventive factors associated with the Omicron variant infection in university students, a combination of a web-based survey and multivariate logistic regression analysis was introduced as the front-line initiatives by the school health practitioners. Design: Questionnaire survey. Methods: The school-wide web-based questionnaire survey was conducted among our university students as a part of the annual health check-up in April, 2023. The positive outcome was confined to the first symptomatic COVID-19 onset during the Omicron variant outbreak. Results: In this self-administered survey, risk or protective associations were merely estimated statistically in university students (n = 5406). In measured factors, karaoke and club/group activities could maintain the statistical significance in adjusted odds ratios (ORs) as relative risk factors, and science course, measles/ rubella (MR) vaccination, and COVID-19 vaccination remained as relative protective factors in adjusted OR analyses. Club/group activities with member gathering and karaoke sing-along sessions in university students may frequently have WHO’s three Cs. These risk factors are still important topics for the infection control of COVID-19 in university students. Together with some recent reports from other researchers, the significant protective role of MR vaccine in our survey warrants further clinical investigation. If the breakthrough infection continuously constitutes the majority of infection, real data in test-negative case-control or web-based questionnaire design continue to be important for statistical analysis to determine the minimal requirement of our strategies which may be equivalent to or replace COVID-19 vaccines.
