Although using convolutional neural networks(CNNs)for computer-aided diagnosis(CAD)has made tremendous progress in the last few years,the small medical datasets remain to be the major bottleneck in this *** address this problem,researchers start looking for information out of the medical *** efforts mainly leverage information from natural images via transfer *** recent research work focuses on integrating knowledge from medical practitioners,either letting networks resemble how practitioners are trained,how they view images,or using extra *** this paper,we propose a scheme named Domain Guided-CNN(DG-CNN)to incorporate the margin information,a feature described in the consensus for radiologists to diagnose cancer in breast ultrasound(BUS)*** DG-CNN,attention maps that highlight margin areas of tumors are first generated,and then incorporated via different approaches into the *** have tested the performance of DG-CNN on our own dataset(including 1485 ultrasound images)and on a public *** results show that DG-CNN can be applied to different network structures like VGG and ResNet to improve their *** example,experimental results on our dataset show that with a certain integrating mode,the improvement of using DG-CNN over a baseline network structure ResNet 18 is 2.17%in accuracy,1.69%in sensitivity,2.64%in specificity and 2.57%in AUC(Area Under Curve).To the best of our knowledge,this is the first time that the margin information is utilized to improve the performance of deep neural networks in diagnosing breast cancer in BUS images.

Construction of road infrastructure is fundamental to city operation and development, as well as an important pathway and focus in physical urban-rural integration. The long-term implementation of a system of ring roads plus radiating roads in beijing has strongly impacted urban infrastructure construction and space-time accessibility. Particularly, recent rapid growth of private car ownership in beijing has imposed greater loads on its road system, seriously hampering urban commuting efficiency and negatively impacting quality of life. To address such challenges and enhance the rapid development of transport infrastructure, beijing has accelerated rail transit construction since 2008 in an effort to improve commuting capacity. This paper aims to measure time accessibility and its spatial characteristics in urban areas of beijing by applying a comprehensive method that combines vector and raster attribute data generated from road network and subway transport infrastructure. By using a dual index of accessibility and road density, the study further reveals the features of and differences in spatial accessibility and the construction of road systems in urban areas of the northern and southern parts of beijing. The findings of this study can provide a scientific basis for future urban planning and road system construction both in general and with respect to beijing, given its aspirations to become a world city.

Objective Pseudogenes are initially regarded as nonfunctional genomic sequences,but some pseudogenes regulate tumor initiation and progression by interacting with other genes to modulate their transcriptional *** receptor family 7 subfamily E member 47 pseudogene(OR7E47P)is expressed broadly in lung tissues and has been identified as a positive regulator in the tumor microenvironment(TME)of lung adenocarcinoma(LUAD).This study aimed to elucidate the correlation between OR7E47P and tumor immunity in lung squamous cell carcinoma(LUSC).Methods Clinical and molecular information from The Cancer Genome Atlas(TCGA)LUSC cohort was used to identify OR7E47P-related immune genes(ORIGs)by weighted gene correlation network analysis(WGCNA).Based on the ORIGs,2 OR7E47P clusters were identified using non-negative matrix factorization(NMF)clustering,and the stability of the clustering was tested by an extreme gradient boosting classifier(XGBoost).LASSO-Cox and stepwise regressions were applied to further select prognostic ORIGs and to construct a predictive model(ORPScore)for *** Botling cohorts and 8 immunotherapy cohorts(the Samstein,Braun,Jung,Gide,IMvigor210,Lauss,Van Allen,and Cho cohorts)were included as independent validation *** OR7E47P expression was positively correlated with immune cell infiltration and enrichment of immune-related pathways in LUSC.A total of 57 ORIGs were identified to classify the patients into 2 OR7E47P clusters(Cluster 1 and Cluster 2)with distinct immune,mutation,and stromal *** to Cluster 1,Cluster 2 had more infiltration by immune and stromal cells,lower mutation rates of driver genes,and higher expression of immune-related *** clustering performed well in the internal and 5 external validation *** on the 7 ORIGs(HOPX,STX2,WFS,DUSP22,SLFN13,GGCT,and CCSER2),the ORPScore was constructed to predict the prognosis and the treatment *** addition,the ORPScore was a bette

Peer-to-peer(P2P)spectrum sharing and energy trading are promising solutions to locally satisfy spectrum and energy demands in power Internet of Things(IoT).However,implementation of largescale P2P spectrum sharing and energy trading confronts security and privacy *** this paper,we exploit consortium blockchain and Directed Acyclic Graph(DAG)to propose a new secure and distributed spectrum sharing and energy trading framework in power IoT,named spectrum-energy chain,where a set of local aggregators(LAGs)cooperatively confirm the identity of the power devices by utilizing consortium blockchain,so as to form a main ***,the local power devices verify spectrum and energy micro-transactions simultaneously but asynchronously to form local spectrum tangle and local energy tangle,***,an iterative double auction based micro transactions scheme is designed to solve the spectrum and energy pricing and the amount of shared spectrum and energy among power *** analysis and numerical results illustrate that the developed spectrum-energy chain and the designed iterative double auction based microtransactions scheme are secure and efficient for spectrum sharing and energy trading in power IoT.

ADS-B Anomaly Data Detection Model Based on Deep Learning and Difference of Gaussian Approach

Due to the influence of terrain structure,meteorological conditions and various factors,there are anomalous data in automatic dependent surveillance-broadcast(ADS-B)*** ADS-B equipment can be used for positioning of general aviation *** to acquire the accurate position information of aircraft and detect anomaly data,the ADS-B anomaly data detection model based on deep learning and difference of Gaussian(DoG)approach is ***,according to the characteristic of ADS-B data,the ADS-B position data are transformed into the coordinate *** the origin of the coordinate system is set up as the take-off ***,based on the kinematic principle,the ADS-B anomaly data can be ***,the details of the ADS-B position data can be got by the DoG ***,the long short-term memory(LSTM)neural network is used to optimize the recurrent neural network(RNN)with severe gradient reduction for processing ADS-B *** position data of ADS-B are reconstructed by the sequence to sequence(seq2seq)model which is composed of LSTM neural network,and the reconstruction error is used to detect the anomalous *** on the real flight data of general aviation aircraft,the simulation results show that the anomaly data can be detected effectively by the proposed method of reconstructing ADS-B data with the seq2seq model,and its running time is *** with the RNN,the accuracy of anomaly detection is increased by 2.7%.The performance of the proposed model is better than that of the traditional anomaly detection models.
