Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis is a very disabling disease due to the degeneration of motor *** include muscle weakness and atrophy,spasticity,and progressive ***,there is no treatment to reverse damage to motor neurons and cure amyotrophic lateral *** only two treatments actually approved,riluzole and edaravone,have shown mitigated beneficial *** difficulty to find a cure lies in the complexity and multifaceted pattern of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis *** mechanisms,abnormal RNA metabolism,nucleocytoplasmic transport defects,accumulation of unfolded protein,and mitochondrial dysfunction would in fine induce oxidative damage and vice versa.A potent therapeutic strategy will be to find molecules that break this vicious *** the nuclear factor erythroid-2 related factor 2 signaling may fulfill this objective since nuclear factor erythroid-2 related factor 2 has a multitarget profile controlling antioxidant defense,mitochondrial functioning,and *** here discuss the interest of developing nuclear factor erythroid-2 related factor 2-based therapy in regard to the pathophysiological mechanisms and we provide a general overview of the attempted clinical assays in amyotrophic lateral sclerosis.

Over the centuries,the regeneration field has been puzzled by the dual response of the central nervous system(CNS-brain,spinal cord,cranial nervesⅠandⅡ)and the peripheral nervous system(PNS that refers to all the nerves that innervate muscles,skin,organs,bones among others).Even Ramon y Cajal had noticed that an injury to the PNS often leads to axon regrowth,in contrast to the CNS.

In continuous biomass torrefaction plants,the products'yields,composition and homogeneity highly depend on the residence time of particles.A characterization of particle residence time distribution(RTD)was therefore carried out in an industrial-scale multiple hearth furnace on poplar wood chips using radio frequency identification *** effects of operating conditions,namely,mass flow rate of biomass,shaft speed of the rabbling system and interdental length on the RTD were *** increase of shaft speed and mass flow rate reduces particles’mean residence *** the length between two successive teeth also increases the bed *** biomass accumulation(also called“bulldozing”)was observed during several *** phenomenon is favored by a high mass flow rate of resources,a small interdental length between the teeth and a low shaft *** measurements were compared to the axial dispersion *** all tests,the Peclet number is ranging between 20 and 62,indicating that the multiple hearth furnace cannot be modelled as an ideal plug flow reactor.

对Cu50Co50合金在不同磁场强度下进行非平衡凝固实验,研究富钴相的取向、显微组织演化和磁性能。结果表明,凝固后相分离的棒状富钴相可以实现排列形态,在5 T强磁场下富钴相的晶体取向为111平行磁场方向。然而,发生二次液−液相分离的富铜相的取向没有受到HMF的显著影响。在0 T磁场下凝固的合金表现出近磁各向同性行为,而在5 T磁场下凝固的合金则表现出磁各向异性行为。合金的饱和磁化强度略有增加,矫顽力相应降低,这与富钴晶体的取向演化行为密切相关。

The authors study the regularity of soutions of the GFD-Stokes problem and of some second order linear elliptic partial differential equations related to the PrimitiveEquations of the ocean .The present work generallizes the regularity results in[18] by taking into consideraion the non- homogeneous boundary conditions and teh dependence of solutions on the thickness of the domain occupied by the ocean and its varying bottom topography. These regularity results are important tools in the study of the PEs(see e.g.[6]), and they seem also to possess their own interest.
