Room temperature deformation behavior of A1-8Fe-2Mo-2V-1Zr alloy produced by spray forming and subsequent warm-extrusion at 693 K and/or rolling at 423 K was investigated in terms of tensile test and microstructural *** the specimen processed by spray forming and warm extrusion, the microstructure consisting of equiaxed grains with the average grain size of 500 nm in the matrix phase and uniformly dispersed fine intermetallic A13(Fe, Mo, V, Zr) and A16(Fe, Mo, V, Zr) phases less than 100 nm was characterized. It was revealed that subsequent warm rolling after warm extrusion promotes precipitation of a fine dispersoid from the supersaturated matrix phase. Warm rolling was found to be effective to increase the yield and tensile strength in the high strain rate regime. Elongation of the warm rolled specimen showed highe r value than extruded specimen over the whole strain rate region studied.

The paper presents a novel configuration in order to improve the compactness and manufacturing cost of magneto-rheological material(or fluid)based brakes(MRB in short).In conventional configurations of MRBs,the coil is normally wound on a nonmagnetic bobbin which is placed on the *** causes difficulties in manufacturing of the brake and the bottle-neck problem of magnetic *** the proposed configuration,the coil is wound directly on the inner cylinder of the *** this case,the inner cylinder of the housing should be designed in a special shape that maximizes the magnetic flux across the MR fluid(MRF)*** proposing of the new configuration of the MRBs,the modeling of the MRBs is performed based on Bingham rheological model of the *** optimal design of the proposed MRBs and conventional MRBs is then performed based on finite element analysis results of magnetic circuit of the MRBs.A comparative work between the optimal parameters of the proposed MRBs and conventional MRBs is conducted and the advanced performance characteristics of the proposed MRBs are investigated.

The influence of aging treatment on the microstructure,mechanical properties and electrical conductivity of Cu-0.5 wt pct Be alloy for connector material applications was *** properties of mechanical strength and electrical conductivity increase with increasing aging temperature and *** of the aged Cu-Be alloy revealed that grain size and fraction of low angle and high angle grain boundary were not greatly changed;however,transmission electron microscopy （TEM） analysis exhibited that beryllides precipitation （CoBe and NiBe） with a size of 50 nm were distributed in *** was,therefore concluded that these beryllide precipitates improved the mechanical strength and also it was favor in improvement of electrical conductivity.

A new molecularly imprinted solid-phase extraction（MISPE） monolithic cartridge was synthesized, and MISPE-DLLME（DLLME=dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction） was developed for purification of astaxanthin in shrimp waste. The eluent（methanol） from MISPE was used as the dispersive solvent in subsequent DLLME for further purifying and enriching the analyte prior to high-performance liquid chromatography（HPLC） analysis. The mobile phase was methanol-acetonitrile-water-dichloromethane（85：5：5：5, volume ratio）, flow rate was 0.7 mL/min and UV wavelength was 476 nm. Under optimal conditions, good linearity was obtained in a range of 0.2--200.0 lug/mL（r2=0.9998） with a limit of detection（LOD） of 0.08 Hg/mL, and the extraction recoveries at three spiked levels ranged from 88.3%--92.5% with a relative standard deviation（RSD） less than 4.3%. Moreover, the mean contents of astaxanthin in the three batches of shrimp waste were 95.9, 85.4 and 77.2 μg/g, respectively. This method combining the advantages of MISPE and DLLME results in high selectivity and low cost, which was applied to determining the astaxanthin level in shrimp waste samples.

Arranging heat exchanger in filling body to extract geothermal energy is an effective way to alleviate the problems of high ground pressure and high ground temperature in deep resource *** body with casing heat exchanger was acted as research object,encapsulating phase change materials(PCMs)in annular *** heat storage and heat release process,the effects of different PCMs on temperature distribution,phase-change process and heat transfer performance were *** result indicates:During heat storage process,the temperature increases rapidly and the melting process is accelerated for the position closer surrounding ***_(2)·6H_(2)O/EG can make filling body complete heat storage process in the shortest time because of its good thermal *** heat storage capacity of PCMs backfill is significantly higher than that of ordinary backfill;it increases by 36.6%-67.3%at heat storage of 10 *** heat release process,the closer to the heat exchange tube,the greater the temperature drop in filling *** maximum value of heat release rate and heat release capacity is in CaCl_(2)·6H_(2)O/EG backfill,it can release 116.4%more heat than RT35backfill after heat release of 12 h,the maximum value of effectiveness and its heat transfer rate also is in CaCl_(2)·6H_(2)O/EG *** paper provides the basic data for the selection of PCMs in phase-change thermal storage filling body.

Microstructure and mechanical properties of hyper-eutectic Al-Si alloy fabricated by spray casting were in- vestigated and then these results were compared with those by squeeze *** spray-cast specimen was found to have finer Si particles （～5μm） compared to the squeeze-cast specimen （10-25μm）.The tensile strength and elongation of the spray-cast specimen are also higher than those of the squeeze cast *** was considered that the increased mechanical properties of the spray-cast specimen were mainly due to finer size of the Si particles distributed in Al matrix.
