Using THz emission spectroscopy,we investigate the elementary spin dynamics in ferromagnetic single-layer Fe on a sub-picosecond timescale.We demonstrate that THz radiation changes its polarity with reversal of the magnetization applied by the external magnetic field.In addition,it is found that the sign of THz polarity excited from different sides is defined by the thickness of the Fe layer and Fe/dielectric interface.Based on the thickness and symmetry dependences of THz emission,we experimentally distinguish between the two major contributions:ultrafast demagnetization and the anomalous Hall effect.Our experimental results not only enrich understanding of THz electromagnetic generation induced by femtosecond laser pulses but also provide a practical way to access laser-induced ultrafast spin dynamics in magnetic structures.

In this paper, a filtering method is presented to estimate time-varying parameters of a missile dual control system with tail fins and reaction jets as control variables. In this method, the long-short-term memory(LSTM) neural network is nested into the extended Kalman filter(EKF) to modify the Kalman gain such that the filtering performance is improved in the presence of large model uncertainties. To avoid the unstable network output caused by the abrupt changes of system states,an adaptive correction factor is introduced to correct the network output online. In the process of training the network, a multi-gradient descent learning mode is proposed to better fit the internal state of the system, and a rolling training is used to implement an online prediction logic. Based on the Lyapunov second method, we discuss the stability of the system, the result shows that when the training error of neural network is sufficiently small, the system is asymptotically stable. With its application to the estimation of time-varying parameters of a missile dual control system, the LSTM-EKF shows better filtering performance than the EKF and adaptive EKF(AEKF) when there exist large uncertainties in the system model.

This study addresses the antivibration issue of a full aircraft active landing gear system(LGS)under landing impact and runway excitations via a novel adaptive observer-based integral event-triggered control method. First, a full aircraft active LGS comprising a front gear and two synchronized main left and right gears with active suspensions is established, where the information exchange among them is not implemented directly. Second, two adaptive observers are designed separately for the front and main LGSs to identify the varying damping parameters and estimate the system states simultaneously. Third, estimated states are transmitted to a shared network through a novel integral event-triggered mechanism(I-ETM);thus, the front and main LGSs are interconnected, and a networked control scheme for the aircraft LGS is constructed. Additionally, the integrated active control law is designed with the aid of the transmitted states of the front and main LGSs, enhancing the robustness against the pitch vibration of the aircraft.Furthermore, the L2-stability of the hybrid system is guaranteed to depress the vertical vibration effect of the landing impact and irregular runway excitations, thus improving passenger safety and comfort. Moreover,a codesign method is provided to obtain feasible solutions to the gain matrices of the observers and controllers simultaneously. Simulation and comparison results are presented to illustrate the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed control scheme in antivibration and saving communication resources.

This paper mainly describes the experimental arrangement plasma imaging system and detailed part in the system along with the experimental results. Real-time monitoring of plasma discharge process particularly distinguishing limitor and divertor configuration the imaging system has become key diagnostic means and laid the foundation for further physical experiment on the HL-2A tokamak.

Blade rubbing faults cause detrimental impact on the operation of aeroengines. Most of the existing studies on blade rubbing in the shaft-disk-blade-casing(SDBC) system have overlooked the elastic deformation of the blade, while some only consider the whirl of the rotor, neglecting its spin. To address these limitations, this paper proposes a dynamic model with large rotation for the SDBC system. The model incorporates the spin and whirl of the rotor, enabling the realistic reproduction of multiblade rubbing faults. To verify the accuracy of the SDBC model with large rotation and demonstrate its capability to effectively consider the rotational effects such as the centrifugal stiffening and gyroscopic effects, the natural characteristics and dynamic responses of the proposed model are compared with those obtained from reported research and experimental results. Furthermore, the effects of the rotating speed, contact stiffness,and blade number on the dynamic characteristics of the SDBC system with multi-blade rubbing are investigated. The results indicate that the phase angle between the rotor deflection and the unbalance excitation force increases with the increasing rotating speed,which significantly influences the rubbing penetration of each blade. The natural frequency of the SDBC system with rubbing constrain can be observed in the acceleration response of the casing and the torsional response of the shaft, and the frequency is related to the contact stiffness. Moreover, the vibration amplitude increases significantly with the product of the blade number under rubbing, and the rotating frequency approaches the natural frequency of the SDBC system. The proposed model can provide valuable insight for the fault diagnosis of rubbing in bladed rotating machinery.

Metasurface,a forefront in emerging optical devices,has demonstrated remarkable potential for complex amplitude manipulation of light beams.However,prevailing approaches face challenges in spatial resolution and complexities associated with integrating dynamic phases,impeding the simplified design and reproducible fabrication of metasurfaces.Here,we introduce an innovative approach for complex amplitude modulation within 3D nano-printed geometric phase metasurfaces.Our approach enables the generation of self-accelerating beams by encoding amplitude through phase-only manipulation,achieving high spatial resolution.Notably,this method circumvents the conventional need to adjust the geometric parameters of metasurface unit structures for amplitude manipulation,offering a streamlined and efficient route for design and fabrication complexity.This novel methodology holds promise for expedited and low-cost manufacturing of complex amplitude manipulation metasurfaces.

Medical-action recognition is crucial for ensuring the quality of medical services. With advancements in deep learning, RGB camera-based human-action recognition made huge advancements. However, RGB cameras encounter issues, such as depth ambiguity and privacy violation. In this paper, we propose a novel lidar-based action-recognition algorithm for medical quality control. Further, point-cloud data were used for recognizing hand-washing actions of doctors and recording the action's duration. An improved anchor-to-joint(A2J) network, with pyramid vision transformer and feature pyramid network modules, was developed for estimating the human poses. In addition, we designed a graph convolution network for action classification based on the skeleton data. Then, we evaluated the performance of the improved A2J network on the open-source ITOP and our medical pose estimation datasets. Further, we tested our medical action-recognition method in actual wards to demonstrate its effectiveness and running efficiency. The results show that the proposed algorithm can effectively recognize the actions of medical staff, providing satisfactory real-time performance and 96.3% action-classification accuracy.

Increase in permeability of renewable energy sources(RESs)leads to the prominent problem of voltage stability in power system,so it is urgent to have a system strength evaluation method with both accuracy and practicability to control its access scale within a reasonable range.Therefore,a hybrid intelligence enhancement method is proposed by combining the advantages of mechanism method and data driven method.First,calculation of critical short circuit ratio(CSCR)is set as the direction of intelligent enhancement by taking the multiple renewable energy station short circuit ratio as the quantitative indicator.Then,the construction process of CSCR dataset is proposed,and a batch simulation program of samples is developed accordingly,which provides a data basis for subsequent research.Finally,a multi-task learning model based on progressive layered extraction is used to simultaneously predict CSCR of each RESs connection point,which significantly reduces evaluation error caused by weak links.Predictive performance and anti-noise performance of the proposed method are verified on the CEPRI-FS-102 bus system,which provides strong technical support for real-time monitoring of system strength.

More space truss construction has been planned to develop and utilize space resources.These trusses are designed in the way of large-scale,complex,modular,and on-orbit assembly.To meet the upcoming challenge of large-scale space infrastructure construction,it is necessary to study space truss automation design and robotic construction.This paper proposes an ordinal finite screw adjacency matrix model(OFSAMM),focusing on the relationship between assembly motions,to express and compute a space truss structure.In this model,a space truss is abstracted as a set of ordered assembly motions,each of which is recorded as a finite screw as the basic element of the truss and its assembly.The operation of truss transformation is also derived under this model.Therefore,the truss configuration,the assembly sequence,the truss sub-assembly,the truss components,and the on-orbit assembly task can be expressed and calculated in a unified model,which is calculated and stores the truss topology and assembly with the minimum storage cost.At the end of this paper,we introduce how to synthesize and optimize space truss design through two cases.The study will help to improve design efficiency.Furthermore,it provides a theoretical basis for the automatic construction of space truss structures,especially in the next stage.

Tethyan Ocean was initially proposed by Austrian geologist Eduard Suess in 1893. The study of the Tethyan evolution by European geologists has led to the development of modern geology, but not to the establishment of plate tectonics theory(Trümpy, 2001). With the progress in various studies, the concept of Tethys has evolved from a Mesozoic ocean into three long-term evolving oceans:Proto-Tethys, Paleo-Tethys, and Neo-Tethys (Figure 1), and their life cycles cover the entire Phanerozoic era (Wu et al., 2020).
