We formulate and systematically study a deterministic compartmental model of Hepatitis *** model has some important and novel features compared with the well-known basic model in the ***,it takes into account the differential susceptibility that follows the vaccine formulation employing three-doses *** points up the HbeAg status of carriers,their levels of viral replication,the fact that treatment being not curative is recommended only to a small proportion of chronic carriers,and finally the fact that only inactive carriers are able to recover from *** model has simple dynamical behavior which has a globally asymptotically stable disease-free equilibrium when the basic reproduction number R0≤1 and an endemic equilibrium when R0>*** the use of Lyapunov functions,when it exists,we prove the global asymptotic stability of the endemic equilibrium under some *** data from Tokombere,a rural area in Cameroon,numerical simulations are *** numerical simulations first confirm analytical results,second they suggest that a policy based on treatment could not significantly impact the course of the ***,they show as it is well known that vaccination is a very effective measure to control the ***,they show that neonatal vaccination influences more the course of infection than mass vaccination ***,they picture how much loss between consecutive doses of vaccine could be ***,it is suggested that for a Sub-saharan African rural area,two-thirds of expected incidence of Hepatitis B virus infection and one third of expected prevalence of chronic carriers could be averted by 2030 if the birth dose vaccination becomes systematic and if mass vaccination rate increases to up 10%.

In this article,a gain scheduling strategy for the controller of a remote robot based on Internet and Bluetooth networks is designed and *** Internet communication is based on the Master-Slave structure,UDP *** Slave comprises a PC and a mobile robot,interconnected through the protocol *** Master is a second PC which realizes the remote control,the design of which is based on a remote observer achieving a state prediction of the robot（Slave）,despite the variable communication delays,sampling and packets *** detected variable time-delays serve as the switching signals. The gain scheduling state feedback controller is based on Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional and the approach of LMI,which guarantee the uniform stabilization performance.

In this paper, the behavior analysis of two cells chopper connected to a nonlinear load is reported. Thus, this is done in order to highlight the way to chaos. Furthermore, throughout the study of these dynamical behaviors of this complex switched system some basic dynamical properties, such as Poincaré section, first return map, bifurcation diagram, power spectrum, and strange attractor are investigated. The system examined in Matlab-Simulink. Analyses of simulation results show that this system has complex dynamics with some interesting characteristics.

In supervised learning the number of values of a response variable can be very high. Grouping these values in a few clusters can be useful to perform accurate supervised classification analyses. On the other hand selecting relevant covariates is a crucial step to build robust and efficient prediction models. We propose in this paper an algorithm that simultaneously groups the values of a response variable into a limited number of clusters and selects stepwise the best covariates that discriminate this clustering. These objectives are achieved by alternate optimization of a user-defined model selection criterion. This process extends a former version of the algorithm to a more general framework. Moreover possible further developments are discussed in detail.

目的:本文旨在研究不同波长载荷(包括车厢长度、构架长度以及轴距等)对位移确定的影响,利用积分方法确定位移的有效性和重复性的适用范围,以及研究列车速度和轴荷载对变形量的影响,为轨道基础位移监测提供重要的方法。创新点:1.评价和分析一种积分方法,该方法利用低通滤波法但不消除产生变形的主要频率;2.通过对位移、速度和加速度传感器在时域和频域结果的比较,使重复性得到保证。方法:利用线性可变差位移传感器、地震检波器以及加速度计获取轨道不同深度的位移、速度和加速度,然后利用巴特沃兹低通滤波器对3类数据进行滤波。通过对速度一阶积分、加速度二阶积分,获得由3种传感器测试得到的位移并验证其准确性。结论:通过测试和分析发现,95%的位移幅值来自于波长大于轴距(2.8 m)的激励,对应的低频为25 Hz(列车运行速度为200 km/h)。通过线性可变差位移传感器、地震检波器以及加速度计直接获得或间接积分获得的位移十分接近,验证了积分方法的有效性,且其具有较高的可重复性。

Burkina Faso is an agricultural and landlocked country whose agriculture is dependent on climatic hazards. Irrigated agriculture therefore appears as an alternative to secure, intensify and sustainably increase agricultural production. However, irrigation systems in Burkina Faso suffer from numerous technical, organizational, land and structural problems, which strongly undermine their performance. This is the case of the irrigated perimeter of Karfiguéla which since its development in 1977, has experienced insufficient water. This research has contributed to the reflection on the performance and operation of gravity irrigation networks on the irrigated perimeter in Burkina Faso and the contribution of satellite images in the mapping of irrigated perimeters. Then, an approach based on a mapping of hydraulic networks and on four main diagnostic methods were used: 1) mapping of hydraulic networks, 2) a detailed visual inspection of hydraulic infrastructure, 3) estimation of canals’ hydraulic efficiency, 4) surveys of the various actors involved in the management of the perimeter. These methods lead to the same results concerning the state of degradation and the functioning of irrigation networks in wet seasons. In terms of results, Karfiguéla perimeter has a net area of 360 ha and is supplied by a network made up of a supply canal, a primary canal, four (4) secondary canals, 37 tertiary ones, and quaternary ones for plots of water supply, all in ordinary concrete except the quaternary which are in rammed soil. The efficiency of the canals in the rainy season, greater than 100%, shows that the irrigation network during this period functions as a drainage network while the real drainage network is disorderly and non-functional. The damage to the irrigation network, siltation, grassing, erosion, overturning, large cracks and many others are all the more severe as we advance toward the Quaternary. This study aims at characterizing the physical environment and suggesting solutions for a better management of the hydro-agricultural dam of M’Bahiakro which is being constructed over the N’Zi River and is the first inflatable dam in Cote d’Ivoire. In this survey, data related to hydrology, characteristics of the dam and the irrigated rice production area were obtained with the Water Resources Agency and the National Office of Rice Development of Cote d’Ivoire. Physicochemical parameters of the N’Zi River were collected seasonally at three monitoring stations. Results showed that the N’Zi River is characterized by a high water level period from April to November and a low water level period from November to April. The gap between the low flows and the high flows is important (about 206 m3/s on average). The annual average flow is 40 m3/s with a standard deviation of 32.52 m3/s and a variation coefficient of 0.88. The SAR average value (1.63) and the average conductivity (78.44 μS/cm) showed that waters of the N’Zi River are of high quality to be used for irrigation. Suspended sediment concentrations do not present significant difference along the river. But the seasonal variations are important;they are higher during the rainy seasons (45.8 mg/L on average) than in the dry seasons (17.7 mg/L on average). The annual solid flux of the N’Zi River is 41897 tons, i.e. 15810 m3 of sediments. The annual sediment flux is important and can lead to high depositions in the line-shaped reservoir of the dam and that calls for attention to control the silting up of the reservoir. Great efforts concerning interdisciplinary approaches, as well as extensive and intensive field work are needed in order to better manage the hydro-agricultural dam of M’Bahiakro.
