With the rapid development of computing technology, three-dimensional （3D） human body models and their dynamic motions are widely used in the digital entertainment industry. Human performance mainly involves human body shapes and motions. Key research problems in human performance animation include how to capture and analyze static geometric appearance and dynamic movement of human bodies, and how to simulate human body motions with physical effects. In this survey, according to the main research directions of human body performance capture and animation, we summarize recent advances in key research topics, namely human body surface reconstruction, motion capture and synthesis, as well as physics-based motion simulation, and further discuss future research problems and directions. We hope this will be helpful for readers to have a comprehensive understanding of human performance capture and animation.

We compared the efficacy and safety between once-daily dosing and on-demand use of udenafil for type 2 diabetic patients with erectile dysfunction （ED）. A multi-center, randomized, open-label, parallel-group, 12-week study was conducted. 161 patients who improved with on-demand 200 mg of udenafil according to Sexual Encounter Profile （SEP） diary Question 2 and 3 （Q2 and Q3） were randomized into 200 mg on-demand （n = 80） or 50 mg once-daily （n = 81） dosing groups for 8 weeks. The dosing period was followed by a 4-week treatment-free period. The primary efficacy endpoint was the change of the International Index of Erectile Function （IieF） erectile function domain （EFD） score. The secondary efficacy endpoints included changes to the SEP diary Q2, Q3, IieF Q3, Q4, other domains of IieF, Global Assessment Question, and shift to the normal rate （EFD 〉 26）. Vascular endothelial markers were also assessed. The IieF-EFD score of both groups improved after 8 weeks of treatment （P 〈 0.0001）. There was no statistically significant difference between two groups. Improvement was not maintained after the treatment-free follow-up period. Similar results were observed in the secondary efficacy endpoints. There was also no significant difference in vascular endothelial markers. Daily udenafil was well-tolerated, and there was no significant difference in the adverse drug reactions and adverse events between the two groups. Flushing and headache were the most frequent adverse events. Both regimens improved ED in diabetic patients and were well-tolerated. Further studies are needed to assess the effect of daily udenafil treatment in diabetic patients.

The incidence of congenital uterine anomalies(CUA)appears to be higher than previously thought owing to improved diagnostic imaging modalities.[1]A recent systematic review has estimated the prevalence to be 5.5%in the unselected population,8.0%in infertile women,and 13.3%in those with a history of *** commonest anomaly across all populations appear to be the septate variety(ie,canalization defects)followed by the bicornuate variety(ie,fusion defects).[2]Another meta-analysis has shown that several adverse reproductive outcomes associated with CUA,such as increased miscarriage rates,increased preterm delivery rates,and increased perinatal mortality rates.[3]

Background： Acupuncture can not only be used for well-known diseases, but also for so-called modern lifestyle-related diseases. Using innovative methods like e.g. new analyses of heart rate variability （HRV）, it is also possible to investigate diseases like burnout syndrome, ie., qi deficiency in Chinese medicine （CM）. Objective： The main object of this research protocol is to perform research on the relationship of burnout syndrome and heart rate （HR） and HRV. Methods： A total of 175 patients with burnout syndrome （qi deficiency syndrome） in five groups and 35 healthy volunteers will be investigated. Based on random numbers generated by computer and concealed in opaque envelops, the patients will be assigned to four acupuncture groups using Zusanli （ST 36） acupuncture stimulation, Guanyuan （CV4） acupuncture stimulation, both points, and both points with Streitberger device respectively, and a moxibustion group using both points mentioned above, with 35 cases in each group. Altogether four different experiments are planned. Experiment 1 includes 70 subjects and is a comparison between a burnout group and a control group （healthy volunteers）. The evaluation parameters are different scores and indices of HR and HRV. Experiment 2 includes 140 subjects and compares the efficacy of different acupuncture points. In experiment 3 （105 subjects）, acupuncture and moxibustion should be compared to healthy volunteers. Experiment 4 （70 subjects） investigates the long-term therapeutic effects of acupuncture and moxibustion on the scores of qi deficiency and HR/HRV in qi deficiency patients. In both the acupuncture and moxibustion groups, a total of 10 treatments will be performed. Conclusions： The joint research aims at the scientific evaluation of CM, mainly in the field of HRV. This parameter could be a very good indicator of the state of health and can be influenced by different acupuncture methods, as shown in the past.

In the present work,we examined the performance of 36 density functionals,including the newly developed doubly hybrid density functional XYG3(***,***,and *** Ⅲ,***,USA,2009,106,4963),to calculate ionization energies(ies)and electron affinities(EAs).We used the well-established G2-1 set as reference,which contains 14 atoms and 24 molecules for ie,along with 7 atoms and 18 molecules for ***3 leads to mean absolute deviations(MADs)of 0.057 and 0.080 eV for ies and EAs,respectively,using the basis set of 6-311+G(3df,2p).In comparison with some other functionals,MADs for ies are 0.109(B2PLYP),0.119(M06-2X),0.159(X3LYP),0.161(PBE),0.162(B3LYP),0.165(PBE0),0.173(TPSS),0.200(BLYP),and 0.215 eV(LC-BLYP).MADs for EAs are 0.090(X3LYP),0.090(B2PLYP),0.102(PBE),0.103(M06-2X),0.104(TPSS),0.105(BLYP),0.106(B3LYP),0.126(LC-BLYP),and 0.128 eV(PBE0).

Warm-rolled AZ31 alloy sheets were annealed at different temperatures ranging from 150 to 450℃. Effects of annealing temperature on microstructure and properties of warm-rolled AZ31 alloy sheets, especially the formability, were investigated. The results revealed that the Lankford value （r-value） and strain-hardening exponent （n-value） first increased and then became relatively steady with the increase of annealing temperature. The Erichsen value （ie） first increased and then decreased with the increase of annealing temperature and the AZ31 alloy sheets exhibited the highest ie of 3.02 mm when annealing at 250℃, which can be mainly attributed to a larger elongation, a lower r-value and a higher n-value.

AIM： A high percentage of early-stage high-grade gastric mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue （MALT） lymphomas remain Helicobacter pylori （ H pylori）-dependent. However,unlike their low-grade counterparts, high-grade gastric MALT lymphomas may progress rapidly if unresponsive to H pylori eradication. It is mandatory to identify markers that may predict the H pylori-dependent status of these tumors. Proliferation of MALT lymphoma cells depends on cognate help and cell-to-cell contact of H pylori- spedfic intratumoral T-cells. To examine whether the expression of co-stimulatory marker CD86 （B7.2） and the infiltration of CD56 （＋） natural killer （NK） cells can be useful markers to predict Hpylori-dependent status of high-grade gastric MALT iymphoma.METHODS： Lymphoma biopsies from 26 patients who had participated in a prospective study of Hpylori-eradication for stage ie high-grade gastric MALT lymphomas were evaluated. Tumors that resolved to Wotherspoon grade Ⅱ or less alter H pylori eradication were dassified as H pylori-dependent; others were dassified as H *** infiltration of NK cells and the expression of CD86 in pre-treatment paraffin-embedded lymphoma tissues were determined by immunohistochemistry. RESULTS： There were 16 H pylori-dependent and 10 H pylori-independent cases. CD86 expression was detected in 11 （68.8%） of 16 H pylori-dependent cases but in none of 10 H pylori-independent cases （P = 0.001）.H pylori-dependent high-grade gastric MALT lymphomas contained significantly higher numbers of CD56 （＋） NK cells than H pylori-independent cases （2.8±1.4% vs 1.1±0.8%, P = 0.003）. CD86 positive MALT lymphomas also showed significantly increased infiltration of CD56 （＋） NK cells compared to CD86-negative cases （2.9±1.1% vs 1.4±1.3%; P= 0.005）.CONCLUSION： These results suggest that the expression of co-stimulatory marker CD86 and the increased infiltration of NK cells are associated with Hpylori-dependent state of early-stage high-grade gastric M
