Non-obstacle design is critical to tailor physically handicapped workers in manufacturing system. Simultaneous consideration of variability in physically disabled users, machines and environment of the manufacturing system is extremely complex and generally requires modeling of physically handicapped interaction with the system. Most current modeling either concentrates on the task results or functional disability. The integration of physical constraints with task constraints is far more complex because of functional disability and its extended influence on adjacent body parts. A framework is proposed to integrate the two constraints and thus model the specific behavior of the physical handicapped in virtual environment generated by product specifications. Within the framework a simplified model of physical disabled body is constructed, and body motion is generated based on 3 levels of constraints（effecter constraints, kinematics constraints and physical constraints）. The kinematics and dynamic calculations are made and optimized based on the weighting manipulated by the kinematics constraints and dynamic constraints. With object transferring task as example, the model is validated in Jack 6.0. Modelled task motion elements except for squatting and overreaching well matched with captured motion elements. The proposed modeling method can model the complex behavior of the physically handicapped by integrating both task and physical disability constraints.

Small-state stream ciphers(SSCs),which violate the principle that the state size should exceed the key size by a factor of two,still demonstrate robust security properties while maintaining a lightweight *** ciphers can be clas-sifed into several constructions and their basic security requirement is to resist generic attacks,ie.,the time-mem-ory-data tradeoff(TMDTO)*** this paper,we investigate the security of small-state constructions in the multi-user *** on it,the TMDTO distinguishing attack and the TMDTO key recovery attack are developed for such a *** is shown that SSCs which continuously use the key can not resist the TMDTO distinguishing ***,SSCs based on the continuous-IV-key-use construction cannot withstand the TMDTO key recovery attack when the key length is shorter than the IV length,no matter whether the keystream length is limited or ***,We apply these two generic attacks to TinyJAMBU and DRACO in the multi-user *** TMDTO distinguish-ing attack on TinyJAMBU with a 128-bit key can be mounted with time,memory,and data complexities of 264,248,and 232,*** attack is comparable with a recent work on ToSC 2022,where partial key bits of TinyJAMBU are recovered with more than 250 users(or keys).As DRACO's IV length is smaller than its key length,itis vulnerable to the TMDTO key recovery *** resulting attack has a time and memory complexity of both 2112,which means DRACO does not provide 128-bit security in the multi-user setting.

Soil-transmitted helminth(STH)infections continue to be the most prevalent of the 20 neglected tropical diseases,affecting nearly a quarter of the world’s population and causing approximately 2.54 million disability-adjusted life years.1,2 Ascaris lumbricoides,Trichuris trichiuria,and multiple species of hookworms(ie,Ancylostoma duodenale,Necator americanus and Ancylostoma ceylanicum)are known to cause significant infections in *** 70%of the infections are reportedly occurring in Asia,where nearly a quarter of the population is infected with at least one STHspecies.3,4 Infections are particularly deleterious among school-and preschool-aged children,women of reproductive age and immunocompromised *** cognitive and motor development,stunting,malnutrition and other potentially life-long sequelae are the known adverse health effects of STH infections in children.5–7 Hence,control and elimination efforts have been directed at addressing the prevalence and burden of infections among at-risk populations.

Carbohydrate metabolism disorders(CMDs),such as diabetes,galactosemia,and mannosidosis,cause ciliopathy-like multiorgan ***,the mechanistic link of cilia to CMD complications is still poorly ***,we describe significant cilium disassembly upon treatment of cells with pathologically relevant aldoses rather than the corresponding sugar ***,environmental aldehydes are able to trigger cilium disassembly by the steric hindrance effect of their formyl *** studies reveal that aldehydes stimulate extracellular calcium influx across the plasma membrane,which subsequently activates the calmodulin-Aurora A-histone deacetylase 6 pathway to deacetylate axonemal microtubules and triggers cilium *** vivo experiments further show that Hdac6 knockout mice are resistant to aldehyde-induced disassembly of tracheal cilia and sperm *** findings reveal a previously unrecognized role for formyl group-mediated cilium disassembly in the complications of CMDs.

School-based universal screening for behavioral/emotional risk is a necessary first step to providing services in an educational setting for students with emotional and behavioral disorders (EBDs). Psychometric properties are critical to making decisions about choosing a screening instrument. The purpose of the present study was to examine the psychometric properties of the student risk screening scale for internalizing and externalizing behaviors (SRSS-ie). Participants included 3145 students and their teachers. Item-level analyses of the current sample supported the retention of all items. The internal consistency of the SRSS items ranged from 0.83 to 0.85. Convergent validity between the SRSS-ie and a well-established screening tool, the strength and difficulties questionnaire (SDQ), was found for the total score (r = 0.70). Additionally, the results of this study demonstrate strong social validity, suggesting the SRSS-ie to be a useful and functional screening tool. We conclude that the SRSS-ie is a valid and reliable instrument for assessing the level of emotional and behavioral difficulties among elementary students.

Vy2Vδ2 T （also known as Vy9Vδ2 T） cells exist only in primates, and in humans represent a major yδ T-cell sub-population in the total population of circulating yδ T cells. Results from recent studies suggest that while （E）-4-hydroxy-3-methyl-but-2-enyl pyrophosphate （HMBPP） phosphoantigen from Mycobacterium tuberculosis （Mtb） and other microbes activates and expands primate Vy2Vδ2 T cells, the Vy2Vδ2 T-cell receptor （TCR） recognizes and binds to HMBPP on antigen-presenting cells （APC）. In response to HMBPP stimulus, Vy2V82 TCRs array to form signaling-related nanoclusters or nanodomains during the activation of Vy2V82 T cells. Primary infections with H MBPP-producing pathogens drive the evolution of multieffector functional responses in Vy2Vδ2 T cells, although Vy2V82 T cells display different patterns of responses during the acute and chronic phases of Mtb infection and in other infections. Expanded Vy2Vδ2 T cells in primary Mtb infection can exhibit a broader TCR repertoire and a greater clonal response than previously assumed, with different distribution patterns of Vδ,2Vδ2 T-cell clones in lymphoid and non-lymphoid compartments. Emerging in vivo data suggest that HMBPP activation of Vy2W2 T cells appears to impact other immune cells during infection.

Inverse emulsion polymerization was employed to synthesize inverse emulsion Cd（Ⅱ） imprinted polymers （ieⅡ P）. The morphology and functional groups of ieⅡP were characterized by SEM,FTIR and TG. Static adsorption experiments and competitive adsorption test were used to evaluate the adsorption ability of ieⅡP. The adsorption capacity of polymers could reach 86.7 mg·g^-1 under the optimal adsorption conditions. The pseudo second order kinetic model and Langmuir isotherm model could be used to analyze the experimental data well. The adsorption process of ieⅡP was chemical adsorption process and monomolecular type. Thermodynamic parameters showed that the adsorption process was endothermic and could occur spontaneously. The selectivity coefficients k of Cd^2＋/v, Cd^2＋/Zn^2＋ and Cd^2＋/Cu^2＋ were 2.4998, 1.2437 and 4.6882, respectively. The proposed method provides a new thought for removing Cd（Ⅱ） in water samples.

Industrial Engineering Analysis of Chinese Manufacturing Industry in Transition Period Based on Grey Predictions

In order to explore the characteristics and development strategies of Chinese manufacturing production system, the grey forecasting model GM( 1,1) and the grey verhulst dynamic model were built firstly. The prediction results show that Chinese manufacturing productivity would reach $ 32 806 per person in 2018,which indicates rapid development and lays the foundation for China to become the world's manufacturing power since the reform and opening up. However, it is predicted that Chinese manufacturing productivity would peak in 2018 based on the grey verhulst dynamic model,which reveals the resource configuration mode of Chinese manufacturing system could not prop up its increasing manufacturing capability. Furthermore the main reasons of this phenomenon were explored,which could be summarized as the lack of accumulation,integration of industrial engineering( ie)and information technology( IT), promoting mechanism of ie application as well as integration model of management innovation and technology innovation,etc. Finally,a series of strategies based on ie theory to solve these problems were given. This study provides an effective way to deal with the challenges and opportunities facing the Chinese manufacturing industry,meanwhile,it may contribute to the theoretical system of ie.
