Life expectancy is increasing,leading to the continuous aging of the population in *** the health status of the older population is crucial to achieving healthy *** primary objective of the PENG ZU Study on Healthy Aging in China(PENG ZU Cohort)is to understand the natural progression of health status among the aging Chinese ***,the PENG ZU cohort aims to identify and validate multidimensional aging markers,uncover the underlying mechanisms of systemic aging and functional decline,and develop novel strategies and measures to delay functional decline and adverse health outcomes,while maintaining overall good *** PENG ZU cohort consists of 26,000 individuals aged 25 to 89 years from seven major geographical regions in *** data and biospecimens are collected according to standardized procedures at baseline and follow-up *** recruitment for the PENG ZU cohort was completed in October *** extensive analysis of multidimensional health-related data and bioresources collected from the cohort is anticipated to develop methods for evaluating functional status and elucidating multilevel,cross-scale interactions and regulatory mechanisms of healthy *** findings from this study will enhance the understanding of health changes due to aging,facilitate efficient and effective interventions to maintain functional ability,and reduce the incidence and severity of age-related diseases,thereby further promoting healthy aging.

BACKGROUND Inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)was previously regarded as a Western disease;however,its incidence is increasing in the *** epidemiology of IBD in Asia differs significantly from the patterns in the *** To comprehensively investigate the epidemiology of IBD in South Korea,inclu-ding its incidence,prevalence,medication trends,and *** We analyzed claims data from the Health Insurance Review and Assessment Service and Rare and Intractable Diseases(RIDs),operated by the national Health Insurance Service of South *** with IBD were identified based on the International Classification of Diseases,Tenth Revision,and RID diagnostic codes for Crohn’s disease(CD)and ulcerative colitis(UC)from 2010 to *** In total,14498 and 31409 patients were newly diagnosed with CD and UC,respectively,between 2010 and *** annual average incidence of CD was 3.11 cases per 105 person-years,and that of UC was 6.74 cases per 10^(5) *** 2014,the incidence rate of CD has been stable,while that of UC has steadily increased,shifting the peak age group from 50-year-olds in 2010 to 20-year-olds in *** CD and UC prevalence increased consistently over the study period;the use of 5-aminosali-cylates and corticosteroids gradually decreased,while that of immunomodulators and biologics steadily increased in both CD and *** clinical outcomes of IBD,such as hospitalization and surgery,decreased during the study *** The CD incidence has been stable since 2014,but that of UC has increased with a shift to a younger age at peak incidence between 2010 and *** clinical outcomes improved over time,with increased use of immunomodu-lators and biologics.

By exploiting the contact Hamiltonian dynamics（T*M × R,Φ_t） around the Aubry set of contact Hamiltonian systems,we provide a relation among the Mather set,the Φ_t-recurrent set,the strongly static set,the Aubry set,the Ma?é set,and the Φ_t-non-wandering ***,we consider the strongly static set,as a new flow-invariant set between the Mather set and the Aubry set in the strictly increasing *** show that this set plays an essential role in the representation of certain minimal forward weak Kolmogorov-Arnold-Moser（KAM） solutions and the existence of transitive orbits around the Aubry set.

A New Class of Strong Orthogonal Arrays of Strength Three

Strong orthogonal arrays(SOAs) were recently introduced and studied as a class of spacefilling designs for computer experiments. To surely realize better space-filling properties, SOAs of strength three or higher are desirable. In addition, orthogonality is also an important property for designs of computer experiments, because it guarantees that the estimates of the main effects are uncorrelated. This paper first provides a systematic study on the construction of(nearly) orthogonal strength-three SOAs with better space-filling properties. The newly proposed strength-three SOAs enjoy almost the same space-filling properties of strength-four SOAs, and can accommodate much more columns than the latter. Moreover, they are(nearly) orthogonal and flexible in run sizes. The construction methods are straightforward to implement, and their theoretical supports are well established. In addition to the theoretical results, many designs are tabulated for practical needs.

Fractional calculus has drawn more attentions of mathematicians and engineers in recent years.A lot of new fractional operators were used to handle various practical *** this article,we mainly study four new fractional operators,namely the CaputoFabrizio operator,the Atangana-Baleanu operator,the Sun-Hao-Zhang-Baleanu operator and the generalized Caputo type operator under the frame of the k-Prabhakar fractional integral ***,the theory of the k-Prabhakar fractional integral is regarded as a much broader than classical fractional ***,we firstly give a series expansion of the k-Prabhakar fractional integral by means of the k-Riemann-Liouville ***,a connection between the k-Prabhakar fractional integral and the four new fractional operators of the above mentioned was shown,*** terms of the above analysis,we can obtain this a basic fact that it only needs to consider the k-Prabhakar fractional integral to cover these results from the four new fractional operators.

An eikonal equation-based earthquake location method by inversion of multiple phase arrivals

The precise determination of earthquake location is the fundamental basis in seismological community,and is crucial for analyzing seismic activity and performing seismic *** arrivals are generally used to practically determine earthquake ***,first-arrival traveltimes are not sensitive to focal ***,they cannot accurately constrain focal *** improve the accuracy,researchers have analyzed the depth phases of earthquake *** traveltimes of depth phases are sensitive to focal depths,and the joint inversion of depth phases and direct phases can be implemented to potentially obtain accurate earthquake ***,researchers can determine earthquake locations in layered *** layered models can only represent the first-order feature of subsurface structures,the advantages of joint inversion are not fully explored if layered models are *** resolve the issue of current joint inversions,we use the traveltimes of three seismic phases to determine earthquake locations in heterogeneous *** three seismic phases used in this study are the first P-,sPg-and *** calculate the traveltimes of the three seismic phases by solving an eikonal equation with an upwind difference scheme and use the traveltimes to determine earthquake *** verify the accuracy of the earthquake location method by the inversion of three seismic phases,we take the 2021 M_(S)6.4 Yangbi,Yunnan earthquake as an example and locate this earthquake using synthetic and real seismic *** tests demonstrate that the eikonal equation-based earthquake location method,which involves the inversion of multiple phase arrivals,can effectively improve earthquake location accuracy.
