The emergence of B2B electronic markets has greatly changed the relative bargaining power of buyers and *** study the equilibrium market structure in a buyer＇s *** find that buyer-controlled B2B markets and neutral B2B markets have different equilibrium structures,and the emergence of B2B markets will increase social welfare,but its effect on buyers and sellers will be different：B2B markets increase the consumer surplus of the end market,but their effects on buyer and seller profits are moderated by the relative bargaining power of buyers and *** profits of the side with much weaker bargaining power will decrease due to the introduction of B2B markets.

This paper studies dynamic pricing and cooperative advertising strategies in a two-member channel of distribution. We propose differential game models that incorporate the carryover effects of advertising over time for both manufacturer and retailer. Two different models are studied. Firstly, we discussed a non-cooperative differential game which the manufacturer supports partially the cost of the promotion activities. Secondly, both channel members cooperatively determine their respective strategies. In these two cases, dynamic cooperative advertising and pricing strategies are characterized. Then numerical simulation method is applied to analyze the sensitivity of main model parameters and compare the main results of the two models. The simulation results show that the cooperative model achieves better coordination than the non-cooperative model with the following features： all channel members achieve higher advertising efforts and profit level in the cooperative case rather than in the non-cooperative case.

This paper examines the proxy variables of investor sentiment in Chinese stock market carefully, and tries to construct an investor sentiment index indirectly. We use cross correlation analysis to examine lead-lag relationship between the proxy variables and HS300 index. The results show that net added accounts （NAA）, SSE share turnover （TURN）, and closed-end fund discount （CEFD） are leading variables to stock market. The average first day return of IPOs （RIPO） and relative degree of active trading in equity market （RDAT） are contemporary variables, while number of IPOs （NIPO） is a lagging variable of stock market. Using the sentiment proxy variables with most possible leading order, and forward selection stepwise regression method, the empirical results on monthly stock returns reveal that three leading proxy variables can be used to form a sentiment index. And the out of sample tests prove that this sentiment index has good predictive power of Chinese stock market, and it is robust.

A traffic flow cellular automaton model to considering drivers' learning and forgetting behaviour

It is known that the commonly used NaSch cellular automaton （CA） model and its modifications can help explain the internal causes of the macro phenomena of traffic flow. However, the randomization probability of vehicle velocity used in these models is assumed to be an exogenous constant or a conditional constant, which cannot reflect the learning and forgetting behaviour of drivers with historical experiences. This paper further modifies the NaSch model by enabling the randomization probability to be adjusted on the bases of drivers＇ memory. The Markov properties of this modified model are discussed. Analytical and simulation results show that the traffic fundamental diagrams can be indeed improved when considering drivers＇ intelligent behaviour. Some new features of traffic are revealed by differently combining the model parameters representing learning and forgetting behaviour.

With the explicit consideration of user heterogeneity, i.e., each user has a different value of time （VOT）, this paper examines the system efficiency and social equity of toll revenue redistribution in a bi-mode transportation system. Three schemes of distributing the road toll revenue are proposed, which respectively consider efficiency, equity, as well as efficiency and equity together. With mild assumptions, we prove that the number of auto-motorists decreases and the total social cost increases with transit subsidy share when only marginal operating cost of the transit is covered by its fare. However, when average fixed cost of the transit is further covered, the total social cost is a ＂U＂ shape curve against the transit subsidy share. Numerical results show that the well designed toll revenue redistribution schemes can make the system more equitable while keeping high efficiency. With the increase of user heterogeneity, the Gini coefficient becomes larger while the total social cost goes down.

A Novel Text Retrieval Algorithm for Public Crisis Cases

Public crisis has the characteristics of suddenness and uncertainty, and it is necessary to combine the knowledge with the experience of other similar situations to make decisions effectively and *** work combines artificial intelligent theory with information technology and brings case-based reasoning to build models consisting of the features of public crisis. We explore the case-representation approach and build a case-based retrieval algorithm. Combining the specificness of Case-based reasoning(CBR) technology in the monitoring of public crisis events, a new case retrieval algorithm for public crisis cases, named as Combined multi-similarity with set of simi-larity matching algorithm based on sememe(CMSBS), is proposed to analyze the cases with high similarity to current *** CMSBS algorithm considers the structural and semantic similarities between two public crisis cases comprehensively. Simulation experiments are performed to validate the representation method of the knowledge,and the simulation results demonstrate that the CMSBS algorithm has superior performance in the average number of matching cases and matching accuracy rate and can work well in providing reference cases for subsequent events.

This paper examines the effect of government policies on the financing decisions of firms in China. A real options model is developed to understand how fiscal and monetary policies affect corporate *** model predictions will be tested with a comprehensive panel data set spanning from 2002 to *** work documents robust evidence that show the positive association of both tax and risk-free rate with firm leverage：increase in tax rate and risk free rate by one standard deviation results in the increase in corporate leverages by 0.61 to 1.06 percent and 2.54 to 3.68 percent,*** addition,the productions of the firms are not affected by the tax rate in the short run,and the firms are operating in their optimal market *** implied tax rate and risk free rate are solved by assuming that the firms achieve their optimal *** implied tax rate declines with the size, whereas the opposite goes for implied risk-free rate.

In this paper, a sufficient and necessary condition is presented for existence of a class of exact solutions to N-dimensional incompressible magnetohydrodynamic （MHD） equations. Such solutions can be explicitly expressed by appropriate formulae. Once the required matrices are chosen, solutions to the MHD equations axe directly constructed.

Novel method for hybrid multiple attribute decision making based on TODIM method

The TODIM(an acronym in Portuguese for interactive and multiple attribute decision making) method is a valuable tool to solve the multiple attribute decision making(MADM) problems considering the behavior of the decision maker(DM), while it cannot be used to handle the problem with unknown weight information on attributes. In this paper, a novel method based on the classical TODIM method is proposed to solve the hybrid MADM problems with unknown weight information on attributes,in which attribute values are represented in four different formats:crisp numbers, interval numbers, triangular fuzzy numbers and trapezoidal fuzzy numbers. Firstly, the positive-ideal alternative and negative-ideal alternative are determined, and the gain and loss matrices are constructed by calculating the gain and loss of each alternative relatived to the ideal alternatives concerning each attribute based on different distance calculation formulas, which may avoid the information missing or information distortion in the process of unifying multiform attribute values into a certain representation form. Secondly, an optimization model based on the maximizing deviation(MD) method, by which the attribute weights can be determined, is established for the TODIM method. Further, the calculation steps to solve the hybrid MADM problems are given. Finally, two numerical examples are presented to illustrate the usefulness of the proposed method, and the results show that the DM’s psychological behavior, attribute weights and the transformed information would highly affect the ranking orders of alternatives.
