Trifluoromethanesulfenamide reagent can react with alcohols, in basic conditions, or with thiols, in catalytic acid conditions, to afford the corresponding trifluoromethanesulfenates or trifluoromethyldisulfides. The use of higher homologs of this reagent leads to synthesis of the nearly unknown perfluoroalkanesulfenates and perfluoro- alkyldisulfides.

利用紫外分光光度法揭示了丹酰-L-苯丙氨酸对小牛肠碱性磷酸酶的选择性抑制作用,并比较性地研究了丹酰-L-苯丙氨酸和L-苯丙氨酸对小牛肠碱性磷酸酶的动力学抑制过程。结果表明在37℃和碱性磷酸酶工作的最佳pH值(pH10.4)的条件下,丹酰-L-苯丙氨酸与L-苯丙氨酸类似,能够有效抑制小牛肠碱性磷酸酶的活性;利用双倒数曲线拟合,判定丹酰-L-苯丙氨酸与L-苯丙氨酸的抑制类型均为反竞争性抑制,两者的抑制常数Ki均为mmol级。对丹酰-L-苯丙氨酸抑制小牛肠碱性磷酸酶的作用研究,不仅有助于进一步阐明L-苯丙氨酸对组织特异性碱性磷酸酶的选择性抑制机理,而且丹酰基团的存在也为荧光标定碱性磷酸酶的特效抑制剂提供了可能。

This review intends to present an overview of methods currently under development for the specific and sensitive detection of pathogenic bacteria that exist in a variety of human environments. Bacteria continue to be a major health threat in general, and much effort is being deployed to counteract this problem. In a first instance, current and efficient techniques in use for the detection of bacteria are described. In a second instance, this review serves to compare the more conventional techniques to emerging technologies for the direct (non-labelled) detection of bacteria (referred to as “biosensors”). These approaches are mainly optical, piezoelectric, and electro-chemical in nature. They are cost-effective, quite sensitive, and potentially portable for rapid on-site/real-time detection, and rapid prevention. These devices are comprised of specific chemical/ biochemical probes immobilized onto physical transducers. This work also presents comparisons between the efficiencies (assay time and sensitivity) of various techniques being employed.

A synthesis of functionalized phenolic α-amino-alcohols(±)-8 and(±)-16 as synthetic precursors of the catechol tetrahydroisoquinoline structure of phthalascidin 650 was disclosed.(±)-8 was prepared in 5 steps from the commercially available *** from 3-methyl catechol 5,8 steps gave rise to the synthesis of phenolic α-amino-alcohol(±)-16 in 27% overall *** synthetic strategy involved the elaboration of fully functionalized aromatic aldehyde 13 and its transformation into a phenolic α-amino-alcohol(±)-16,through a Knoevenagel condensation,simultaneous reduction of nitroketene and ester functions,and hydrogenolysis of the benzyl protecting *** pentacycle(±)-4 was obtained after 4 additional *** Pictet-Spengler cyclisation between the phenolic α-amino-alcohol(±)-16 and the N-protected α-amino-aldehyde 4 allowed to obtain(1,3')-bis-tetrahydroisoquinoline 17 with N-methylated and N-Fmoc *** last step was a Swern oxidation allowing the expected intramolecular condensation.

Bioactive lipids constitute a large family of molecules considered as inflammatory *** them,lysophosphatidic acid(LPA),sphingosine 1-phosphate(S1P),and eicosanoids(prostanoids such as PGE2 and leukotrienes such as LTB4,LTC4,and LTD4)play a central role in the pathophysiology of several inflammatory ***,it has long been known that these bioactive lipids are also involved in cancer,mainly because of their ability to control the pro-inflammatory microenvironment of tumors as well as their ability to act directly on tumor cells promoting cell proliferation,migration,and ***,there has been increased interest in determining how these lipid mediators orchestrate tumor development and *** metastases result from a complex dialogue between tumor cells and bone *** findings demonstrate that all these bioactive lipids can profoundly affect bone metabolism by acting positively or negatively on both osteoblasts and *** review gives an overview of previous findings demonstrating direct involvement of LPA,S1P,and PGE2 in bone *** review also emphasizes the recent findings that characterize the activity of these bioactive lipids directly on bone cells and how these activities could be integrated into the complex molecular mechanisms leading to bone metastasis formation and progression.
