This study considers a nonlinear grey Bernoulli forecasting model with conformable fractionalorder accumulation,abbreviated as CFNGBM(1,1,λ),to study the gross regional product in the ChengYu *** new model contains three nonlinear parameters,the power exponentγ,the conformable fractional-orderαand the background valueλ,which increase the adjustability and flexibility of the CFNGBM(1,1,λ)*** parameters are determined by the moth flame optimization algorithm,which minimizes the mean absolute prediction percentage *** CFNGBM(1,1,λ)model is applied to the gross regional product of 16 cities in the Cheng-Yu area,which are Chongqing,Chengdu,Mianyang,Leshan,Zigong,Deyang,Meishan,Luzhou,Suining,Neijiang,Nanchong,Guang’an,Yibin,Ya’an,Dazhou and *** data from 2013 to 2021,several grey models are established and results show that the new model has higher accuracy in most cases.

This paper considers stock halts to study the impact of stock liquidity loss on the managerial learning effect based on stock *** examine stock halts’impact on corporate innovation and find that discretionary halts hinder *** also find that discretionary halts reduce information quality and increase financial constraints and agent ***-sectional tests show that this negative impact is more pronounced in samples with high shareholding ratios by large shareholders,institutional investors and private *** results indicate that the loss of non-institutional stock trading rights,represented by discretionary stock halts,affects revelatory price efficiency in the secondary market,hinders managers’learning effect and affects enterprises’production and operation *** findings have policy implications for stock circulation-right protection and Chinese capital-market reform.

As a Turing test in multimedia,visual question answering(VQA)aims to answer the textual question with a given ***,the“dynamic”property of neural networks has been explored as one of the most promising ways of improving the adaptability,interpretability,and capacity of the neural network ***,despite the prevalence of dynamic convolutional neural networks,it is relatively less touched and very nontrivial to exploit dynamics in the transformers of the VQA tasks through all the stages in an end-to-end ***,due to the large computation cost of transformers,researchers are inclined to only apply transformers on the extracted high-level visual features for downstream vision and language *** this end,we introduce a question-guided dynamic layer to the transformer as it can effectively increase the model capacity and require fewer transformer layers for the VQA *** particular,we name the dynamics in the Transformer as Conditional Multi-Head Self-Attention block(cMHSA).Furthermore,our questionguided cMHSA is compatible with conditional ResNeXt block(cResNeXt).Thus a novel model mixture of conditional gating blocks(McG)is proposed for VQA,which keeps the best of the Transformer,convolutional neural network(CNN),and dynamic *** pure conditional gating CNN model and the conditional gating Transformer model can be viewed as special examples of *** quantitatively and qualitatively evaluate McG on the CLEVR and VQA-Abstract *** experiments show that McG has achieved the state-of-the-art performance on these benchmark datasets.

This study investigated the relationships between human resource(HR)practices,employee psychological empowerment,employee innovative work behavior,and firm innovation capability in the context of the Information and Communication Technology(ICT)sector in *** the Social Exchange Theory(SET)as a guiding framework,this study explored how employee psychological empowerment and innovative work behavior mediated the influence of HR practices on a firm’s innovative *** on extensive data collected from ICT organizations in Jordan,our analysis had several key findings.A significant positive correlation between HR practices and psychological empowerment was *** design emerged as the most influential factor affecting psychological empowerment,whereas compensation had a weaker ***,we established that psychological empowerment significantly enhanced innovative work behavior,underscoring its role as a catalyst for innovative work behavior within the ***,our study supported the theory that psychological empowerment influenced a firms’innovation capabilities,emphasizing the pivotal role of employee empowerment in driving firm-level innovation in the Jordanian ICT *** findings provide insights for academic and practical audiences,clarifying how HR practices,employee psychological empowerment,and innovative work behavior collectively influenced firm innovation capability within the unique context of the Jordanian ICT sector.

We construct a dual-layer coupled complex network of communities and residents to represent the interconnected risk transmission network between communities and the disease transmission network among residents. It characterizes the process of infectious disease transmission among residents between communities through the SE2IHR model considering two types of infectors. By depicting a more fine-grained social structure and combining further simulation experiments, the study validates the crucial role of various prevention and control measures implemented by communities as primary executors in controlling the epidemic. Research shows that the geographical boundaries of communities and the social interaction patterns of residents have a significant impact on the spread of the epidemic, where early detection, isolation and treatment strategies at community level are essential for controlling the spread of the epidemic. In addition, the study explores the collaborative governance model and institutional advantages of communities and residents in epidemic prevention and control.

Recently, facial-expression recognition (FER)has primarily focused on images in the wild, includingfactors such as face occlusion and image blurring, ratherthan laboratory images. Complex field environmentshave introduced new challenges to FER. To addressthese challenges, this study proposes a cross-fusion dualattention network. The network comprises three parts:(1) a cross-fusion grouped dual-attention mechanism torefine local features and obtain global information;(2) aproposed C2 activation function construction method,which is a piecewise cubic polynomial with threedegrees of freedom, requiring less computation withimproved ﬂexibility and recognition abilities, whichcan better address slow running speeds and neuroninactivation problems;and (3) a closed-loop operationbetween the self-attention distillation process andresidual connections to suppress redundant informationand improve the generalization ability of the *** recognition accuracies on the RAF-DB, FERPlus,and AffectNet datasets were 92.78%, 92.02%, and63.58%, respectively. Experiments show that this modelcan provide more effective solutions for FER tasks.

This study explores the effects of bureaucratic culture on *** define bureaucratic culture as a culture in which power and officials are held in the highest *** panel data of publicly listed Chinese manufacturing firms from 2007 to 2015,we found that bureaucratic culture negatively correlated with firms'patent output.A mechanism analysis shows that bureaucratic culture hindered corporate innovation by reducing firms'research and development inputs and decreasing innovation ***,we provided evidence that anti-corruption campaigns and the development of formal institutions could neutralize the negative impact of bureaucratic culture on corporate *** study is the first to investigate quantitatively the causal effect of bureaucratic culture on corporate innovation and it can deepen the understanding of the relationship between culture and innovation in *** speculate that promoting a creative culture,particularly one that fosters entrepreneurial spirit,is of utmost importance.

Effects of combustion temperature on the optical properties of brown carbon from biomass burning

Biomass burning has been known as one of main sources of Brown Carbon(BrC)in *** this study,by controlling the combustion temperature at 250℃,350℃,and 450℃,the methanol soluble organic carbon(MSOC)and methanol insoluble carbon(MISC)from pine wood burning was collected by ***–Vis,excitation emission matrix(EEM),TEM and FTIR spectra were applied to investigate the properties of BrC *** MSOC at 250℃ and 350℃,all the spectral profiles of UV–Vis absorption and excitation emission matrix are almost the same,while the EEM of MSOC at 450℃ are different from that of the other *** MISC fuorescence was observed only in the case of 450℃.In the FTIR spectra,with the temperature increasing the peaks associated to the oxygen-contained functions was weakened,indicating the formation of the fuorophores with larger conjugated system,especially aromatic *** results show that biomass combustion at low temperature produces more oxygen-riched BrC,which possesses relatively lower light absorption,while at high temperature produces more aromatics hydrocarbons with relatively strong light *** results of this work are helpful to trace the source of brown carbon and optimize biomass energy utilization.

Interregional compensation for farmland protection:From the perspective of farmland allocation optimization

Interregional compensation for farmland protection(IRCFP)is a policy instrument for encouraging farmland protection through interregional fiscal transfer *** practices and studies on IRCFP have generally determined the payers and recipients of compensation based on the present distribution of farmland,and the compensation standards did not combine farmland development right value with farmland deficit and surplus,resulting in insignificant effects on farmland protection and even policy ***,in this study,we proposed an interregional compensation mechanism for farmland protection based on farmland allocation optimization by considering 31 provincial-level regions in *** results showed that(1)the determination of farmland surplus or deficit areas based on farmland allocation optimization met the regional construction land demand from the perspective of achieving food security.(2)The combination of the compensation value standard and cropland deficit and surplus had a positive effect on farmland protection.(3)Interregional compensation for farmland protection based on farmland allocation optimization can coordinate economic development,farmland protection,and ecological ***,we discussed the rationality of interregional compensation for farmland protection based on farmland allocation optimization and designed the operation mechanism of IRCFP.
