The flux of papers from electron posi.ron colli.ers contai.i.g data on the photon structure functi.n ended naturally around 2005. i. i. thus ti.ely to revi.w the theoreti.al basi. and confront the predi.ti.ns wi.h a summary of the experi.ental results. The di.cussi.n wi.l focus on the i.crease of the structure functi.n wi.h x (for x away from the boundari.s) and i.s ri.e wi.h , both characteri.ti.s bei.g dramati.ally di.ferent from hadroni. structure functi.ns. The agreement of the experi.ental observati.ns wi.h the theoreti.al calculati.ns i. a stri.i.g success of QCD. i. also allows a new determi.ati.n of the QCD coupli.g constant whi.h very well corresponds to the values quoted i. the li.erature.

Usi.g the 3-m radi. telescope of KOSMA, we mapped 12CO (J = 3-2) li.es for three molecular clouds, B35, S146 and TMC-2A. Hi.h-veloci.y molecular outflows are found i. all these regi.ns. The physi.al and dynami.al pa-rameters of the outflows are deri.ed, and thei. shapes and dri.i.g sources are analyzed. Contour maps of center veloci.ti.s show that the large scale systemati. gradi.nts exi.t i. the three clouds. These observed moti.ns are best explai.ed by rotati.n after excludi.g the cause of outflows. Furthermore, i. the core regi.n of TMC-2A there i. a veloci.y gradi.nt i. opposi.e di.ecti.n from that of the large scale. i. may be caused by magneti. braki.g. Fi.ally, angular veloci.i.s of the clouds are calculated, and the effects of rotati.n agai.st gravi.y and loweri.g the star-formati.n rate are also ana-lyzed.

Electri.-fi.ld-i.duced resi.tance swi.chi.g （RS） phenomena have been studi.d for over 60 years i. metal/di.lectri.s/metal structures. i. these experi.ents a wi.e range of di.lectri.s have been studi.d i.cludi.g bi.ary transi.i.n metal oxi.es, perovski.e oxi.es, chalcogeni.es, carbon- and si.i.on-based materi.ls, as well as organi. materi.ls. RS phenomena can be used to store i.formati.n and offer an attracti.e performance, whi.h encompasses fast swi.chi.g speeds, hi.h scalabi.i.y, and the desi.able compati.i.i.y wi.h Si.based complementary metal-oxi.e-semi.onductor fabri.ati.n. Thi. i. promi.i.g for nonvolati.e memory technology, i.e., resi.tance random access memory （RRAM）. However, a comprehensi.e understandi.g of the underlyi.g mechani.m i. sti.l lacki.g. Thi. i.pedes faster product development as well as accurate assessment of the devi.e performance potenti.l. Generally speaki.g, RS occurs not i. the enti.e di.lectri. but only i. a small, confi.ed regi.n, whi.h results from the local vari.ti.n of conducti.i.y i. di.lectri.s. i. thi. revi.w, we focus on the RS i. oxi.es wi.h such an i.homogeneous conducti.i.y. Accordi.g to the ori.i. of the conducti.i.y i.homogenei.y, the RS phenomena and thei. worki.g mechani.m are revi.wed by di.i.i.g them i.to two aspects： i.terface RS, based on the change of contact resi.tance at metal/oxi.e i.terface due to the change of Schottky barri.r and i.terface chemi.al layer, and bulk RS, reali.ed by the formati.n, connecti.n, and di.connecti.n of conducti.e channels i. the oxi.es. Fi.ally the current challenges of RS i.vesti.ati.n and the potenti.l i.provement of the RS performance for the nonvolati.e memori.s are di.cussed.

通过测量GaAs基Gaxi.1-xP/AlGai.P多量子阱的光学吸收谱 ,揭示出采用吸收谱研究该量子阱系统所遭遇的困难 ,并判明吸收谱中高频振荡干扰的来源为多光束干涉 ,从而指出消减振荡干扰的有效途径在于降低量子阱样品的有效厚度 .提出了适用于反射光谱测量的样品结构 ,并在实验中观察到激子跃迁 .通过对反射谱进行导数操作 ,达到了准确测定激子跃迁能量的目的。

The surface plasmon polari.ons of the topologi.al i.sulator Bi.Se3 can be exci.ed by usi.g etched grati.g or grave structures to compensate the wave vector mi.match of the i.ci.ent photon and plasmon. Here, we demonstrate novel gold grati.g/Bi.Se3 thi. fi.m/sapphi.e hybri. structures, whi.h allow the exci.ati.n of surface plasmon polari.ons propagati.g through nondestructi.e Bi.Se3 thi. fi.m wi.h the help of gold di.fracti.e grati.gs. Uti.i.i.g peri.di. Au surface structures,the momentum can be matched and the normal-i.ci.ence i.frared reflectance spectra exhi.i. pronounced di.s. When the wi.th of the gold grati.g W(wi.h a peri.di.i.y 2 W) i.creases from 400 nm to 1500 nm, the resonant frequenci.s are tuned from about 7000 cm-1 to 2500 cm-1. i. contrast to the expected ■ di.persi.n for both massi.e and massless fermi.ns,where q ~π/W i. the wave vector, we observe a sound-li.e li.ear di.persi.n even at room temperature. Thi. surface plasmon polari.ons wi.h li.ear di.persi.n are attri.uted to the uni.ue noni.vasi.e fabri.ati.n method and hi.h mobi.i.y of topologi.al surface electrons. Thi. novel structure provi.es a promi.i.g appli.ati.n of Di.ac plasmoni.s.
