A mi.ture of water-based flui. wi.h gold(Au) and si.i.on di.xi.e(Si.O2) nanoparti.les i. formulated. i. contrast to the conventi.nal Fouri.r's heat flux equati.n, thi. study employs the Cattaneo-Chri.tov heat flux equati.n. A uni.orm magneti. fi.ld i. appli.d perpendi.ular to the flow di.ecti.n, i.voki.g magnetohydrodynami.(MHD) effects. Further, the model accounts for Joule heati.g, whi.h i. the heat generated when an electri. current passes through the flui.. The problem i. solved vi. NDSolve i. MATHEMATi.A. Numeri.al and stati.ti.al analyses are conducted to provi.e i.si.hts i.to the behavi.r of the nanomateri.ls between the parallel plates wi.h respect to the flow, energy transport, and ski. *** fi.di.gs of thi. study have potenti.l appli.ati.ns i. enhanci.g cooli.g systems and opti.i.i.g thermal management strategi.s. i. i. observed that the squeezi.g moti.n generates addi.i.nal pressure gradi.nts wi.hi. the flui., whi.h enhances the flow rate but reduces the fri.ti.nal drag. Consequently, the flui. i. pushed more vi.orously between the plates, i.creasi.g the flow veloci.y. As the flui. experi.nces hi.her flow rates due to the i.creased squeezi.g effect, i. spends less ti.e i. the regi.n between the plates. The thermal relaxati.n, however, abruptly changes the temperature, leadi.g to a decrease i. the temperature fluctuati.ns.

Wi.ely used spi.-coated ni.kle oxi.e （Ni.x） based perovski.e solar cells often suffer from severe i.terfaci.l reacti.ns between the Ni.xand adjacent perovski.e layers due to surface defect states,whi.h i.herently i.pai. devi.e performance i. a long-term vi.w,even wi.h surface molecule *** thi. study,we developed hi.h-quali.y magnetron-sputtered Ni.xthi. fi.ms through detai.ed process opti.i.ati.n,and compared systemati.ally sputtered and spi.-coated Ni.xthi. fi.m surfaces from materi.ls to *** sputtered Ni.xfi.ms exhi.i. i.proved crystalli.i.y,smoother surfaces,and si.ni.i.antly reduced Ni.+or Ni.vacanci.s compared to thei. spi.-coated ***,the i.terface between the perovski.e and sputtered Ni.xfi.m shows a substanti.lly reduced densi.y of defect *** solar cells （PSCs） fabri.ated wi.h our opti.ally sputtered Ni.xfi.ms achi.ved a hi.h power conversi.n effi.i.ncy （PCE） of up to 19.93%and demonstrated enhanced stabi.i.y,mai.tai.i.g 86.2% effi.i.ncy duri.g 500 h of maxi.um power poi.t tracki.g under one standard sun ***,wi.h the surface modi.i.ati.n usi.g (4-(2,7-di.romo-9,9-di.ethylacri.i.-10（9H）-yl)butyl)p hosphoni. aci. （DMAcPA）,the devi.e PCE was further promoted to 23.07%,whi.h i. the hi.hest value reported for sputtered Ni.xbased PSCs so far.

Ai.： To approach the elusi.e functi.n of the SLA/LP molecule, we have characteri.ed genomi. organi.ati.n and conservati.n of the major anti.eni. and functi.nal properti.s of the SLA/LP molecule i. vari.us speci.s. METHODS： By means of computati.nal bi.logy, we have characteri.ed the complete SLA/LP gene, mRNA and deduced protei. sequences i. man, mouse, zebrafi.h, fly, and worm. RESULTS： The human SLA/LP gene sequence of approxi.ately 39 kb, whi.h maps to chromosome 4p15.2, i. organi.ed i. 11 exons, of whi.h 10 or 11 are translated, dependi.g on the spli.e vari.nt. Homologous molecules were i.enti.i.d i. several bi.logi.al model organi.ms. The vari.us homologous protei. sequences showed a hi.h degree of si.i.ari.y or homology, notably at those resi.ues that are of functi.nal i.portance. The only domai. of the human protei. sequence that lacks si.ni.i.ant homology wi.h homologous sequences i. the major anti.eni. epi.ope recogni.ed by autoanti.odi.s from autoi.mune hepati.i. （Ai.） pati.nts. CONCLUSi.N： The SLA/LP molecule and i.s functi.nally relevant resi.ues have been hi.hly conserved throughout the evoluti.n, suggesti.g an i.di.pensable functi.n of the molecule. The fi.di.g that the only non-conserved domai. i. the domi.ant anti.eni. epi.ope of the human SLA/LP sequence, suggests that SLA/LP autoi.muni.y i. autoanti.en-dri.en rather than bei.g dri.en by molecular mi.i.ry.

Li.ear alkyl benzenes （LABs） are the mai. materi.ls for detergent producti.n. The presence of aromati. compounds i. thi. materi.l can decrease the quali.y of the fi.al product and enhance the deacti.ati.n rate of catalysts. i. thi. research we used zeoli.e NaX for de-aromati.ati.n of the recycled paraffi. from the alkylati.n uni. of an LAB producti.n complex. The effect of di.ferent parameters on the removal effi.i.ncy of adsorbent was studi.d and opti.i.ed. To study the re-usabi.i.y of the adsorbent, the breakthrough curves were obtai.ed by usi.g a fi.ed bed column fi.led wi.h the adsorbent. The results i.di.ated that the adsorbent capaci.y remai.ed unchanged after three regenerati.n cycles. The Langmui. and Freundli.h adsorpti.n models were appli.d to descri.e the equi.i.ri.m i.otherms. i. was concluded that the Langmui. model agreed well wi.h the experi.ental data. The calculated thermodynami. parameters of the adsorpti.n showed that the adsorpti.n process was spontaneous and exothermi.. The reacti.n rate was esti.ated by the pseudo-second order ki.eti. model.

Colon cancer and the i.mune system:The role of tumor i.vadi.g T cells

Colon cancer i. sti.l one of the leadi.g causes of cancer death worldwi.e. Although the host i.mune system has been shown to react agai.st tumor cells, mai.ly through tumor i.fi.ltrati.g lymphocytes and NK cells, tumor cells may uti.i.e di.ferent ways to escape anti.tumor i.mune response. Tumor i.fi.ltrati.n of CD8+ and CD4+ (T-bet+) effector T cells has been attri.uted to a benefi.i.l outcome, and the enhancement of T cell acti.ati.n through T cell receptor sti.ulati.n and co-sti.ulatory si.nals provi.es promi.i.g strategi.s for i.munotherapy of colon cancer. Growi.g evi.ence supports a role for the Fas/FasL system i. tumor i.munology, although the mechani.ms and consequences of FasL acti.ati.n i. colon cancer are not completely understood. i. ani.al models, depleti.n of regulatory T cells (CD4+ CD25+ T cells) can enhance the anti.tumor i.mune response under certai. condi.i.ns. Taken together, recent i.si.hts i. the i.mune reacti.n agai.st colon carci.oma have provi.ed new approaches to i.munotherapy, although much remai.s to be learned about the exact mechani.ms.

Fi.ally, the i.troducti.n of di.ferent forms of testosterone supplementati.n therapy （TST） wi.h i.creased promoti.n, marketi.g, and di.ect-to-consumer adverti.i.g i. also dri.i.g market growth. Li.nocellulosi. bi.mass i. one of the vi.ble soluti.ns to allevi.te the global warmi.g. However, the li.i.ed uti.i.ati.n of bi.mass majorly focused on cellulose and hemi.ellulose restri.ts the economi. and envi.onmental feasi.i.i.i.s. To cope wi.h thi. i.sue, we proposed an i.tegrated process of co-produci.g 1,6-hexanedi.l（1,6-HDO） wi.h tetrahydrofuran and adi.i. aci. from bi.mass, referred to as Strategy A. To compare the i.pacts of li.ni. upgradi.g and feedstock, Strategy B, whi.h co-produces tetrahydrofuran alone, and Strategy C, whi.h i. the tradi.i.nal route to produce 1,6-HDO from fossi. fuels, were used. Heat networks are also desi.ned to reduce operati.g costs and i.di.ect carbon emi.si.ns due to energy consumpti.n, savi.g 87% and 83% of the heat and cooli.g requi.ements, respecti.ely, i. Strategy A. The market competi.i.eness of Strategy A was evaluated by determi.i.g the mi.i.um selli.g pri.e through techno-economi. analysi., and sustai.abi.i.y was thoroughly i.vesti.ated by quanti.yi.g the envi.onmental i.pacts through both mi.poi.t and endpoi.t li.e-cycle assessments（LCAs）.Strategy A was found to be the most favorable both economi.ally（USRDSCHARDOLLAR3,402/ton） and envi.onmentally（-26.9 kg CO2eq.）. Thi. i.di.ates that li.ni. valori.ati.n i. not only economi.ally but also envi.onmentally preferred. Fi.ally, changes i. economi. and envi.onmental feasi.i.i.i.s dependi.g on economi., process, and envi.onmental parameters were i.vesti.ated usi.g sensi.i.i.y and uncertai.ty analyses. The results of these analyses provi.e valuable i.si.ht i.to bi.-based chemi.al producti.n.
