Acti.obacteri.l communi.y i. a conspi.uous part of aquati. ecosystems and.d.0}plays an i.portant role i. the case of bi.geochemi.al cycle,but li.tle i. known about the seasonal vari.ti.n of acti.obacteri.l communi.y i. reservoi. ecologi.al *** thi. stud.,the hi.h-throughput techni.ues were used.to i.vesti.ate the structure of the aquati. acti.obacteri.l communi.y and.i.s i.d.ci.g water quali.y parameters i. d.0}ferent *** results showed.that the hi.hest d.0}ersi.y and.abund.nce of acti.obacteri.l communi.y occurred.i. wi.ter,wi.h Spori.hthya(45.42%)bei.g the most abund.nt genus and.Rhod.coccus sp.(29.32%)bei.g the most abund.nt *** analysi. and.correlati.n analysi. suggested.that i. autumn the d.nami.s of acti.obacteri.l communi.y were i.fuenced.by more factors and.Nocard.0}i.es ***2R5S2 was the potenti.l keystone speci.s whi.h was negati.ely correlated.wi.h temperature(R=-0.72,Pi. envi.onmental factors could.si.ni.i.antly affect the changes i. acti.obacteri.l communi.y,and.the d.nami.s of temperature,d.0}solved.oxygen(d.),and.turbi.i.y are potenti.l conspi.uous factors i.fuenci.g seasonal acti.obacteri.l communi.y *** parti.l least squares path mod.li.g further eluci.ated.that the combi.ed.effects of d. and.temperature not only i. the d.0}ersi.y of acti.obacteri.l communi.y but also i. other water quali.i.s,whi.e the physi.chemi.al parameters(path coeffi.i.nt=1.571,Pi.onmental factors i. natural mi.ture *** results strengthen our und.rstand.0}g of the d.nami.s and.structures of acti.obacteri.l communi.y i. the d.i.ki.g water reservoi.s and.provi.e sci.nti.i. gui.ance for further water quali.y management and.protecti.n i. water sources.

contents of 23 trace elements (Sc, V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Zn, As, Se, Br, Rb, Sr, Mo, Ag, Sb, i. Ba, La, Ce, Sm, Eu, Hf, Ta) were quanti.ati.ely d.termi.ed.i. soft ti.sues and.shells of mass non-i.d.0}enous bi.alve mussels—farmed.Paci.i. oysters (Crassostrea gi.as) and.farmed.and.wi.d.i.vasi.e Med.0}erranean mussels (Myti.us galloprovi.ci.li.) at the Atlanti. coast of South Afri.a. The stud. revealed.that the contents of the majori.y of elements i. the soft ti.sues of both speci.s were hi.her than those i. the shells. The ti.sues of wi.d.i.vasi.e Med.0}erranean mussels contai. hi.her levels of a range of trace elements compari.g to farmed.mussels. The ti.sues of Paci.i. oysters contai. much hi.her levels of almost all elements stud.0}d.compared.to the ti.sues of Med.0}erranean mussels. Hi.her content of zi.c i. the mussels and.oysters from Sald.nha Bay may evi.ence anthropogeni. polluti.n of the bay’s ecosystem by thi. metal, whi.h necessi.ates conti.ued.moni.ori.g of levels of potenti.lly toxi. metals.
