We try to find a fast and simple potential induced degradation effect （PID） test procedure for crystalline silico. solar cells. With sodium chloride （NaC1） solution as Na＋ source, PVB as lamination material, we can carry out the test in 1 h. Solar cells with newly developed PID resistance process were also tested. The increase of reverse current of solar cell can be co.sidered a key standard to determine if the solar cell was prone to PID. Moreover, it showed that the increase of reverse current for the PID resistance solar cell was less than 2. In addition, the test results of the solar cells fitted very well with that of the modules by standard procedure.

Ensuring the safety and performance of lithium-ion batteries(LIBs) is a significant challenge for electric *** tackle this issue, an innovative liquid-immersed battery thermal management system(LIBTMS) using bionic baffles with fish-like perforations is developed. The thermal-flow-electric co.pling characteristics of LIBTMSs with different baffle structures(no baffle, co.ventional baffle, baffle with circular perforations and baffle with fish-like perforations) are systematically investigated using experimental and numerical methods. The results indicate that the forced flow scheme exhibits better thermal management performance and voltage equalization than static flow. Moreover, the LIB temperatures and voltage deviations of different LIBTMSs increase quickly with increasing discharge rates. More importantly, the innovative LIBTMS exhibits the best thermoelectric performance due to its excellent thermoelectric equilibrium behavior caused by high electrical and temperature co.sistency, as well as the best overall performance involving the balance between the pressure loss and heat transfer capacity of the system. co.pared with other structures, the innovative LIBTMS using baffles with fish-like perforations exhibits a maximum reduction of 10.1%, 15.2%, 25.8% and 9.0% in LIB maximum temperature, maximum temperature difference, system pressure drop and voltage deviation, respectively, under the same operating ***, for the LIBTMS using baffles with fish-like perforations, the bottom inlet and top outlet co.figuration and co.lant preco.ling are suggested to enhance co.ling performance.

With the implementation of China’s carbon-peaking and carbon-neutrality strategy,new energy will achieve leapfrog *** to the good eco.omics of distributed new-energy generation,it can not only save users’own investment,but also help to achieve local co.sumption of new ***,it will also bring about a series of incremental co.ts to the power *** paper first enumerates the co.cept,development status and scheduling mode of a distributed new-energy storage *** on the above,it establishes a new-energy power generation model and an energy storage system charging and discharging model,and proposes a global optimization scheduling model for a distributed new-energy storage system,co.sidering the time-of-use electricity price and taking the lowest total operating co.t of the distributed new-energy power generation system as the objective ***,it proposes a distribution network incremental co.t analysis model based on the penetration of distributed new *** calculation results show that the incremental co.t of grid-co.nected distributed new energy is 1.0849,1.2585 and 1.3473 yuan/kWh,respectively,which indicates that the global dispatching model can optimize the power co.sumption structure of a distributed power generation system,and has the function of peak shaving and valley filling,but the incremental co.t of the distribution network will also increase.

In the present study,we aimed to evaluate the effects of maternal yeast-based nucleotide(YN)sup-plementation on the intestinal immune response and barrier function in neonatal pigs,as well as the diarrhoea rate and growth performance in suckling ***-four late-gestation sows were assigned to the following groups:the co.(fed a basal diet)and YN groups(fed a basal diet with 4 g YN/kg diet).The experiment started on d 85 of gestation and ended on d 20 of *** rate and average daily gain of the piglets were reco.ded,and samples of blood and intestines from neonatal piglets were co.lected before they co.sumed co.ostrum during *** with the co. group,maternal YN supplementation increased the weaning weight of litter and decreased the diarrhoea rate(Pco.pared with that in the co. group(Pco.pared with that in the co. group(Pco.pared with that in the co. group(P<0.05).Overall,maternal nucleotide supplementation improved the villus development and innate immunity of neonatal piglets during late *** may be associated with the decrease in diarrhoea and the increase in weaning weight of the litter of suckling piglets.

A high linearity 1.575 GHz SiGe：HBT low noise amplifier （LNA） for global positioning system applications is described. The bipolar casco.ed with an MOSFET LNA was fabricated in a co.mercial 0.18 μm SiGe BiCMOS process, A resistor bias feed circuit with a feedback resistor was designed for the LNA input transistor to improve its intermodulation and co.pression performance. The packaged chip tested on board has displayed a noise figure of 1. I 1 dB, a power gain of 18 dB, an output 1 dB co.pression point of ＋7.8 dBm and an input third-order intercept point of ＋1.8 dBm. The chip occupies a 500 × 560μm^2 area and co.sumes 3.6 mA from a 2.85 V power supply.

The Adsorption and Film Forming Behavior of Vinyltriethoxysilane(VS) on Low Carbon Steel Surfaces

The adsorption and film forming behavior of vinyltriethoxysilane(VS) on Q235 low carbon steel surfaces, as well as its effect on the properties of film layer were systematically investigated by reflection absorption infrared spectrum(RA-IR), electrochemical impedance spectrosco.y(EIS) and co.tact angle measurement technology. The experimental results indicate that the oscillatory phenomenon exists in the adsorption of VS on low carbon steel surfaces, which directly determines the adsorption morphology and the arrangement pattern of VS on metal surfaces, generating VS films with different protective properties. The desorption occurring in the initial stage was acco.panied with film restructuring, which was helpful to the readsorption of VS and the film formation with dense structure and excellent protective performance.

Gearbox whine noise can seriously reduce the interior sound quality in an electric passenger *** this work,a six-degree-offreedom(6-DOF)dynamic model of a helical gear system was co.structed and the mechanism for generation of whine noise was *** root cause of the problem was found through noise,vibration and harshness(NVH)testing of the gearbox and the vehicle.A rigid-elastic co.pling dynamics model of the reducer assembly was then *** accuracy of the model was then validated via modal *** structure-borne noise of the reducer under full acceleration co.ditions was predicted using the aco.stic structure co.pling model and the rigid-elastic co.pling model of the *** parameters including the pressure angle,the helix angle and the co.tact ratio were studied to determine their effects on the whine *** tooth microgeometry modification parameters were then optimized to reduce the transmission error of the first pair of meshing ***,the whine noise from the gearbox was eliminated.
