Multi boron-doping effects in hard carbon toward enhanced sodium ion storage

Hard carbon (HC) has been co.sidered as promising anode material for sodium-ion batteries (SIBs).The optimization of hard carbon’s microstructure and solid electrolyte interface (SEI) property are demonstrated effective in enhancing the Na+storage capability,however,a one-step regulation strategy to achieve simultaneous multi-scale structures optimization is highly ***,we have systematically investigated the effects of boron doping on hard carbon’s microstructure and interface chemistry.A variety of structure characterizations show that appropriate amount of boron doping can increase the size of closed pores via rearrangement of carbon layers with improved graphitization degree,which provides more Na+storage ***-situ Fourier transform infrared spectrosco.y/electrochemical impedance spectrosco.y (FTIR/EIS) and X-ray photoelectron spectrosco.y (XPS) analysis demonstrate the presence of more BC3and less B–C–O structures that result in enhanced ion diffusion kinetics and the formation of inorganic rich and robust SEI,which leads to facilitated charge transfer and excellent rate *** a result,the hard carbon anode with optimized boron doping co.tent exhibits enhanced rate and cycling *** general,this work unravels the critical role of boron doping in optimizing the pore structure,interface chemistry and diffusion kinetics of hard carbon,which enables rational design of sodium-ion battery anode with enhanced Na+storage performance.

Engineering nanoparticle structure at synergistic Ru-Na interface for integrated co.(2)capture and hydrogenation

The development of dual functional material for cyclic co.(2)capture and hydrogenation is of great significance for co.verting diluted co.(2)into valuable fuels,but suffers from kinetic limitation and deactivation of adsorbent and ***,we engineered a series of RuNa/γ-Al_(2)O_(3)materials,varying the size of ruthenium from single atoms to clusters/*** co.rdination environment and structure sensitivity of ruthenium were quantitatively investigated at atomic *** findings reveal that the reduced Ru nanoparticles,approximately 7.1 nm in diameter with a Ru-Ru co.rdination number of 5.9,exhibit high methane formation activity and selectivity at 340°*** Ru-Na interfacial sites facilitate co.(2)migration through a deoxygenation pathway,involving carbonate dissociation,carbonyl formation,and ***-situ experiments and theoretical calculations show that stable carbonyl intermediates on metallic Ru nanoparticles facilitate heterolytic C–O scission and C–H bonding,significantly lowering the energy barrier for activating stored co.(2).

Microplastics(MPs)are of particular co.cern due to their ubiquitous occurrence and propensity to interact and co.centrate various waterborne co.taminants from aqueous *** on the interaction and joint toxicity of MPs on engineered nanoparticles(ENPs)are exhaustive,but limited research on the effect of MPs on the properties of ENPs in multisolute ***,the effect of MPs on adsorption ability of ENPs to antibiotics was investigated for the first *** results demonstrated that MPs enhanced the adsorption affinity of ENPs to antibiotics and MPs before and after aging showed different effects on *** polyamide prevented aggregation of ZnONPs by introducing negative charges,whereas virgin polyamide affected ZnONPs with the help of electrostatic ***-IR and XPS analyses were used to probe the physico.hemical interactions between ENPs and *** results showed no chemical interaction and electrostatic interactionwas the dominant force between ***,the adsorption rate of antibiotics positively co.related with pH and humic acid but exhibited a negative co.relation with ionic *** study highlights that ENPs are highly capable of accumulating and transporting antibiotics in the presence of MPs,which co.ld result in a widespread distribution of antibiotics and an expansion of their environmental risks and toxic effects on *** also improves our understanding of the mutual interaction of various co.existing co.taminants in aqueous environments.

A bi-layer co.rdinated power regulation strategy co.sidering system dynamics and eco.omics for isolated hybrid AC/DC multi-energy microgrid

The isolated hybrid AC/DC multi-energy microgrid(IH-MEMG)offers an effective solution for meeting the electrical,heating,and co.ling energy demands of remote and off-grid *** an IH-MEMG,system transient dynamics(i.e.,frequency or voltage of the electricity network)and eco.omics are critical aspects that pose the greatest co.cern to ***,these aspects are generally investigated separately owing to their different time *** integrate these aspects from the sco.e of real-time co.trol,this study proposes a bi-layer co.rdinated power regulation strategy co.sidering system dynamics and eco.omics for the ***,co.pling relationships among multiple sub-networks are analyzed,and a frequency-voltage co.pling model between the AC and DC sides is ***,a bi-layer co.rdinated power regulation strategy is developed for the IH-MEMG with output characteristics of different co.ponents involved:the primary layer includes a multi-entity power support mechanism used to improve the dynamics of the electricity network,wherein a co.peration principle of the co.bined co.ling,heating,and power(CCHP)unit and energy storage unit(ESU)is designed in detailed;meanwhile,the seco.dary layer includes a real-time eco.omics-oriented optimization framework used to adjust the power references of multiple units generated from the primary layer for co.t efficiency improvement(notably,the primary layer can work independently).Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed strategy is verified through co.prehensive simulations under varying operation scenarios.

Super-high bed sintering for iron ores:variation and optimization of bed resistance

As the bed depth increases,sintering yield increases,but the productivity *** reveal the reasons for the decrease in productivity and explore targeted solutions,the bed resistance of mixtures,wet zone,and co.bustion zone was analyzed in the *** results showed that the decreased porosity of mixture resulted in the increased bed resistance by 160.56%when the bed depth increased from 600 to 1000 *** improving porosity of 1%by adding loosening bars with optimized size and distribution,the bed resistance decreased,and the productivity increased by 5%.The increase in bed depth increased the thickness of the wet zone from 120 to 680 mm and the resistance from 1.56 to 8.83 *** using a three-stage intensive mixer and pre-adding water for granulation,the moisture of mixture was reduced by 0.6%,and the sintering productivity increased by 4%.Besides,the high bed resistance is mainly caused by the increase in the thickness of the co.bustion zone from 31.9 to 132.7 mm,and the bed resistance increased from 0.70 to 5.62 *** bed resistance of the co.bustion zone at 900 mm was increased by 90.51%co.pared to 700 *** optimization of the distribution of co.e breeze,the thickness of co.bustion zone at the lower layer decreased from 132.7 to 106.84 mm and permeability improved significantly.

Auroral Kilometric Radiation (AKR) is a co.mon radio emission,which can co.tribute to the magnetosphere-ionosphereatmosphere co.u *** emissions have been observed in all magnetic planet magnetospheres of the solar *** this study,using observations from the FAST satellite from 30 August 1996 to 9 September 2001,the distribution of AKR in altitude=500-4500 km and invariant latitude (|ILAT|)=60°-80°has been analyzed.63045 AKR samples have been identified with~48%(52%) samples on the dayside (nightside).Of co.siderable interest,there is a distinct MLT asymmetry with the high occurrence rate in MLT=05-08 and 18-22(02-05 and 12-17) in the northern (southern) *** distinct MLT asymmetry is associated with the direction of Bxof the interplaneta ry magnetic *** addition,the occurrence rate on the nightside clearly increases as the AE^(*) index *** study further enriches the information and understanding of AKR in the magnetosphere as well as other similar radio emissions.

Fake Face Detection Based on Fusion of Spatial Texture and High-Frequency Noise

The rapid development of the Internet has led to the widespread dissemination of manipulated facial images, significantly impacting people's daily lives. With the co.tinuous advancement of Deepfake technology, the generated co.nterfeit facial images have beco.e increasingly challenging to distinguish. There is an urgent need for a more robust and co.vincing detection method. Current detection methods mainly operate in the spatial domain and transform the spatial domain into other domains for analysis. With the emergence of transformers, some researchers have also co.bined traditional co.volutional networks with transformers for detection. This paper explores the artifacts left by Deepfakes in various domains and, based on this exploration, proposes a detection method that utilizes the steganalysis rich model to extract high-frequency noise to co.plement spatial features. We have designed two main modules to fully leverage the interaction between these two aspects based on traditional co.volutional neural networks. The first is the multi-scale mixed feature attention module, which introduces artifacts from high-frequency noise into spatial textures, thereby enhancing the model's learning of spatial texture features. The seco.d is the multi-scale channel attention module, which reduces the impact of background noise by weighting the features. Our proposed method was experimentally evaluated on mainstream datasets, and a significant amount of experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of our approach in detecting Deepfake forged faces, outperforming the majority of existing methods.

Evaluation Model for Energy Efficiency of Factory Workshop Based on DSR and Fuzzy Borda

In the co.text of advancing towards dual carbon goals,numerous factories are actively engaging in energy efficiency upgrades and *** accurately pinpoint energy efficiency bottlenecks within factories and prioritize renovation sequences,it is crucial to co.duct co.prehensive evaluations of the energy performance across various ***,this paper proposes an evaluation model for workshop energy efficiency based on the drive-state-response(DSR)framework co.bined with the fuzzy BORDA ***,an in-depth analysis of the relationships between different energy efficiency indicators was *** on the DSR model,evaluation criteria were selected from three dimensions-drive factors,state characteristics,and response measures-to establish a robust energy efficiency indicator ***,three distinct assessment techniques were selected:Grey Relational Analysis(GRA),Entropy Weight Method(EWM),and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution(TOPSIS)forming a diversified set of evaluation ***,by introducing the fuzzy BORDA method,a co.prehensive energy efficiency evaluation model was developed,aimed at quantitatively ranking the energy performance status of each *** a real-world factory as a case study,applying our proposed evaluationmodel yielded detailed sco.es and rankings for each ***,post hoc testing was performed using the Spearman co.relation co.fficient,revealing a statistic value of 10.209,which validates the effectiveness and reliability of the proposed evaluation *** model not only assists in identifying underperforming workshops within the factory but also provides solid data support and a decision-making basis for future energy efficiency optimization strategies.
