Efficient desorption and reuse of co.lector from the flotation co.centrate:A case study of scheelite

Flotation is the most co.mon method to obtain co.centrate through the selective adsorption of co.lectors on target minerals to make them hydrophobic and *** the hydrometallurgy of co.centrate,co.lectors adsorbed on co.centrate can damage ion-exchange resin and increase the chemical oxygen demand(co.)value of *** this work,we proposed a new scheme,i.e.,desorbing the co.lectors from co.centrate in ore dressing plant and reusing them in flotation *** nitrate and benzohydroxamic acid(Pb-BHA)co.plex is a co.mon co.lector in scheelite *** this study,different physical(stirring or ultrasonic waves)and chemical(strong acid or alkali environment)methods for facilitating the desorption of Pb-BHA co.lector from scheelite co.centrate were ***-mineral desorption tests showed that under the co.dition of pulp pH 13 and ultrasonic treatment for 15 min,the highest desorption rates of Pb and BHA from the scheelite co.centrate were 90.48%and 63.75%,***-of-mine ore flotation tests revealed that the reuse of desorbed Pb and BHA reduced the co.lector dosage by 30%for BHA and 25%for *** strong alkali environment broke the chemical bonds between Pb and *** cavitation effect of ultrasonic waves effectively reduced the interaction intensity between Pb-BHA co.lector and scheelite *** method co.bining ultrasonic waves and strong alkali environment can effectively desorb the co.lectors from co.centrate and provide“clean”scheelite co.centrate for metallurgic plants;the reuse of desorbed co.lector in flotation flowsheet can reduce reagent co.t for ore dressing plants.

Inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)is a serious disorder,and exploration of active co.pounds to treat it is *** acidic polysaccharide named SUSP-4 was purified from Selaginella uncinata(Desv.)Spring,which co.tained galacturonic acid,galactose,xylose,arabinose,and rhamnose with the main chain structure of→4)-α-d-GalAp-(1→and→6)-β-d-Galp-(1→and the branched structure of→5)-α-l-Araf-(1→.Animal experiments showed that co.pared with Model group,SUSP-4 significantly improved body weight status,disease activity index(DAI),co.onic shortening,and histopathological damage,and elevated occludin and zonula occludens protein 1(ZO-1)expression in mice induced by dextran sulfate sodium salt(DSS).16S ribosomal RNA(rRNA)sequencing indicated that SUSP-4 markedly downregulated the level of Akkermansia and *** results co.firmed that SUSP-4 obviously elevated thiamine levels co.pared with Model mice by adjusting thiamine metabolism,which was further co.firmed by a targeted metabolism *** transplantation experiments showed that SUSP-4 exerted an anti-IBD effect by altering the intestinal flora in mice.A mechanistic study showed that SUSP-4 markedly inhibited macrophage activation by decreasing the levels of phospho-nuclear factor kappa-B(p-NF-κB)and cyclooxygenase-2(co.-2)and elevating NF-E2-related factor 2(Nrf2)levels co.pared with Model *** co.clusion,SUSP-4 affected thiamine metabolism by regulating Akkermania and inhibited macrophage activation to adjust NF-κB/Nrf2/co.-2-mediated inflammation and oxidative stress against *** is the first time that plant polysaccharides have been shown to affect thiamine metabolism against IBD,showing great potential for in-depth research and development applications.

Three-dimensional geochemical modeling of ore-forming elements is crucial for predicting deep *** approach provides key information for the quantitative prediction of deep mineral localization,three-dimensional fine interpolation,analysis of spatial distribution patterns,and extraction of quantitative mineral-seeking *** Yechangping molybdenum(Mo)deposit is a significant and extensive porphyry-skarn deposit in the East Qinling-Dabie Mo polymetallic metallogenic belt at the southern margin of the North China *** borehole data on oreforming elements underpin deep geochemical *** methodology includes the following steps:(1)Threedimensional geological modeling of the deposit was established.(2)co.relation,cluster,and factor analyses post delineation of mineralization stages and determination of mineral generation sequence to identify(Cu,Pb,Zn,Ag)and(Mo,W,mfe)assemblages.(3)A three-dimensional geochemical block model was co.structed for Mo,W,mfe,Cu,Zn,Pb,and Ag using the ordinary kriging method,and the variational function was developed.(4)Spatial distribution and enrichment characteristics analysis of ore-forming elements are performed to extract geological information,employing the variogram and w(Cu+Pb+Zn+Ag)/w(Mo+W)as predictive indicators.(5)Identifying the western,northwestern,and southwestern areas of the mine with limited mineralization potential,co.trasted by the northeastern and southeastern areas favorable for mineral exploration.

A method for detecting two-dimensional plane stress distribution in basin-type insulator based on critically refracted longitudinal wave

Basin-type insulator often has small cracks due to stress *** current method cannot accurately reflect the stress co.dition of the insulator to find the stress co.centration *** solve these problems,a method for detecting two-dimensional plane stress(δ_(1) andδ_(2))within different depth ranges in a basin-type insulator is proposed based on critically refracted longitudinal(LCR)***,the aco.stoelastic equation characterising the relationship between the variation of LCR wave propagation time and the plane stress was ***,the propagation characteristics of LCR wave in epoxy resin samples were ***,the stress distribution within different depth ranges of the insulator subjected to hydraulic load was measured using the proposed method,including direction(θ),δ_(1) andδ_(2).The results show that the magnitude of the stress alone cannot accurately characterise the stress *** with equal distances to the centre have similar stress magnitudes,but their directions are not the *** increasing depth,θremains essentially unchanged at the same location,whileδ1 andδ2 decrease,and the rate of decrease varies at different *** the measured and simulated data,the results showed that they were in good agreement,and the maximum errors of stress value andθwere 0.69 MPa and 2.97°,respectively,which co.firmed the feasibility and accuracy of the stress detection in the proposed method.

How Effective are Decentralized Anti-poverty Programs?

This study examines the effectiveness of China's National Poor co.nties(NPC)program,a decentralized anti-poverty initiative,by analyzing five rounds of individual-level panel data from 1988 to *** impact of two waves of the NPC program(1994 and 2001)is evaluated utilizing a panel fixed-effects regression *** results indicate substantial positive effects,with residents in NPC co.nties experiencing a 47 percent inco.e increase,3.1 percent higher employment rates,and a 5.7 percent rise in household expenditure from 1988 to 2008,in co.parison with non-NPC ***,the program benefited vulnerable populations,dispelling co.cerns about"elite capture."The study also reveals that evolving policy focus has played a pivotal role in sustaining the effects of the program over *** 1994 round prioritized low-skilled employment,and the 2001 wave emphasized productivity enhancement through skills *** findings highlight the co.tinued efficacy of decentralized anti-povertyefforts.

Immunological disturbance effect of exogenous histamine towards key immune cells

Histamine in food has attracted widespread attention due to the potential toxicity and associated health ***,its influences on immunological co.ponents,especially the function of key immune cells,are still poorly *** this work,we explored the effects of exogenous histamine on the function of key immune cells such as intestinal epithelial cells,dendritic cells,and T *** results showed that histamine co.ld affect the expression of allergy-related genes in CMT93 cells at a high dose of ***,it’s found that histamine co.ld cause an imbalance in the levels of relevant immune factors secreted by dendritic cells and T cells,especially those related to *** the same time,the proportion of MHC class IIpositive dendritic cells and the proportion of T helper 2(Th2)cells in CD4^(+)T cells increased after histamine *** co.cluded that the presence of a certain level of histamine in food may affect the expression of allergy-related cytokines,disrupt the balance of the immune homeostasis,and potentially lead to adverse immune *** work demonstrated the importance of including the estimation of histamine’s immune safety in aquatic products rather than merely co.sidering the potential risk of food poisoning.

Arc and Droplet Behaviors in Horizontal Short-Arc Pulsed Gas Metal Arc Welding of 9%Ni Steel with ERNiCrMo-3 Welding Wire

Short-arc pulsed gas metal arc welding(P-GMAW)was used to solve the dificulties of molten pool spreading and droplet transfer of Ni-based welding *** of short-circuit current was used to reduce *** length stabilizer was used to acquire a proper and stable arc length maintained at the critical position where short circuit starts to ***-arc P-GMAW with or without arc length stabilizer was *** droplet transfer,arc behaviors and weld bead profiles were investigated and co.pared based on the high-speed photography and observation of weld *** the arc length stabilizer was deactivated,the arc length was unstable and too *** droplet transfer mode was mainly short circuit partial transfer,with only a small part of the droplet transferred into the molten pool,with the characteristics of no obvious necking,a few spatters,small droplet impact,long short circuit duration and high short-circuit *** was also a small proportion of short circuit co.plete transfer with obvious necking,larger droplet impact,shorter short-circuit duration and lower short-circuit *** arc length stabilizer,droplet transfer modes were short circuit co.plete transfer and spray *** spray transfer had the largest droplet impact,no short circuit and no *** the arc length stabilizer activated,a deep penetration,a high penetration ratio,a small reinforcement and a large reinforcement factor were *** provides an innovative method to solve the difficulties of droplet transfer and molten pool spreading and eliminate the inco.plete fusion in the GMAW of 9%Ni steel with nickel-based alloy welding wire.

Unstructured Road Extraction in UAV Images based on Lightweight Model

There is no unified planning standard for unstructured roads,and the morphological structures of these roads are co.plex and *** is important to maintain a balance between accuracy and speed for unstructured road extraction *** road extraction algorithms based on deep learning have problems such as high model co.plexity,high co.putational co.t,and the inability to adapt to current edge co.puting ***,it is best to use lightweight network *** the need for lightweight models and the characteristics of unstructured roads with different pattern shapes,such as blocks and strips,a TMB(Triple Multi-Block)feature extraction module is proposed,and the overall structure of the TMBNet network is *** TMB module was co.pared with SS-nbt,Non-bottleneck-1D,and other modules via *** feasibility and effectiveness of the TMB module design were proven through experiments and *** co.parison experiment,using multiple co.volution kernel categories,proved that the TMB module can improve the segmentation accuracy of the *** co.parison with different semantic segmentation networks demonstrates that the TMBNet network has advantages in terms of unstructured road extraction.

Cross-Modal co.sistency with Aesthetic Similarity for Multimodal False Information Detection

With the explosive growth of false information on social media platforms, the automatic detection of multimodalfalse information has received increasing attention. Recent research has significantly co.tributed to multimodalinformation exchange and fusion, with many methods attempting to integrate unimodal features to generatemultimodal news representations. However, they still need to fully explore the hierarchical and co.plex semanticco.relations between different modal co.tents, severely limiting their performance detecting multimodal falseinformation. This work proposes a two-stage detection framework for multimodal false information detection,called ASMFD, which is based on image aesthetic similarity to segment and explores the co.sistency andinco.sistency features of images and texts. Specifically, we first use the co.trastive Language-Image Pre-training(CLIP) model to learn the relationship between text and images through label awareness and train an imageaesthetic attribute sco.er using an aesthetic attribute dataset. Then, we calculate the aesthetic similarity betweenthe image and related images and use this similarity as a threshold to divide the multimodal co.relation matrixinto co.sistency and inco.sistencymatrices. Finally, the fusionmodule is designed to identify essential features fordetectingmultimodal false information. In extensive experiments on four datasets, the performance of the ASMFDis superior to state-of-the-art baseline methods.

With the increasing demand for energy co.servation and emission reduction,more attentions have been paid to the intelligentization,greenization and low carbonization during the transformation and upgrading of steelmaking *** furnace(LF)refining is one of the key procedures in steelmaking process and has been widely used in steelmaking plants for its high equipment matching degree,low equipment investment and outstanding refining *** to the main tasks of LF refining process,the modeling methods of temperature prediction model,slag-making model,alloying model,argon blowing model and model of inclusions behavior were systematically reviewed,and the advantages and disadvantages of each modeling method were *** addition,the technical framework for the future has also been proposed based on existing works,including classification of raw materials,graphic representation of knowledge,introduction,upgradation and management of device/equipment,customization of steelmaking,modeling of refining process,synergy of models,intelligentization of decision-making,automation of co.trol,and digitization of processes and operations,aiming to provide a reference for the modeling and intelligent development of LF refining process.
