Investigations on the relationship between some tumor cell properties and their metastatic potential using different clones from two tumor cell lines are reported. CNE2L2(highly metastatic) and CNE2L4 (low metastatic) clones were isolated from human nasopharyngeal carcinoma CNE-2Z cell line. LA1. LAD and LA5 clones were isolated from mouse pulmonary adenocarcinoma LA795 cell line with different metastatic potentials. The results from both cell lines showed that the metastatic potential of tumor cell positively correlated with elecirophoretic mobility rate. adhesion with endothelial cells and in vitro and in vivo invasiveness. and negatively correlated with self-adhesion and adhesion to fibroblast cells. The data further confirmed the relationship between these factors and the metastatic potential of tumor *** results provide a theoretical basis for elucidating the mechanism of metastasis.

Soy protein isolate and egg white protein were added to cassava-banana gluten-free pasta and the effects on the nutritional quality,digestibility properties,protein digestibility corrected amino acid(PDCAA),and sensory acceptance of the pasta was ***-cassava composite flour(75:25)was blended with soy protein isolate or egg white protein at the following rates:0,5,10,and 15 g/100 g *** pasta samples were analysed for total phenolic content(TPC),antioxidant activity,amino acid profiles,protein content,starch digestibility,protein digestibility and protein digestibility corrected amino acid score(PDCAAS).Addition of both proteins decreased starch digestibility,increased protein digestibility,improved the balance of the amino acid profile,and PDCAAS whereas only soy protein isolate enhanced the TPC and antioxidant capacity of the banana-cassava *** egg white protein-fortified banana-cassava pasta had better customer acceptance and purchase intent than soy protein isolate inclusion.

The immunological responsiveness of the T-cell immunodificient NC nude mice tumor models was reconstructed by thymic transplantation of the semidominance NC mice. After immune reconstruction(IR) the tumor continued to grow until 2 to 3 weeks, then the volume of the tumor reduced gradually and disappeared at the 9th week in both H901 and SW1116 solid tumor nodules was found by light microscopic study(IM), after IR. tumor cells gradually replaced by lymphocytes and fibroblasts, shrinked till only isolated cell groups, then totally disappeared. The whole processes like that the tumor cells were nibbled. It was found that the main tumor cell death related with a specific feature of apoptosis, which had typical dense chromatin distributed along the inner surface of the nuclear membrane by transmission electron microscopic study(TEM). The IR model could be useful for further mechanical research of immune system.

Even the potential of T cell-mimicking nanotrap for long term viral control due to its overcoming of human immunodeficiency virus(HIV)genetic diversity and viral resistance,the robust HIV inhibition was not expected because these nanotraps displayed no obvious advantages compared with the infinite host ***,a glycoprotein 120(gp120)-targeting polypeptide UM15 reinforced lymphocyte-mimicking nanotrap was constructed,and its improved HIV-1 inhibiting efficacy was *** to the results,the constructed nanotraps exhibited evident escaping ability from uptake of the mononuclear phagocyte system and highly improved binding ability with gp120 *** constructed nanotraps neutralized all tested HIV-1 pseudo typed viruses with IC80 of 21.0μg/mL,and inhibited both X4-tropic and R5-tropic HIV-1 with IC80 of 34.4 and 20.6μg/mL,*** 40%of gp120 was observed to be shed from pseudo virus,and above 40%bystander T cells were prevented from gp120-induced death by the constructed *** safety of the constructed nanotraps was confirmed both in vitro and in ***,the constructed nanotraps could specifically neutralize free HIV-1,selectively bind with gp120 expressing HIV-1 infected cells,cause gp120 shedding,inhibit gp120-induced bystander T cell killing on the premise of safety,and were considered as promising therapeutic agents for precise inhibition of HIV.

To consider the head is a flexible multi-layer structure and the contact-impact is flexible, the Hertz Contact Law is unsuitable for analyzing the dynamic response of human head impacts elastic plane with initial speed. In this paper, the process of head impacting with elastic plane is modeled as a response of vibrant system, and methods like mechanical network figure and mechanical impedance is taken to resolve this dynamic response problem. Based on the actual head structure, head is modeled as a vibrant model, which concludes the masses of scalp and bone in the impact area, the masses in the other part of the head and the brain, the stiffness of the head, and the damp coefficient of the scalp and brain. At the same time, the elastic plane is simplified as a vibrant model including mass, stiffness and damp. These two vibrant models are linked into one vibrant systematic model. In order to calculate the elastic deformation and the impact acceleration of the head, the models are transformed into mechanical girding figure at violent vibration point. The dynamic impact force of the system, the impact acceleration of the head, the elastic deformation of the plane and the fixed frequency of the system can be worked out by calculating the velocity impedance at the violent vibration point when the initial impact speed is known. The results fit the test data well, which proves that this method is available for the analysis of the dynamic response of the system under impact.
