Three-dimensional S-wave velocity structure of the crust and upper mantle for the normal fault system beneath the Yinchuan Basin from joint inversion of receiver function and surface wave

A series of parallel normal faults are distributed in the Helan Mountain-Yinchuan Basin tectonic belt,where a historical M8.0 earthquake *** is rare that such a great earthquake occurs in a normal fault system within the *** deeply understand the fine structure of the normal fault system,we deployed 104 broadband temporary stations near the system,collected data from permanent stations and other temporary stations nearby,and obtained the high-precision threedimensional S-wave velocity structure beneath 206 stations via joint inversion of receiver function and surface wave.A typical graben-in-graben feature bounded by four major faults was identified in the Yinchuan *** analyzed the seismicity in the normal fault system and found a seismic strip in the southern part of the basin,where there are significant changes in the sedimentary thickness,which is speculated to be the southern boundary of the normal fault *** are significant differences in the crustal thickness and velocity structure in the crust on both sides of the boundary between the Helan Mountain and the Yinchuan Basin,and a low-velocity zone was identified in the upper mantle beneath this boundary,which could be related to the fact that the Helan Mountain-Yinchuan Basin tectonic belt is located between the Alxa Block and the Ordos *** M8.0 Yinchuan-Pingluo earthquake occurred at the junction of four major faults in the Yinchuan Basin,which was located in the high-velocity zone near the velocity transition zone at the basin-mountain *** low-velocity zone in the upper mantle beneath this boundary may have promoted the nucleation of this *** on evidence from geological drilling,micro seismicity,the regional stress field,and the velocity models obtained in this study,it is inferred that the eastern piedmont fault zone of the Helan Mountain was the seismogenic fault of the 1739 M8.0 Yinchuan-Pingluo earthquake.

BACKGROUND Conventional Billroth Ⅱ(BⅡ) anastomosis after laparoscopic distal gastrectomy(LDG) for gastric cancer(GC) is associated with bile reflux gastritis, and Roux-enY anastomosis is associated with Roux-Y stasis syndrome(RSS). The uncut Rouxen-Y(URY) gastrojejunostomy reduces these complications by blocking the entry of bile and pancreatic juice into the residual stomach and preserving the impulse originating from the duodenum, while BⅡ with Braun(BB) anastomosis reduces the postoperative biliary reflux without RSS. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to compare the efficacy and safety of laparoscopic URY with BB anastomosis in patients with GC who underwent radical distal *** To evaluate the value of URY in patients with *** PubMed, Embase, Web of Science, Cochrane Library, Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure, Wanfang, Chinese Biomedical Database, and VIP Database for Chinese Technical Periodicals(VIP) were used to search relevant studies published from January 1994 to August 18, 2021. Construction of non-covalent single-chain Fv dimers for hepatocellular carcinoma and their biological functions

AIM:To create new diabodies with improved binding activity to antigen of the variable light-variable heavy (VH-VL)oriented single-chain Fv dimers genes(scFv). METHODS:The linker between VH and VL genes was shortened to 3-5 amino acid residues and cloned into the vector *** recombinant plasmids were transformed into TG1 cells and *** positive transformed cells were infected by M13K07 helper phage to form human recombinant phage *** products were identified by SDS-PAGE,Western blotting,size exclusion gel chromatography(SEC),ELISA and immunohistochemistry. RESULTS:Three scFv(scFv-3,scFv-4,scFv-5)were constructed successfully with binding ability to hepato-cellular carcinoma 3.5-6 fold greater than their parental *** single-chain Fv dimer(scFv-5,termed BDM3) with the best binding ability was successfully expressed in Yeast pichlia,as shown by SDS-PAGE and Western *** results suggested the molecular weight of the expressed products was about 61 *** products showed significantly stronger binding to hepatocellular carcinoma cells than scFv,still having 50% binding activity even after 16 h incubation as 37℃.The purified dimers were bound specifically to the tumor antigen of HCC. Ferroptosis inhibitors reduce celastrol toxicity and preserve its insulin sensitizing effects in insulin resistant HepG2 cells

Establishment of an animal model of dural venous sinus embolism

BACKGROUND： The pathological mechanism of secondary brain lesion following an embolism remains unclear. The establishment of an animal model that imitates the clinical pathophysiological processes is crucial to better study this disease during a certain time window. OBJECTIVE： To establish a new animal model of dural venous sinus embolism that is simple, has a high success rate, and emulates the pathophysiological course of clinical disease. DESIGN, TIME AND SETTING： A randomized block design trial was performed at the Department of Anatomy, Ningxia Medical College between March and December 2007. MATERIALS： Fifty-eight healthy, adult, Sprague Dawley rats were used in the present study. Plastic emboli, with a total length of 0.4 cm, were self-made. Each plastic embolus had a conical anterior segment; the largest diameter being 0.12 cm. The posterior segment became gradually thin and flat, with a width of 0.2 cm and length of 0.1 cm. METHODS： The fifty-eight rats were randomly divided into three groups： control （n = 6）, embolism （n = 26）, and sham-embolism （n = 26） groups. In the embolism group, a solid embolus was slowly inserted and fixed into the posterior part of the superior sagittal sinus against the flow of blood. The posterior segment was detained outside the superior sagittal sinus for fixing. In the sham-embolism group, rats were subjected only to sinus sagittalis superior exposure. In the control group, rats received no treatments. In both the embolism and the sham-embolism groups, the rat brains were resected at 6 hours, 1, 3, and 5 days post-surgery. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES：（1） Brain surface appearance in the embolism and sham-embolism groups. （2） Thrombosis in the embolism group. （3） Cerebrospinal fluid content in the above-mentioned two groups.
