Background:Cerebrospinal fluid(CSF)-diversion procedures have traditionally been the standard of treatment for patients with medically refractive idiopathic intracranial hypertension(IIH).However,dural venous sinus stent(VSS)placement has been described as a safe and effective procedure for the management of medically refractive *** performed a meta-analysis comparing outcomes and complications of CSF-diversion procedures,VSS and optic nerve sheath fenestration(ONSF)for the treatment of medically refractive ***:Electronic searches were performed using six databases from 1988 to January *** was extracted and meta-analysed from the identified ***:From 55 pooled studies,there were 538 CSF-diversion cases,224 dural venous stent placements,and 872 ONSF *** improvements were found in terms of postoperative headaches(CSF *** ***:84%vs.78%vs.62%,P=0.223),papilledema(CSF *** ***:71%vs.86%vs.77%,P=0.192),whilst visual acuity changes favored venous stenting(CSF *** ***:55%vs.69%vs.44%,P=0.037).There was a significantly lower rate of subsequent procedures with venous stent placement(CSF *** ***:37%vs.13%vs.18%,P<0.001),but other complication rates were similar(CSF *** ***:13%vs.8%vs.14%,P=0.28).Subgroup analysis of lumbar-peritoneal *** shunts found no differences in symptom improvements,complications and subsequent procedure ***:Our findings suggest that dural venous sinus stenting may be a viable alternative to traditional surgical interventions in patients who are refractory to medical treatment.

通过了解越南初中学生自伤行为现状,采用整群抽样法在越南顺化市的普通初中学生共发放"青少年自我伤害行为问卷"(ASIS)进行测查347份,其中男性有效被试为146名,女性被试有效被试为201名。39.5%的越南初中学生有过自伤行为;自伤方式呈现多样化;男性自伤率显著高于女性;不同学业自我评价在自伤的分布总体上存在显著差异。因此,越南初中学生自伤行为较为普遍,相关部门需要采取相应的干预措施。

Extensive research has been conducted on the roles of physical activity in immune ***,reviews on the effect of physical activity on immune function among obese older adults are *** study aimed to map the trend and development of the key terms and prominent sources to identify potential research opportunities through a systematic bibliographic analysis.A systematic search was conducted in the Scopus database on the following query:(sport^(*)OR“physical activity”OR exercise)AND(elderly OR“older adult^(*)”OR aging)AND(immun^(*))AND(obes^(*))AND NOT(animal),in March *** timing and citation were descriptively analyzed,followed by the bibliographic coupling and the term co-occurrence analyses for generating network and overlay visualization mapping using the VOSviewers *** search resulted in 426 articles dating back from 1991 to the present and were dominated by authors from Western *** thematic clusters of this research area were generated,covering(1)the impact of physical activity or inactivity on health,(2)physical activity assessments and the use of association and cross-sectional study as the primary type of research,and(3)the physical activity impacts at the population *** future research,more intervention studies are needed to understand how exercise affects immune response in older obese adults and to explore optimal duration,type,and intensity of the exercise,using a multi-omics *** in non-Western populations and systematic reviews are recommended to complement this bibliographic analysis.

Background: The nutritional support after hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) has not been well established due to the scarcity of clinical trials. To conduct international clinical trials in Asia, we performed the questionnaire survey to investigate the current standard of nutritional support after HSCT. Method: We sent the questionnaire to the physicians nominated by the Asia Pacific Blood and Marrow Transplantation (APBMT) members of each country/ region. Result: We received 15 responses from 7 different countries/regions. The target calorie amount is 1.0 - 1.3 × basal energy expenditure (BEE) in 11 institutes when partial parenteral nutrition is used. When total parenteral nutrition (TPN) is used, the target calorie amount is 1.0 - 1.3 × BEE in 9 institutes and 1.3 - 1.5 × BEE in 4 institutes. Lipid emulsion is routinely used in 12 institutes. Multivitamins and trace elements are routinely added to TPN used in most institutes. It is still uncommon to use the immunonutrition. Blood glucose levels are routinely monitored in all institutes, but the target range varies (<110 in 2 institutes, <150 in 4 institutes, and <200 in 8 institutes). Conclusions: Basic nutritional support is similar in participating institutes. However, the target glucose level varies and the use of immunonutrition is rather rare. These points can be the theme of future clinical trials.

[目的]拖拉机在湿软水田土壤中行驶时的振动特性与在道路上行驶时明显不同，揭示两种不同行驶工况下振动特性的差异，对拖拉机减振方案设计和悬架系统参数优化具有重要的参考价值和实际意义。[方法]通过对湿软水田土壤阻尼分析，获取湿软水田土壤阻尼系数与轮胎阻尼系数间的关系，并建立了轮胎一湿软水田土壤系统模型、拖拉机整车振动模型以及振动特性理论计算模型，用理论分析的方法，以江苏常发集团CF700型拖拉机为研究对象，计算并比较拖拉机行驶在农村未覆盖土路（国标D级路面）和湿软水田土壤中的振动特性。[结果]与农村未覆盖土路（国标D级路面）行驶工况相比，拖拉机在湿软水田土壤中行驶时，机身垂向振动相对于前、后轮的位移传递率分别下降31．4％和23．5％，俯仰振动幅值分别下降29．5％和24．6％。当拖拉机以3—18km·h^-1速度在湿软水田土壤中行驶时，其机身垂向振动加速度和俯仰振动角加速度平均降低33．0％和32．6％，前、后轮动载荷平均降低34．0％和31．2％，座椅安装处垂向振动加速度平均降低32．9％。[结论]研究结果可以为水、旱田两用拖拉机减振系统设计与智能悬架控制提供理论依据。

Effects of Target and Distractor Saturations on the Cognitive Performance of an Integrated Display Interface

Color coding is often used to enhance decision quality in complex man-machine interfaces of integrated display systems. However, people are easily distracted by irrelevant colors and by the numerous data points and complex structures in the interface. Although an increasing number of studies are seriously focusing on the problem of achieving efficient color coding, few are able to determine the effects of target and distractor saturations on cognitive performance. To study the performances of target colors among distractors, a systematic experiment is conducted to assess the influence of high and low saturated targets on cognitive performance, and the affecting extent of different saturated distractors of homogeneous colors on targets. According to the analysis of the reaction time through the non-parametric statistical method, a calculation method of the cognitive performance of each color is proposed. Based on the calculation of the color differences and the accumulation of the reaction times, it is shown that with the different saturated distractors of homogeneous colors, the high saturated yellow targets perform better than the low saturated ones, and the green and blue targets have moderate performances. When searching for a singleton target placed oll a black background, the color difference between the target and the distractor should be more than 20AE＊ab units in the yellow saturation coding, whereas the color difference should be more than 40△E＊ab units in the blue and green saturation coding. In addition, as regards saturation coding, the influence of the color difference between the target and the background on cognitive performance is greater than that of the color difference between the target and the distractor. Seemingly, the hue attribute determines whether the saturation difference between the target and the distractor affects thc cognitive performance. PCA-based sea-ice image fusion of optical data by HIS transform and SAR data by wavelet transform

Sea ice as a disaster has recently attracted a great deal of attention in China. Its monitoring has become a routine task for the maritime sector. Remote sensing, which depends mainly on SAR and optical sensors, has become the primary means for sea-ice research. Optical images contain abundant sea-ice multi-spectral in-formation, whereas SAR images contain rich sea-ice texture information. If the characteristic advantages of SAR and optical images could be combined for sea-ice study, the ability of sea-ice monitoring would be im-proved. In this study, in accordance with the characteristics of sea-ice SAR and optical images, the transfor-mation and fusion methods for these images were chosen. Also, a fusion method of optical and SAR images was proposed in order to improve sea-ice identification. Texture information can play an important role in sea-ice classification. Haar wavelet transformation was found to be suitable for the sea-ice SAR images, and the texture information of the sea-ice SAR image from Advanced Synthetic Aperture Radar （ASAR） loaded on ENVISAT was documented. The results of our studies showed that, the optical images in the hue-intensi-ty-saturation （HIS） space could reflect the spectral characteristics of the sea-ice types more efficiently than in the red-green-blue （RGB） space, and the optical image from the China-Brazil Earth Resources Satellite （CBERS-02B） was transferred from the RGB space to the HIS space. The principal component analysis （PCA） method could potentially contain the maximum information of the sea-ice images by fusing the HIS and texture images. The fusion image was obtained by a PCA method, which included the advantages of both the sea-ice SAR image and the optical image. To validate the fusion method, three methods were used to evaluate the fused image, i.e., objective, subjective, and comprehensive evaluations.
