A new iterative greedy algorithm based on the backtracking technique was proposed for distributed compressed sensing(DCS) problem. The algorithm applies two mechanisms for precise recovery soft thresholding and cutting. It can reconstruct several compressed signals simultaneously even without any prior information of the sparsity, which makes it a potential candidate for many practical applications, but the numbers of non-zero(significant) coefficients of signals are not available. Numerical experiments are conducted to demonstrate the validity and high performance of the proposed algorithm, as compared to other existing strong DCS algorithms.

In this paper,our main aim is to investigate the strong convergence rate of the truncated Euler-Maruyama approximations for stochastic differential equations with superlinearly growing drift *** the diffusion coefficient is polynomially growing or linearly growing,the strong convergence rate of arbitrarily close to one half is established at a single time T or over a time interval[0.T],*** both situations,the common one-sided Lipschitz and polynomial growth conditions for the drift coefficients are not *** examples are provided to illustrate the theory.

It is well known that the explicit-invariant energy quadratization (EIEQ) approach can generate fully decoupled, linear and unconditionally energy-stable numerical schemes, so it is favored by many researchers. However, the undeniable fact is that the numerical method obtained by EIEQ approach preserves the “modified” energy law instead of the original *** is mainly due to the introduction of some auxiliary variables in EIEQ scheme, and the truncation error will make the auxiliary variables deviate from the original definition in the process of numerical calculation. The primary objective of this paper is to address this gap by providing the accuracy and consistency of the EIEQ method in the context of the CahnHilliard equation. We introduce a relaxation technique for auxiliary variables and construct two numerical schemes based on EIEQ. The analysis results show that the newly constructed schemes are not only unconditionally energy stable, linear and fully decoupled, but also can effectively correct the errors introduced by auxiliary variables and follow the original energy ***, several 2D and 3D numerical examples illustrate the accuracy and efficiency of the newly constructed numerical schemes.

In this paper, we call a tuple consisting of 3-Lie algebra and a higher derivation on it a 3-LieHDer pair. We introduce a cohomology theory of 3-LieHDer pairs. Next, we interpret the second cohomology group as the space of all isomorphism classes of abelian extensions. Finally,we consider formal deformations of 3-LieHDer pairs that are governed by the cohomology with self-coefficient.

Through the comparative analysis of public health input in foreign countries,China’s urban and rural areas and the central and western regions,this paper pointed out that China’s current public health input is small,the public health investment structure is unreasonable,the way of government investment in public health is imperfect,and government investment in public health is *** following recommendations are given to address abovementioned problems:establishing a multi-channel financing mechanism to increase public health input;specifying functions of governments at all levels;optimizing investment structure;creating newpublic health investment modes and promoting public health service voucher system;improving the legal system and management system of public health service;increasing the efficiency of public health input.

How to realize the transition of China’s economic growth from"speed type"to"quality type"is a problem full of exploratory contents;scholars give it wide attention from different theoretical *** it is an indispensable part of the theoretical research to design an index to measure the transition process from speed to quality from the quantitative angle,so as to visually reflect the degree of transition of economic *** drawing on the economic principles and design ideas of the market index,this paper designs the quality index as the quantitative indicator to measure the transition of economic growth model,and quantitatively measures the degree of realization from"Shenzhen speed"to"Shenzhen quality".The results of the empirical evaluation indicate that"Shenzhen speed"has begun to transit to"Shenzhen quality",but the improvement of people’s living standards falls behind substantially the level of economic development of *** this as an opportunity,this paper provides an analytical idea for a quantitative measurement of the economic growth transition in China.

The energy access challenge remains a significant barrier to sustainable development,with millions of people still needing access to modern energy *** fuels have played a crucial role in meeting electricity demand,but they face challenges and drawbacks in terms of environmental sustainability,energy security,and climate *** study examines how renewable and non-renewable energy generation capacity impacted the environment in 53 upper-middle-income countries from 1990 to 2020,using energy access and alternative energy sources as mediating *** findings of this study provide valuable insights into the complex relationship between renewable energy generation capacity,energy access,alternative energy sources,and environmental conditions in upper-middleincome *** positive relationship between renewable energy generation capacity and environmental conditions emphasizes the importance and potential of renewable energy sources in mitigating environmental ***,the findings indicate that energy access also plays a crucial role in shaping energy generation patterns,with higher levels of access being associated with increased renewable energy generation and decreased reliance on non-renewable energy *** findings highlight the urgent need for policies and measures to promote renewable energy adoption and prioritize energy access to mitigate environmental degradation and achieve sustainable development goals.
