co.ductivity and oxidation behavior of Fe-16Cr alloy were investigated under long-term stability operation at 750℃and thermal cycles from room temperature to 750℃.The results showed that the area specific resistance(ASR)of Fe-16Cr alloy increased over time and reached about 56.29 mΩcm~(2)after 40,000 h of long-term stability operation at 750℃by theoretical *** ASR of Fe-16Cr remained about 11 mΩcm~(2)after 52 thermal cycles from room temperature to750℃.The analysis of structure showed that the oxidized phase on the surface of Fe-16Cr was mainly co.posed of Cr_(2)O_3and Fe Cr_(2)O_(4)spinel phase under long-term stability operation at 750℃.While the Cr_(2)O_(3)phase was mainly observed on the surface of Fe-16Cr alloy after 52 thermal cycles,the oxidation rates of Fe-16Cr alloy were 0.0142μm h~(-1)and 0.06μm cycle~(-1)under long-term stability operation and under thermal cycle,*** property of Fe-16Cr alloy with 2.6 mm thickness met the lifespan requirement of interco.nect for solid oxide fuel cell(SOFC)*** Cr element all diff used onto oxidation surface,indicating that it was necessary to spray a co.ting on the surface to avoid poisoning cell cathode of *** 2-cell stacks were assembled and tested to verify the properties of Fe-16Cr alloy as SOFC interco.nect under long-term stability operation and thermal cycle co.dition.

We develop magnetic metallic co.taminant detectors using high-temperature superco.ducting quantum interference devices （HTS-SQUIDs） for industrial products. Finding ultra-small metallic co.taminants is an important issue for manufacturers producing co.mercial products such as lithium ion batteries. If such co.taminants cause damages, the manufacturer of the product suffers a big financial loss due to having to recall the faulty products. Previously, we described a system for finding such ultra-smafi particles in food. In this study, we describe further developments of the system, for the reduction of the effect of the remnant field of the products, and we test the parallel magnetization of the products to generate the remnant field only at both ends of the products. In addition, we use an SQUID gradiometer in place of the magnetometer to reduce the edge effect by measuring the magnetic field gradient. We test the performances of the system and find that tiny iron particles as small as 50 × 50 μm^2 on the electrode of a lithium ion battery co.ld be clearly detected. This detection level is difficult to achieve when using other methods.

In order to find novel leading structures of pesticide, a series of N-（pyrimidin-5-yl）-N1-phenylureas （4a-4h） were designed and synthesized from 4-chloro-2-diethylamino-6-methyl-5-nitropyrimidine 1 via substitution, reduction and acylation procedures. Preliminary bioassay showed that all the target co.pounds processing good anti-TMV （tobacco mosaic virus） activity. Two co.pounds （4d and 4e） displayed higher activity superior to virazole at a co.centration of 5.0 ×10^-4 g/mE.

A large model of the screen was mounted in the laboratory for studying its modal performance. The model is suspended with steel ropes. Modal test was carried out with artificially exciting by 500 g impacting hammer and 100 kg exciting force shaker respectively. Synthesis and co.rection of the modal parameters are obtained from both testing methods. Design faults of vibrating screen were determined based on the analy-sis and dynamic co.rection of structure approaches about the screen was put forward finally.

Effect of Ti(C,N) on Properties of Low-carbon MgO-C Bricks

The effect of Ti （ C, N） on properties of low-carbon MgO - C bricks was investigated. The phase co.position and the microstructure of the matrix of low-carbon MgO - C brick co.taining Ti （ C, N） were studied by XRD and SEM analysis together with EDS. The results showed that Ti （ C, N） distributed in the matrix of lowcarbon MgO - C brick uniformly after being treated at 1 600 ~C for 3 h in co.e powder bed, and Ti （C, N） and MgO formed a solid solution. After the treatment at 1 600 ℃ for 3 h in co.e powder bed, the bulk density and co.d crushing strength of low-carbon MgO - C brick with Ti （ C, N） decreased, and the apparent porosity and linear change rate of specimens increased. The oxidation resistance of low-carbon MgO - C brick with Ti（ C, N） was superior to that of low-carbon MgO - C brick with no additives, but inferior to that of low-car- bon MgO - C brick with Al powder. The slag resistance of the specimen with Ti （ C, N） was excellent as well.

Blockage in the storage and transportation of waste resin is a difficult problem in the radioactive waste treatment process of nuclear power *** this study,in order to solve the problems of unstable resin transport co.centration and easy blockage of co.veying equipment and pipelines in nuclear power plants in China,a set of non⁃stirring co.veying devices is developed,and theoretical calculations,simulation analysis and experimental verification are carried *** transporting resin using the no stirring co.veying device developed in this paper,it is not only to eliminate the risk of blockage and ensure the safety of transportation,but also to adjust the co.centration of co.veying resin to change the transport efficiency acco.ding to the operating *** effective bearing rate of waste resin storage tank can be improved,so that the co.prehensive performance of waste resin storage and transportation in nuclear power plants can be greatly improved.

Transition metal-based nanomaterials have emerged as promising electrocatalysts for oxygen evolution reaction（OER）. co.siderable research efforts have shown that self-reco.struction occurs on these nanomaterials under operating co.ditions of OER process. However, most of them undergo inco.plete reco.struction with limited thickness of reco.struction layer, leading to low co.ponent utilization and arduous exploration of real catalytic mechanism. Herein, we identify the dynamic behaviors in co.plete reco.struction of co.based co.plexes during OER. The hollow phytic acid（PA） cross-linked co.e-based co.plex nanoboxes with porous nanowalls are designed because of their good electrolyte penetration and mass transport ability, in favor of the fast and co.plete reco.struction. A series of experiment characterizations demonstrate that the reco.struction process includes the fast substitution of PA by OH-to form co.Fe）(OH)xand subsequent potential-driven oxidation to co.Fe）OOH. The obtained co.eOOH delivers a low overpotential of 290 mV at a current density of 10 mA cm-2and a long-term *** experiment results together with theory calculations reveal that the Fe inco.poration can result in the electron rearrangement of reco.structed co.eOOH and optimization of their electronic structure,acco.nting for the enhanced OER activity. The work provides new insights into co.plete reco.struction of metal-based co.plexes during OER and offers guidelines for rational design of high-performance electrocatalysts.

Microstructure analysis shows quartz remains more or less in used silica brick for co.ing chamber of co.e oven, and quartz gradually beco.es metastable cristobalite and then translates into tridymite in used brick for high temperature co.bustion chamber. Phase change of silica brick only limits to transformation of quartz and metastahie cristobalite. When finished, structure of silica brick tends to stable. Carbon sedimentates and graphitize. helping to protect the silica brick and improve heat co.ductivity of silica brick for co.ing chamber.

In order to study the damage mechanism of asphalt mixture,it is important to obtain the distribution of displacement and strain of its sample in the indirect tension *** a result,the digital image co.relation method (DICM) was used to evaluate the displacement field and strain field of asphalt *** results showed that the displacement fields under DICM and ABAQUS are similarly;the strain fields are different due to the different modulus of mastic and aggregate;and DICM is an practical method to study the indirect tension displacement and stain.
