Aim:To determine the profiles of clinical features including four-limb blood pressure(BP),saturations of peripheral oxygen(SpO2),and echocardiographic features in infants with coarctation of aorta(CoA)to facilitate congenital heart diseases ***:The charts of infants with CoA were retrospectively *** in-hospital infants suspected of congenital heart diseases by clinical teams were prospectively measured of four limbs BPs and SpO2 in a regional cardiac transferring center during 2013 and *** as a gold standard test was followed within 2 days after *** infants were divided into non-significant CoA group or significant CoA group based on the difference of BPs between right arm and lower *** of nonsignificant CoA were determined with multivariable logistic ***:One hundred thirty-three infants with CoA were *** BPs on upper limbs were higher than those on lower limbs(P=0.001).No statistical difference in SpO2 was found between four ***-three(39.8%)infants presented with significant ***-four infants presented with low SpO2 and 26 of 34 presented with non-significant *** ascending aorta diameter[0.070(95%CI:0.005–0.136),P=0.036]was an independent risk factors for non-significant ***(13.5%)infants with CoA didn’t present with any of the BP difference,low SpO2,murmur,or weak femoral ***:Less than half of the infants with CoA presented with a significant BP *** one fifth presented with low *** ascending aorta diameter was an independent factor for non-significant CoA.

Epidemiological Characteristics of Diabetes Mellitus in Beilun District of Ningbo, China (2012-2018)

Aim: To explore the trend of diabetes epidemic characteristics in Beilun District of Ningbo, China and to provide basis for further improvement and improvement of diabetes prevention and treatment program. Methods: The data of chronic disease monitoring information management system in Zhejiang Province were collected, and the data of diabetes monitoring in Beilun District of Ningbo, China from 2012 to 2018 were compared and analyzed. Results: Compared with 2012-2015 years, the incidence rate of diabetes in this area was well controlled in 2016-2018 years, from 738.35/100 thousand to 538.27/100 thousand (P controlled in the 20 - 39 year old age group. The incidence rate of diabetes increased again in the 10 - 19 year old group, while the proportion of gestational diabetes mellitus was still on the rise. The proportion of people with diabetes mellitus with Abnormal BMI (body mass index) increased year by year. Conclusion: The incidence rate of diabetes in this region is related to the preferences of diet and lifestyle in 2012-2018 years. Among them, BMI is a risk factor for many chronic diseases. The incidence rate of BMI abnormal diabetes mellitus is increasing year by year, and some preventive measures need to be taken.

Biosensing systems based on controllable motion behaviors of droplets have attracted extensive attention,but still face challenges of insufficient sensitivity and uncontrollable dynamic range due to imprecise manipulation of droplet motion on the ***,we report an orthogonal dual-regulation strategy for precise motion control of droplets and we demonstrate its utility as a sensitive sensing system with controllable dynamic ranges of sensing for adenosine triphosphate,miRNA,thrombin and kanamycin,as well as discrimination of five kinds of D *** endowed a DNA-contained bio-droplet sliding on a lubricant-infused structural surface with micro-grooves to separately adjust the resistance from liquid phase and solid *** resistance from liquid phase mainly depended on hydrophobic interaction between DNA and lubricant,which can be finely tuned by different DNA’s average chain ***,the resistance from solid surface was determined by the energy barrier from the periodic micro-grooves,which can be adjusted by varying the droplet’s sliding direction on the *** hydrophobic interaction is conformed to be orthogonal to the micro-grooves’ anisotropic resistance by three different *** orthogonal dual-regulation strategy thus demonstrated its ability to precisely control bio-droplets’ motion behaviors and sensitive detection with adjustable dynamic ranges for various *** dual-regulation strategy will provide significant insights for super-wettable biosensors,visual inspection and beyond.

Background-Occupational medicamentosa-like dermatitis induced by trichloroethylene(OMLDT) is an autoimmune disease and it has become a serious occupational health *** aim of this study was to develop potential serum biomarkers for OMLDT using a fast and efficient method of high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) coupled to MALDI-TOF/TOF-MS. Methods-We collected fasting blood samples from patients with OMLDT(n = 18) and healthy volunteers(n = 33) to explore serum peptidome *** proteins were purified with magnetic bead-based weak cation exchange chromatography and analyzed with *** and supervised neural network(SNN) algorithms were used on the training and testing data sets to establish classification *** protein/peptide peaks were identified by high mass accuracy measurements combined with top-down tandem mass spectrometry. Results-Thirty protein/peptide peaks were significantly different between the two groups and were selected as potential biomarkers of OMLDT *** SNN algorithm utilized three peaks(m/z 2106.3,2134.5,and 3263.67 Da) to separate the OMLDT patients from the healthy controls,with a cross validation of 94.44%and a recognition capability of 100%.The test sensitivity was 95.5%,and the test specificity was 73.8%.HPLC-TOF/TOF-MS identified two proteins that may play a role in the pathology of OMLDT:ATP-binding cassette transporter,and a fragment of albumin. Conclusion-Specific proteomic fingerprints in the sera of OMLDT patients could be used to identify OMLDT cases with high specificity and *** HPLC-TOF/TOF-MS approach will be of great value for exploring potential biomarkers and clinical studies of OMLDT.

过渡金属硫化物作为钾离子电池的高理论容量阳极,由于其电导率低、循环过程体积膨胀大,导致其倍率性能和循环稳定性较差.本文采用氧化石墨烯(GO)来控制纳米颗粒在纤维中的粒径和分布,以提高复合纤维的导电性和拉伸变形.此外,由异质结构和氧化石墨烯组成的三维导电碳网络(ZnS-CoS@GO@CNFs)可以加速钾离子储存的动力学并稳定钾离子储存.作为钾离子电池的阳极材料,该复合材料在3 A g^(−1)下具有210 mA h g^(−1)的优异倍率性能.在2 A g^(−1)的大电流下经历2800次循环后仍表现出171 mA h g^(−1)的容量,容量保持率为97.7%.此外,当纳米纤维膜用作自支撑阳极时,仍然可以保持稳定的容量输出(在0.1 A g^(−1)下100次循环后容量为302 mA h g^(−1)).由钾离子混合电容器组装的可折叠袋状电池在多角度重复弯曲和最终恢复的情况下仍然可以安全地工作,并且可以提供大的能量密度(134 W h kg^(−1))和功率密度(5815 W kg^(−1)).优异的电化学性能进一步揭示了多功能氧化石墨烯复合纤维膜的应用前景.

Poly(ADP-ribosyl)ation is a crucial regulator of cell fate in response to genotoxic ***(ADP- ribosyl)ation plays important roles in multiple cellular processes,including DNA repair, chromosomal stability,chromatin function,apoptosis,and transcriptional ***(ADP- ribose)(PAR) degradation is carried out mainly by poly(ADP-ribose) glycohydrolase(PARC) ***(a)pyrene(BaP)is a known human *** studies in our laboratory demonstrated that exposure to BaP caused a concentration-dependent DNA damage in human bronchial epithelial(16HBE) *** role of PARC in the regulation of DNA damage induced by BaP is still *** gain insight into the function of PARC and PAR in response to BaP,we used lentiviral gene silencing to generate 16HBE cell lines with stably suppressed PARC,and determined parameters of cell death and cell cycle following BaP *** found that PARC was partially dependent on PAR *** depletion led to PAR ***-induced cell death was regulated by PARC the absence of which was beneficial lor undamaged *** results further suggested that PARC probably has influence on ATM/p53 pathway and metabolic activation of BaP. Experimental evidences provided from this study suggest significant preventive properties of PAR accumulation in the toxicity caused by BaP.

BACKGROUND Charcot neuroarthropathy(CN)is a systemic disease characterized by progressive bone loss and destruction,which is usually closely related to diabetes,HIV,***,CN caused by syringomyelia accounts for only 5%of CN cases;the shoulder and elbow are most often involved,and the hip joint is rarely *** a rare factor,cervical spondylotic myelopathy(CSM)can be associated with syringomyelia,which is scarcely reported in the ***,we present the first case report to date of CN of the hip caused by syringomyelia secondary to *** SUMMARY We describe a 76-year-old male patient who was diagnosed with CSM due to neck pain and weakness of limbs 16 years *** years ago,he noticed recurrent swelling of the right hip with pain and was diagnosed with degenerative ***,however,his symptoms gradually worsened,and because of progressive pain,destabilization and weakness of the right hip,he was admitted to our *** systematic physical,radiographic and laboratory examinations,we finally reached a diagnosis:CN of the right hip associated with syringomyelia secondary to *** comprehensive evaluation of the patient's condition,we performed right total hip *** the follow-up,the patient felt well clinically and could walk independently with a knee *** We suggest a possible etiological association between CSM and syringomyelia,which may reflect a potential pathogenesis of *** encourage clinicians to actively carry out a detailed medical history and comprehensive physical and imaging examinations in patients with joint lesions,especially chronic shoulder neck pain,to rule out the possibility of this association,which plays a crucial role in the early diagnosis of *** may no longer be an absolute contraindication to surgical treatment of *** selection of the surgical strategy can markedly improve the clinical symptoms and quality of life of patients.
