Distributionally Robust Optimal Dispatch of Virtual Power Plant Based on Moment of Renewable Energy Resource

Virtual power plants can effectively integrate different types of distributed energy resources,which have beco.e a new operation mode with substantial advantages such as high flexibility,adaptability,and *** paper proposes a distributionally robust optimal dispatch approach for virtual power plants to determine an optimal day-ahead dispatch under uncertainties of renewable energy *** proposed distributionally robust approach characterizes probability distributions of renewable power output by *** this regard,the faults of stochastic optimization and traditional robust optimization can be ***,a seco.d-order co.e-based ambiguity set that inco.porates the first and seco.d moments of renewable power output is co.structed,and a day-ahead two-stage distributionally robust optimization model is proposed for virtual power plants participating in day-ahead electricity ***,an effective solution method based on the affine policy and seco.d-order co.e duality theory is employed to reformulate the proposed model into a deterministic mixed-integer seco.d-order co.e programming problem,which improves the co.putational efficiency of the ***,the numerical results demonstrate that the proposed method achieves a better balance between robustness and *** also validate that the dispatch strategy of virtual power plants can be adjusted to reduce co.ts acco.ding to the moment information of renewable power output.

A co.parison of Different Gracilariopsis lemaneiformis(Rhodophyta) Parts in Biochemical Characteristics, Protoplast Formation and Regeneration

Gracilariopsis lemaneiformis is a co.mercially exploited alga. Its filaceous thallus can be divided into three parts, holdfast, middle segment and tip. The growth and branch forming trend and agar co.tent of these three parts were analyzed, respectively, in this study. The results showed that the tip had the highest growth rate and branched most, although it was the last part with branch forming ability. The holdfast formed branches earliest but slowly. Holdfast had the highest agar co.tent. We also assessed the difference in protoplast formation and regeneration among three parts. The middle segment displayed the shortest enzymolysis time and the highest protoplast yield; whereas the tip had the strongest vitality of protoplasts formation. Juvenile plants were only obtained from the protoplasts generated from the tip. These results suggested that the differentiation and function of G. lemaneiformis was different.

Traditional asphalt rejuvenators,like aromatic oil(AO),are known to be effective in improving the low-temperature properties and fatigue performances of aged SBS(styrene-butadiene-styrene)modified asphalt(SBSMA)binders and ***,these rejuvenators inevitably co.promise their high-temperature properties and deformation resistances because they dilute asphalt binder but do not fix the damaged structures of aged *** this study,a highly-active chemical called polymerized 4,4-diphenylmethane diisocyanate(PMDI)was used to assist the traditional AO asphalt *** physical and rheological characteristics of rejuvenated SBSMA binders and the moisture-induced damage and rut deformation performances of co.responding mixtures were co.paratively *** results showed that the increasing proportion of AO co.promises the hightemperature property and hardness of aged SBSMA binder,and an appropriate amount of PMDI works to co.pensate such losses;3%rejuvenator at mass ratio of AO:PMDI=70:30 can have a rejuvenated SBSMA binder with a high-temperature performance similar to that of fresh binder,approximately at 71.4°C;the use of AO can help reduce the visco.ity of PMDI rejuvenated SBSMA binder for improving its workability;PMDI can help improve the resistance of AO rejuvenated SBSMA binder to deformation,especially at elevated temperatures,through its chemical reactions with aged SBS;moisture induction can enhance the resistance to damage of rejuvenated mixtures co.taining AO/PMDI or only PMDI;and the rejuvenator with a mass ratio of AO:PMDI=70:30 can lead the rejuvenated mixture to meet the application requirement,with a rut depth of only 2.973 mm,although more PMDI can result in a higher resistance of rejuvenated mixtures to high-temperature deformation.

The static levelling system has significant value in the settling measurement of the structures.A novel pressurized static level based on circular structure is designed by using fiber Bragg grating(FBG)sensing technology in this *** variation of the level pressure in the co.necting vessel can be transmitted through the diaphragm to the FBG of the circular *** Ritz method is used to calculate the lateral deformation of the circular ring under the co.centrated force,co.structing the theoretical sensitivity model of the ***,finite element simulation and static experiments are applied to modify and verify *** to the experimental data,two FBGs arranged horizontally along the circular ring,multiplying the sensitivity of the FBG static level to about 4.75 pm/mm,while the resolution can reach 0.02 *** addition,the temperature co.pensation of the sensor can be realized by the synergistic change of the measurement point and the reference point within the system of co.necting vessel.

Protective effect of Bifidobacterium infantis CGMCC313-2 on ovalbumin-induced airway asthma and b-lactoglobulininduced intestinal food allergy mouse models

AIM To determine whether oral administration of Bifidobacterium infantis CGMCC313-2(B. infantis CGMCC313-2) inhibits allergen-induced airway inflammation and food allergies in a mouse *** Ovalbumin(OVA)-induced allergic asthma and b-lactoglobulin-induced food allergy mouse models were used in this study. Following oral administration of B. infantis CGMCC313-2 during or after allergen sensitization, histopathologic changes in the lung and intestine were evaluated by hematoxylin and eosin(HE) staining. In the allergic asthma mouse model, we evaluated the proportion of lung-infiltrating inflammatory cells. OVAspecific IgE and IgG1 levels in serum and cytokine levels in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(BALF) were also assessed. In the food allergy mouse model, the levels of total Ig E and cytokines in serum were *** Oral administration of B. infantis CGMCC313-2 during or after allergen sensitization suppressed allergic inflammation in lung and intestinal tissues, while the proportion of infiltrating inflammatory cells was significantly decreased in the BALF of allergic asthma mice. Moreover, B. infantis CGMCC313-2 decreased the serum levels of total Ig E in food allergy mice, and reductions in IgE and IgG1 were also observed in OVA-induced allergic asthma mice. The expression of interleukin-4(IL-4) and IL-13 in both serum and BALF was suppressed following the administration of B. infantis CGMCC313-2, while an effect on serum IL-10 levels was not *** B. infantis CGMCC313-2 inhibits the secretion of allergen-induced IgE, IL-4 and IL-13, and attenuates allergic inflammation.

Research on Automatic Elimination of Laptop co.puter in Security CT Images Based on Projection Algorithm and YOLOv7-Seg

In civil aviation security screening, laptops, with their intricate structural co.position, provide the potential for criminals to co.ceal dangerous items. Presently, the security process necessitates passengers to individually present their laptops for inspection. The paper introduced a method for laptop removal. By co.bining projection algorithms with the YOLOv7-Seg model, a laptop’s three views were generated through projection, and instance segmentation of these views was achieved using YOLOv7-Seg. The resulting 2D masks from instance segmentation at different angles were employed to reco.struct a 3D mask through angle restoration. Ultimately, the intersection of this 3D mask with the original 3D data enabled the successful extraction of the laptop’s 3D information. Experimental results demonstrated that the fusion of projection and instance segmentation facilitated the automatic removal of laptops from CT data. Moreover, higher instance segmentation model accuracy leads to more precise removal outco.es. By implementing the laptop removal functionality, the civil aviation security screening process beco.es more efficient and co.venient. Passengers will no longer be required to individually handle their laptops, effectively enhancing the efficiency and accuracy of security screening.

Prevalence and genotype of Chlamydia psittaci in faecal samples of birds from zoos and pet markets in Kunming, Yunnan, China

Chlamydia psittaci is an important zoonotic pathogen in birds and may be transmitted to humans and result in severe respiratory disease. To assess the prevalence and genotype of C. psittaci in birds in Kunming, Yunnan, China, a total of 136 specimens of psittacine birds involving 8 species were co.lected from the city＇s zoos （n=60） and pet markets （n=76）. The frequency of C. psittaci infection was 19.9% （27/136） in the psittacine birds. The prevalence of C. psittaci was higher in pet birds （26.3%; 20/76） than in zoo birds （11.7%; 7/60）（P=0.034）. In particular, among Agapornis fischeri, the C. psittaci infection （50%; 10/20） was significantly more frequent in the pet markets than in the zoos （P=-0.006）. In addition, the highest prevalence of 41.2% （7/17） was found in Ara ararauna. To determine the genotype of C. psittaci, 23 OmpA gene fragments （about 1.4 kb） in 27 positive samples were successfully amplified and sequenced. Phylogenetic analysis showed that all the 23 strains belonged to genotype A. Our results demonstrate the high prevalence of C. psittaci genotype A infection in psittacine birds in Yunnan Province, suggesting a potential threat to human health in this area. Therefore, it is necessary to take effective measures to prevent the spread of C. psittaci among psittacine birds, as well as among employees and customers.
