Using data samples collected at center-of-mass energies of √s=4.009, 4.230, 4.260, and 4.360 GeV with the BES0 detector operating at the BEPC/ collider, we perform a search for the process e＋e-→γχc,j （J =0, 1, 2） and find evidence for e＋e-→γχc1 and e＋e-→γχc2 with statistical significances of 3.0σ and 3.4σ, respectively. The Born cross sections σB（e＋e-→γχc,j）, as well as their upper limits at the 90% con dence level （C.L.） are determined at each center-of-mass energy.

Effects of deformation parameters on microstructure and mechanical properties of magnesium alloy AZ31B

Plastic deformation and dynamic recrystallization (DRX) behaviors of magnesium alloy AZ31B during thermal compression and extrusion processes were studied. In addition, effects of deformation temperature and rates on the microstructure and mechanical properties were investigated. The results show that the DRX grains nucleate initially at the primary grain boundaries and the twin boundaries, and the twinning plays an important role in the grain refinement. The DRX grain size depends on the deformation temperature and strain rate The average grain size is only 1 μm when the strain rate is 5 s-1 and temperature is 250 ℃. It is also found that the DRX grain can grow up quickly at the elevated temperature. The microstructure of extruded rods was consisted of tiny equal-axis DRX grains and some elongated grains. The rods extruded slowly have tiny grains and exhibit good mechanical properties.

Analysis and Modeling of a Long-Lasting Fog Event over Beijing in February 2007

The evolution characteristics of a long-lasting fog investigated using the 5-min automatic visibility data analysis results reveal that there is a close relationship and the weather conditions such as high humidity, light event over Beijing during 20-22 February 2007 are and conventional meteorological observations. Data between the development/evolution of this fog event wind, and low temperature in the lower troposphere. Furthermore, numerical simulations of this event are carried out by using the Advanced Research WRF （ARW） V2.2 noah LSM land-atmosphere coupled model. The model is two-way and two-nested with improvement in the description of the interface between the urban underlying surface and the atmospheric boundary layer. The horizontal grid spacings are 9 and 3 km for the two domains. The ground-based GPS precipitable water vapor content and automatic and conventional meteorological observations at the initial time are assimilated. The simulation results indicate that the control experiment with local data assimilation has successfully captured the spatial-temporal evolution of this fog event, especially the synoptic patterns and characteristics of the weather conditions （high humidity, light wind, and lower temperature）. The results are well consistent with observations. Comparison of two experiments （with and without local data assimilation） shows that the model initial conditions are considerably modified with the WRF 3DVAR. The assimilation of local observations leads to significant improvement in the prediction of this event with better representation of static stability, enhanced southeasterly winds, concomitant warmer moisture in the south of Beijing, intensified temperature inversion between the lower and upper troposphere, and generally decreasing environmental temperature.

Fabrication, microstructure and properties of SiCp/Cu heat sink materials

Cu-coated powder was fabricated by electroless plating process, and the composition and morphology of coated powder were studied. Moreover, Cu-30, 40, 50 vol.%SiCp heat sink materials were fabricated by hot pressing using coated and uncoated powder. And the microstructure and thermophysical properties of the heat sink materials were also studied. The results show that SiCp particles distribute uniformly in heat sink materials and the interface between SiCp particles and Cu matrix is clear and well bonded. On the condition of same volume fraction of SiCp, the thermal conductivity of the material using coated powder is larger than that of the material using uncoated powder. Under experiment conditions, the thermal conductivity and coefficient of thermal expansion of Cu-30 vol.%SiCp heat sink material is 236.2 W·m-1·K-1 and 9.9×10-6/K (30-200 ℃) respectively. It provides important reference data for future experiments.

Fabrication of ultrafine Nd-Fe-B powder by a modified reduction-diffusion process

In order to obtain ultrafine Nd-Fe-B powder, a spray-dried precursor was treated by reduction-diffusion (R/D) process. And, unlike the conventional R/D process, calcium reduction that is a crucial step for the formation of Nd2Fe14B was performed without conglomerating the precursor with Ca powder. By adopting this modified process, it is possible to synthesize the hard magnetic Nd2Fe14B at the reaction temperature as low as 850 ℃. The average size of Nd2Fe14B particles that are uniformly distributed in the optimally treated powder was <<1 μm. Most Nd2Fe14B particles were enclosed with thin layers of Nd-rich phase. Typical magnetic properties of such powder without eliminating impurity CaO were iHc=～5.9 kOe, Br=～5.5 kG, and (BH)max=～6 MGOe.

Precipitation Chemistry and Corresponding Transport Patterns of Influencing Air Masses at huangshan Mountain in East China

One hundred and ten samples of rainwater were collected for chemical analysis at the summit of huangshan Mountain, a high-altitude site in East China, from July 2010 to June 2011. The volume-weighted-mean （VWM） pH for the whole sampling period was 5.03. SO2- and Ca2＋ were the most abundant anion and cation, respectively. The ionic concentrations varied monthly with the highest concentrations in winter/spring and the lowest in summer. Evident inter-correlations were found among most ions, indicating the common sources for some species and fully mixing characteristics of the alpine precipitation chemistry. The VWM ratio of [SO]-]/[NO3] was 2.54, suggesting the acidity of rainwater comes from both nitric and sulfuric acids. Compared with contemporary observations at other alpine continental sites in China, the precipitation at huangshan Mountain was the least polluted, with the lowest ionic concentrations. Trajectories to huangshan Mountain on rainy days could be classified into six groups. The rainwater with influencing air masses originating in Mongolia was the most polluted with limited effect. The emissions of Jiangxi, Anhui, Zhejiang and Jiangsu provinces had a strong influence on the overall rain chemistry at huangshan Mountain. The rainwater with influencing air masses from Inner Mongolia was heavily polluted by anthropogenic pollutants.

The deep background of large-scale,Mesozoic Cu-Au-W metallogenesis in northeastern South China:Constraints from Yingshan-Changshan wide-angle seismic reflection/refraction data

To investigate the geodynamic processes of Mesozoic large-scale mineralization in South China,we deployed a 350-km-long,wide-angle seismic reflection/refraction sounding profile between Yingshan in Hubei and Changshan in *** profile traverses the Cu-Au metallogenic belt in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River(YMB),the Jiangnan W-polymetal metallogenic belt(JNMB),and the Qinhang Cu-polymetal metallogenic belt(QHMB).Our imaging results reveal various interesting velocity features along the profile.(1)The velocity structure is characterized by vertical layering and horizontal blocking;(2)the YMB is marked by high velocity and high V_(p)/V_(s) ratios in general with a significantly uplifted Moho interface and a thin crust of~31 km,and the lower crust contains high-velocity anomalies and has the characteristics of a crustmantle transition zone;(3)the JNMB is bounded by the Jiangnan fault and Jingdezhen-huangshan fault and has low-velocity anomalies and low V_(p)/V_(s) ratios;and(4)the QHMB is characterized by high-velocity anomalies and high V_(p)/V_(s) *** highvelocity anomalies in the YMB and QHMB represent relatively Cu-Au-rich mafic juvenile lower *** formation of this kind of crust is considered to be related to mantle-derived magma underplating or residues of Neoproterozoic oceanic crustal materials,and it also provided sources for large-scale Cu-Au mineralization in the *** JNMB has features similar to those of ancient crusts enriched in W-Sn,the partial melting of which played a leading role in the formation of the superlarge W deposits in this *** these results and other regional geological data,we propose that a large-scale oblique upwelling of the asthenosphere along the collisional belt of the Yangtze and Cathaysia blocks during the Mesozoic was the deep driving mechanism for the explosive mineralization of Cu,Au,and W in northeastern South *** boundaries of the blocks or terrains and discontinui

We present a search for the lepton flavor violating decay J/ψ→e±μ?using 8.998×109J/ψevents collected with the BESⅢdetector at the BEPCⅡe+e-storage *** excess of signal above background is observed;we therefore set an upper limit on the branching fraction of B(J/ψ→e±μ?)<4.5×10-9at the 90%confidence *** the previous best result by a factor of more than 30,this measurement places the most stringent limit to date on lepton flavor violation in the heavy quarkonium sector.

Simulation of the regional climatic effect of irrigation over the Yellow River Basin

In this study, the authors developed a new irrigation scheme based on the noah land surface model, and then coupled it with the Weather Research and Forecasting regional climate model. Two simulations （with and without irrigation） were conducted over the Yellow River basin for the period April to October 2000-2010. The results indicated that the WRF model is able to successfully capture the spatial pattern and seasonal changes in observed temperature and precipitation over the Yellow River basin. When irrigation was induced, the mean surface air temperature at 2 m （T2m） decreased by 0.1-0.4 K, and there was a correspond increase （decrease） in latent （sensible） heat flux over the irrigated areas, wherein the increase （decrease） reached more than 10 W m-2 over the largest irrigated areas. The cooling effect was consistent with the changes in evapotranspiration and heat fluxes due to *** changes in lifting condensation level and planetary boundary layer height led to a greater probability of cloud formation and bore a close association with surface fluxes and soil moisture, which then impacted the spatial distribution of T2rn and precipitation.
