In the realm of Intelligent Railway Transportation Systems,effective multi-party co.laboration is crucial due to co.cerns over privacy and data *** Federated Learning(VFL)has emerged as a promising approach to facilitate such co.laboration,allowing diverse entities to co.lectively enhance machine learning models without the need to share sensitive training ***,existing works have highlighted VFL’s susceptibility to privacy inference attacks,where an honest but curious server co.ld potentially reco.struct a client’s raw data from embeddings uploaded by the *** vulnerability poses a significant threat to VFL-based intelligent railway transportation *** this paper,we introduce SensFL,a novel privacy-enhancing method to against privacy inference attacks in ***,SensFL integrates regularization of the sensitivity of embeddings to the original data into the model training process,effectively limiting the information co.tained in shared *** reducing the sensitivity of embeddings to the original data,SensFL can effectively resist reverse privacy attacks and prevent the reco.struction of the original data from the *** experiments were co.ducted on four distinct datasets and three different models to demonstrate the efficacy of *** results show that SensFL can effectively mitigate privacy inference attacks while maintaining the accuracy of the primary learning *** results undersco.e SensFL’s potential to advance privacy protection technologies within VFL-based intelligent railway systems,addressing critical security co.cerns in co.laborative learning environments.

The study analyzes the characteristics of roof movement in mining top coal of inclined coal seam,and establishes the mechanical model of support and surrounding-rock stability in inclined coal ***,this study carries out the numerical calculation and field observation of roof movement and support stability,and provides the critical co.trol *** results show that the fracture firstly appears in middle-upper roof and extends upwards in top coal caving in inclined coal seam;regular and irregular caving zones appear in middle-upper stress co.centration region,and the asymmetric caving arch is finally *** load of middle-upper working face is larger than that of the middle-lower face;dynamic load co.fficient of upper support is large,and the load on the front of support is larger than that on the rear of it,which leads to poor support *** of support and surrounding-rock system depends mainly on upper-support stability.

This paper presented a method to create artificial fractures along the existing gas drainage borehole and increase the permeability of the coalbed using a high pressure waterjet cutting *** field work co.ducted in Rujigou co.liery, Shenhua Ningxia coal group demonstrate that the coalbed permeability is increased, and acco.dingly, gas drainage efficiency is improved up to 3 to 6 times over the traditional methods using high pressure waterjet ***, based on the monitoring data, the co.ceptual model for gas drainage process associated with different mining activities has been proposed, and few major advantages using waterjet assistance method have been identified.

In order to improve the efficiency of gas drainage before and during longwall extraction,a waterjet rotary cutting system has been developed for in-seam cross panel methane *** purpose of the water rotary cutting system developed was to create artificial fractures along the gas drainage *** the design of the system,it was perceived that the nozzle geometry is one of the key factors,affecting cutting ***,we studied the structural and geometric parameters of the nozzle and optimized its performance during laboratory tests and numerical *** trials co.ducted in a coal mine,indicate that production of gas drainage before and after cutting significantly increased by up to three *** advantages of waterjet assisted gas drainage method has been identified as:1) increasing gas drainage efficiency,2) a possible development of a gas drainage fractured network within coal seams associated with panel extraction,and 3) reducing the risk of exceeding gas limits during longwalling.

To investigate the paleoenvironmental co.trols on organic matter accumulation of Upper Paleozoic shales in the eastern Ordos Basin,China,26 shale samples were co.lected from two wells drilled into the Shanxi and Taiyuan *** total organic carbon(TOC)co.tent,mineral co.positions and elemental geochemistry of the samples were ***(35.42%)and clay minerals(48.34%)are the dominant minerals and trace elements(Li,Cs,Cu,V,co.and Cr)are co.monly enriched in the shale samples co.pared to the Upper co.tinental Crust.C-values(ranging from 0.2 to 4.5),chemical indices of weathering(CIW)values(48.82 to 99.11),and Sr/Cu ratios(1.00 to 11.05)suggest that the paleoclimate was humid in the study area during the Late *** redox indices(e.g.,Al_(2)O_(3)/(Al_(2)O_(3)+Fe_(2)O_(3)),V/Cr,Ni/co.V/(V+Ni)and U/Th)indicate a dysoxic to oxic paleoenvironment characterized by transi-tional sedimentary deposits in a co.tinental margin *** addition,chemical index of alteration(CIA,ranging from 77.92%to 98.36%)and CIW(89.19%to 99.11%)values suggest that there was intense chemical weathering in the study area,while the Al_(2)O_(3)-CaO^(*)+Na_(2)O-K_(2)O(A-CN-K)ternary diagram demonstrates that the shales were not subjected to potassium metasomatism during ***_(2)O_(3)/TiO_(2)and TiO_(2)/Zr ratios,as well as REE characteristics suggest a felsic source rocks and disco.nt seawater as an REE *** anomalies indicate an oxic environment with terrigenous input during black shale deposition,and LREE enrichment with negative Eu anomalies suggests that both shale formations were affected by detrital input rather than hydrothermal *** co.relation of TOC(ranging from 1.10%to 6.39%,with an average of 2.77%)with trace elemental redox indices(Sr/Cu,Sr/Ba,V/Cr,and U/Th)indicates that a warm-humid,dysoxic to oxic environment preserved much of the organic matter.

A kind of adaptive sliding model co.trol algorithm is developed to solve and improve the mathematical model dependency and un-modeled dynamics of a co.trolled system. The co.trol strategy derived from a kind of data-driven co.trol method in essence, thereby the input and output data are utilized by the co.troller with no information about the co.trol system model. Theoretical analysis proves that this proposed co.trol algorithm can improve the utilization of the estimated pseudo partial derivative information and accelerate the velocity of the co.vergence. The stability of the co.trol system is further verified by rigorous mathematical analysis. This new discrete-time nonlinear systems model-free co.trol algorithm obtained better co.trol performance through the simulations for the linear motor position and the information tracking speed, which also achieved robust and accurate traceability.

Research on the width of filling body in gob-side entry retaining with high-water materials

To determine the filling body's width along the gob-side remained roadway which is underneath the gob,the authors analyzed the interaction mechanism between the roof and the supporting body along the remained roadway, based on the elastic thin plate theory of the stope roof. The stress state and mechanical response of the filling body along the remained roadway were studied. Specifically, firstly, the supporting pressure of the coal pillar which is on one side of the gob-side remained roadway was ***, an equation that is used to calculate the width of the balance area in the stress limit state was acquired. Then, an equation that is used to calculate the roof cutting force on one side of the supporting body was obtained. By using FLAC3D, the authors investigated the displacement field and stress field response laws of rock masses around the roadway with different filling body's widths. The results show that with the filling body's width increasing, the supporting ability of the filling body ***, the rock mass displacement around the roadway and the filling body deformation *** better the filling body's supporting effect is, the higher the roof cutting force will be. When the filling body's width is larger than 3.0 m, its internal bearing ability beco.es stable and the filling body's deformation became non-apparent. Finally, analysis shows that the filling body's width should be 2.5 ***, the authors co.ducted field tests in the supply roadway 1204, using high-water materials and acquired expected outco.es.
