Metal-free graphitic carbon nitride(g-C_(3)N_(4))has captured significant attention as a low-co.t and efficient hydrogen production photocatalyst *** regulating the microstructure and accelerating the separation of photogenerated carriers remain crucial strategies for promoting the photocatalytic performance of this ***,a novel sulfur–carbon co.doped g-C_(3)N_(4)(SCCN)hierarchical microtubules filled with abundant nanosheets inside by thermal polymerization is *** nanosheets create abundant pores and cavities inside the SCCN microtubes,thereby increasing the specific surface area of g-C_(3)N_(4)and providing sufficient reactant attachment ***,the hierarchical structure of SCCN microtubules strengthens the reflection and scattering of light,and the utilization of visible light is favorably *** importantly,co.doping S and C has greatly improved the photocatalytic performance of graphitic carbon nitride,optimized the band gap structure and enhanced the photogenerated carrier ***,the SCCN exhibits a remarkable photocatalytic H_(2)evolution rate of 4868μmol/(g·h).This work demonstrates the potential of multi-nonmetal doped g-C_(3)N_(4)as the ideal photocatalyst for H2 evolution.

In the petrochemical industry process, the relative volatility between the co.ponents to be separated is close to one or the azeotrope that systems are difficult to separate. Liquid-liquid extraction is a co.mon and effective separation method, and selecting an extraction agent is the key to extraction technology research. In this paper, a design method of extractants based on elements and chemical bonds was proposed. A knowledge-based molecular design method was adopted to pre-select elements and chemical bond groups. The molecules were automatically synthesized acco.ding to specific co.bination rules to avoid the problem of “co.bination explosion” of molecules. The target properties of the extractant were set, and the extractant meeting the requirements was selected by predicting the co.relation physical properties of the generated molecules. Based on the separation performance of the extractant in liquid-liquid extraction and the relative importance of each index, the fuzzy co.prehensive evaluation membership function was established, the analytic hierarchy process determined the mass ratio of each index, and the co.sistency test results were passed. The results of case study based on quantum chemical analysis demonstrated that effective determination of extractants for the analysis of benzene-cyclohexane systems. The results unanimously prove that the method has important theoretical significance and application value.

Sn-based metal organic co.plexes with co.rdination bonds,multi-active sites,and high theoretical capacity have attracted much attention as promising anodes for lithium ion ***,the low electrical co.ductivity and huge volume changes restricted their electrochemical stability and practical ***,Snbased anode with superior electrochemical performance,including a high reversible capacity of 1050.1 mAh·g-1at 2 A·g-1and a stable capacity of 1105.5 mAh·g-1after 500 cycles at 1 A·g-1,was fabricated via a low-temperature calcination strategy from Sn metal organic *** low-temperature calcination process regulates Sn-O bond and prevents the agglomeration of SnO2,generating highly dispersed SnO2deco.ated metal organic co.plexes and providing sufficient active sites for ion *** situ characterizations expound that the undeco.posed Sn-based metal organic co.plexes co.ld be transformed into SnO2during lithiation and delithiation,which enhances the electrical co.ductivity and induces a strong pseudo-capacitive behavior,accelerating the electrochemical kinetics;the multiple solid electrolyte interface with inflexible LiF and flexible ROco.Li buffers the volume variation of the electrode,resulting in its high electrochemical *** work provides a simple strategy for preparing excellent Sn-based anodes from metal organic co.plexes and reveals the lithium storage mechanism of the prepared Snbased anode.

A rotating packed bed is a typical chemical process enhancement equipment that can strengthen micromixing and mass *** the operation of the rotating packed bed,the nonreactants and products irregularly adhere to the wire mesh packing in the rotor,thus resulting in an imbalance in the vibration of the rotor,which may cause serious damage to the bearing and material *** study proposes a model prediction for estimating the bearing residual life of a rotating packed bed based on rotor imbalance response *** method is used to determine the influence of the mass on the imbalance in the vibration of the rotor on bearing *** major influence on rotor vibration was found to be exerted by the imbalanced mass and its distribution radius,as revealed by the results of orthogonal *** implementing finite element analysis,the imbalance response curve for the rotating packed bed rotor was obtained,and a co.relation among rotor imbalance mass,distribution radius of imbalance mass,and bearing residue life was established via data *** predicted value of the bearing life can be used as the reference basis for an early safety warning of a rotating packed bed to effectively avoid accidents.

ZSM-5 with hierarchical pore structure was synthesized by a simple two-step hydrothermal crystallization from silica fume without using any organic ammonium *** synthesized ZSM-5 were oval shaped particles with a particle size about 2.0 μm and weak acid-dominated with proper Brønsted(B)and Lewis(L)acid *** ZSM-5 was used for catalytic co.cracking of n-octane and guaiaco.,lowdensity polyethylene(LDPE)and alkali lignin(AL)to enhance the production of benzene,toluene,ethylbenzene and xylene(BTEX).The most significant synergistic effect occurred at n-octane/guaiaco. at 1:1 and LDPE/AL at 1:3,under the co.dition,the achieved BTEX selectivity were 24%and 33%(mass)higher than the calculated values(weighted average).The highest BTEX selectivity reached 88.5%,which was 3.7%and 54.2%higher than those from individual cracking LDPE and *** synthesized ZSM-5 exhibited superior catalytic performance co.pared to the co.mercial ZSM-5,indicating potential application prospect.

Fouling caused by excess metal ions in hard water can negatively impact the performance of the circulating co.ling water system(CCWS)by depositing ions on the heat exchanger's ***,the operation optimization of CCWS often prioritizes short-term flow velocity optimization for minimizing power co.sumption,without co.sidering ***,low flow velocity promotes ***,it's crucial to balance fouling and energy/water co.servation for optimal CCWS long-term *** study proposes a mixed-integer nonlinear programming(MINLP)model to achieve this *** model co.siders fouling in the pipeline,dynamic co.centration cycle,and variable frequency drive to optimize the synergy between heat transfer,pressure drop,and *** optimizing the co.centration cycle of the CCWS,water co.servation and fouling co.trol can be *** model can obtain the optimal operating parameters for different operation intervals,including the number of pumps,frequency,and valve local resistance *** experiments on cycle and environmental temperature reveal that as the cycle increases,the marginal benefits of energy/water co.servation *** periods with minimal impact on fouling rate,energy/water co.servation can be achieved by increasing the cycle while maintaining a low fouling ***,the proposed model has significant energy/water saving effects and can co.prehensively optimize the CCWS through its inco.poration of fouling and cycle optimization.

A novel integrated film of sulfonated polysulfone/graphene/potassium co.per ferricyanide(KCuFC/SPSG)was used for selectively extracting rubidium ion(Rb^(+))from *** form KCuFC/SPSG,the precursor film of sulfonated polysulfone/graphene(SPSG)was synthesized by phase co.version process,which was alternately immersed in 0.1 mol·L^(-1)CuSO_(4)/K_(4)[Fe(CN)_(6)]by in-situ adsorption co.pled co.precipitation *** data such as nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer,Fourier transform infrared spectrosco.e,X-ray photoelectron spectrosco.e,X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microsco.e,and energy dispersive spectrosco.y all verified that abundant KCuFC were uniformly located on the *** resulting KCuFC/SPSG was used in film separation *** the solution was fed into the system,the Rb^(+)co.ld be selectively adsorption by KCuFC/*** the saturation adsorption,0.5 mol·L^(-1)NH_(4)Cl/HCl was fed into the film cell,Rb^(+)co.ld be quickly desorbed by ion-exchange between Rb^(+)and NH_(4)^(+)in the lattice of *** purpose of separating and reco.ering Rb^(+)from the brine can be achieved after the repeated *** effects of pH,adsorption time,and interferential ions on the adsorption capacity of Rb^(+)were investigated by batch *** adsorption behavior fits the pseudo-seco.d order kinetic process,while KCuFC has a higher adsorption capacity(Langmuir maximum sorption 165.4 mg·g^(-1)).In addition,KCuFC/SPSG shows excellent selectivity for Rb^(+)even in co.plex brine ***/SPSG co.ld maintain 93.5%extraction efficiency after five adsorption/desorption cycles.
