While thefirst-order derivatives of an objective function and constraints have often been analytically provided in the gradient-based optimization algorithms,the joint use of the secondorder derivatives can further improve the computational e±ciency and *** paper implements thefirst-and second-order analytical derivatives in the direct multiple shootingbased,regularized method of minimizing the fuel expenditure for impulsive space *** high-order dynamical information expresses the Hessian matrix of the Lagrange function in the nonlinear programming *** result is an e±cient tool for robustly computing fueloptimal,multi-impulse trajectories in the regularized framework of removing singularities associated with null thrust impulses from the derivatives of the objective *** computational performance is compared for the cases of optimizing impulsive transfers between cislunar periodic orbits within the regularized framework implementing the analytical derivatives in different ways over various initial guess trajectories and computational *** results indicate the superiority of adopting both thefirst-and second-order analytical derivatives in terms of the e±ciency and robustness.

BACKGROUND High-grade pancreatic intraepithelial neoplasia(PanIN)exhibits no mass and is not detected by any examination ***,it can be diagnosed by pancreatic juice cytology from indirect *** previous cases were diagnosed based on findings of a focal stricture of the main pancreatic duct(MPD)and caudal MPD dilatation and subsequent pancreatic juice cytology using endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography(ERCP).We experienced a case of high-grade PanIN with an unclear MPD over a 20-mm range,but without caudal MPD dilatation on magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography(MRCP).CASE SUMMARY A 60-year-old female patient underwent computed tomography for a follow-up of uterine cancer post-excision,which revealed pancreatic *** revealed an unclear MPD of the pancreatic body at a 20-mm length without caudal MPD ***,course observation was *** 24 mo,MRCP revealed an increased caudal MPD caliber and a larger pancreatic *** performed ERCP and detected atypical cells suspected of adenocarcinoma by serial pancreatic juice aspiration cytology *** performed a distal pancreatectomy and obtained a histopathological diagnosis of high-grade *** parenchyma invasion was not observed,and curative resection was *** High-grade Pan-IN may cause MPD narrowing in a long range without caudal MPD dilatation.

BACKGROUND Recent advancements in biliary tract cancer(BTC)treatment have expanded beyond surgery to include adjuvant therapy,yet the prognosis remains *** prognostic biomarkers could enhance the assessment of patients who have undergone radical resection for *** To determine transmembrane serine protease 4(TMPRSS4)utility as a prognostic biomarker of radical resection for *** Medical records of patients who underwent radical resection for BTC,excluding intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma,were retrospectively *** associations between TMPRSS4 expression and clinicopathological factors,overall survival,and recurrence-free survival were *** Among the 85 patients undergoing radical resection for BTC,46(54%)were *** TMPRSS4-positive group exhibited significantly higher preoperative carbohydrate antigen 19-9(CA19-9)values and greater lymphatic invasion than the TMPRSS4-negative group(P=0.019 and 0.039,respectively).Postoperative overall survival and recurrence-free survival were significantly worse in the TMPRSS4-positive group(median survival time:25.3 months vs not reached,P<0.001;median survival time:28.7 months vs not reached,P=0.043,respectively).Multivariate overall survival analysis indicated TMPRSS4 positivity,pT3/T4,and resection status R1 were independently associated with poor prognosis(P=0.032,0.035 and 0.030,respectively).TMPRSS4 positivity correlated with preoperative CA19-9 values≥37 U/mL and pathological tumor size≥30 mm(P=0.016 and 0.038,respectively).CONCLUSION TMPRSS4 is a potential prognostic biomarker of radical resection for BTC.

Objectives:Newly graduated nurses commence night shifts during a phase of heightened vulnerability to reality shock,exacerbating the challenges faced by these ***,this study aimed to identify the challenges experienced by newly graduated nurses when undertaking night shifts in order to help identify a strategy for supporting their adaptation to these ***:Semi-structured personal interviews were used to collect *** newly graduated nurses were selected to participate in the study by purposive sampling method from November 2021 to March 2022 in one of four general hospitals situated in the southwestern region of ***-structured interviews were analyzed by using thematic ***:The analysis revealedﬁve central themes and nine subthemes:challenges in task efﬁciency(task organization challenges,challenges in time-constrained task performance),challenges in responding to patients’changing conditions(challenges in responding to patients’irregular conditions,challenges in responding to nighttime changes in patients’behaviors),challenges in independent practice(challenges in engaging in independent nursing practice,challenges in dealing with unexpected events),challenges in establishing collaborative relationships(challenges in working closely with other staff,challenges in establishing collaborative relationships during night shifts with limited resources),challenges in adapting to shift work(challenges in managing physical conditions for shift work).Conclusions:Newly graduated nurses often encounter challenges in performing their tasks during the transition *** working night shifts,they face additional hurdles unique to nocturnal ***ﬁndings underscore the necessity for these graduates to develop night shift-speciﬁc readiness to effectively navigate the demands inherent in such work schedules.

Electrocatalytic water splitting has been identified as a potential candidate for producing clean hydrogen energy with zero carbon ***,the sluggish kinetics of oxygen evolution reaction on the anode side of the watersplitting device significantly hinders its practical ***,the efficiency of oxygen evolution processes depends greatly on the availability of cost‐effective catalysts with high activity and *** recent years,extensive theoretical and experimental studies have demonstrated that cobalt(Co)‐based nanomaterials,especially low‐dimensional Co‐based nanomaterials with a huge specific surface area and abundant unsaturated active sites,have emerged as versatile electrocatalysts for oxygen evolution reactions,and thus,great progress has been made in the rational design and synthesis of Co‐based nanomaterials for electrocatalytic oxygen evolution *** the remarkable progress in this area,in this timely review,we highlight the most recent developments in Co‐based nanomaterials relating to their dimensional control,defect regulation(conductivity),electronic structure regulation,and so ***,a brief conclusion about recent progress achieved in oxygen evolution on Co‐based nanomaterials,as well as an outlook on future research challenges,is given.

Garnet-type solid-state batteries(SSBs)are considered to be one of the most promising candidates to realize next-generation lithium metal batteries with high energy density and ***,the dendrite-induced short-circuit and the poor interfacial contact impeded the practical ***,interface engineering to achieve low interfacial resistance without high temperature calcination was developed,which Li_(6.4)La_(3)Zr_(1.4)Ta_(0.6)O_(12)(LLZTO)was simply coated with complex hydride(Li_(4)(BH_(4))_(3)I(3L1L))in various mass ratios n(Li_(4)(BH_(4))_(3)I)-(100−n)LLZTO(10≤n≤40).The interfacial conductivity increases by more than three orders of magnitude from 8.29×10^(−6)S·cm^(−1)to 1.10×10^(−2)S·cm^(−1).Symmetric Li cells exhibit a high critical current density(CCD)of 4.0 mA·cm^(−2) and an excellent cycling stability for 200 h at 4.0 mA·cm^(−2).SSBs with polymeric sulfur-polyacrylonitrile(SPAN)cathode achieve a high discharge capacity of 1149 mAh·g^(−1) with a capacity retention of 91%after 100 cycles(0.2 C).This attempt guides a simple yet efficient strategy for obtaining a stable Li/LLZTO interface,which would promote the development of solid-state batteries.

Dynamic speed guidance for vehicles in on-ramp merging zones is instrumental in alleviating traffic congestion on urban *** enhance compliance with recommended speeds,the development of a dynamic speed-guidance mechanism that accounts for heterogeneity in human driving styles is *** intelligent connected technologies that provide real-time vehicular data in these merging locales,this study proposes such a guidance ***,we integrate a multi-agent consensus algorithm into a multi-vehicle framework operating on both the mainline and the ramp,thereby facilitating harmonized speed and spacing ***,we conduct an analysis of the behavioral traits inherent to drivers of varied styles to refine speed planning in a more efficient and reliable ***,we investigate a closed-loop feedback approach for speed guidance that incorporates the driver’s execution rate,thereby enabling dynamic recalibration of advised speeds and ensuring fluid vehicular integration into the *** results substantiate that a dynamic speed guidance system incorporating driving styles offers effective support for human drivers in seamless mainline merging.
