Synthesis of silver nanoparticles(ag NPs) with state-of-the-art chemical or photo-reduction methods generally takes several steps and requires both reducing agents and stabilizers to obtain NPs with narrow size ***, we report a novel method to synthesize ag NPs rapidly in one step, achieving typical particle sizes in the range from 5 to 15 *** synthesis steps only involve three chemicals without any reducing agent: agNO3 as precursor, polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP) as stabilizer, and agCl as *** ag NPs were supported on carbon and showed excellent performance in thermal catalytic pnitrophenol reduction and nitrobenzene hydrogenation, and as electrocatalyst for the oxygen reduction reaction.

It is well accepted that a lithiophilic interface can effectively regulate Li deposition behaviors,but the influence of the lithiophilic interface is gradually diminished upon co.tinuous Li deposition that co.pletely isolates Li from the lithiophilic ***,we perform in-depth studies on the creation of dynamic alloy interfaces upon Li deposition,arising from the exceptionally high diffusion co.fficient of Hg in the amalgam solid *** a co.parison,other metals such as Au,ag,and Zn have typical diffusion co.fficients of 10-20 orders of magnitude lower than that of Hg in the similar solid solution *** difference induces co.pact Li deposition pattern with an amalgam substrate even with a high areal capacity of 55 mAh cm^(-2).This finding provides new insight into the rational design of Li anode substrate for the stable cycling of Li metal batteries.

我们通过液相还原法制备了SiO2携载银点的复合结构。在制备过程中,[ag(NH3)2]+离子通过Si-OH基团和它们之间的静电吸引作用被吸引在SiO2微球表面,然后加入还原剂和稳定剂,将SiO2表面的[ag(NH3)2]+还原为银点。最后,通过TEM、XRD、UV-visible等测试手段对SiO2携载银点的复合结构进行了表征。TEM结果显示,SiO2表面的银点粒径是可控的;XRD和UV-visible的测试结果表明,随着银点粒径的增大,银的结晶度越来越高,其表面等离子体共振吸收峰发生红移。

Ivosidenib,an isocitrate dehydrogenase 1(IDH1)inhibitor,has demonstrated clinical benefits in a pivotal study(ag120-C-001)in patients with IDH1-mutated(mIDH1)acute myeloid leukemia(AML).A registry study(CS3010-101:NCT04176393)was co.ducted to assess the pharmaco.inetic(PK)characteristics,safety,and efficacy of ivosidenib in Chinese patients with relapsed or refractory(R/R)mIDH1 *** received ivosidenib 500 mg once daily for 28-day cycles until disease *** subjects underwent intensive PK/progressive disease(PD)*** subjects had the clinical response assessed at screening,every 28 days through month 12,and then every 56 *** November 12,2019,and April 2,2021,30 patients were enrolled;26(86.7%)had de novo AML and 18(60.0%)were transfusion-dependent at *** single and repeated doses of ivosidenib,median time to maximum plasma co.centration(T_(max))was 4.0 and 2.0 hours,*** inter-individual variability of pharmaco.inetic exposure was moderate to high(co.fficient of variation[CV],25%–53%).No obvious accumulation was observed after repeated doses at cycle 2 day *** the clinical response,the CR+CRh rate was 36.7%(95%co.fidence interval[CI]:19.9%–56.1%),the median duration of CR+CRh was 19.7 months(95%CI:2.9 months–not reached[NR]),and median duration of response(DoR)was 14.3 months(95%CI:6.4 months–NR).co.sistent clinical benefits and safety of ivosidenib were co.sistently observed at the final data cutoff with median follow-up time 26.0 months,as co.pared with primary data cutoff,and the data from Chinese R/R mIDH1 AML patients were also co.sistent with results from pivotal study.
