Ultrasonic Microwave Assisted Extraction of Polysaccharides from Sipunculus nudus

[Objectives] This study was conducted to optimize experimental conditions for extraction of polysaccharides from Sipunculus nudus.[Methods]With the Sipunculus nudus from Sanya as the experimental material,*** polysaccharide was extracted by ultrasonic microwave assisted method,during which univariate factors including solid-liquid ratio,time,temperature,ultrasonic power,microwave power were investigated,to select optimal extracting conditions,which were also demonstrated and optimized by variance and response surface *** optimized conditions were adopted to carry out a test,in which the absorbance of *** polysaccharide was measured with an ultraviolet and visible spectrophotometer,followed by the calculation of the extracting amount of polysaccharide,and precision test and recovery test were also carried out to verify the experimental method.[Results]The standard solutions were determined at the maximum absorption wavelength of 486 nm,and the regression equation was A = 0.2677 C + 0.001 8,R^2= 0.999 ***-liquid ratio,time,temperature,ultrasonic power and microwave power were investigated by univariate analysis and then optimized by response surface method as follows: solid-liquid ratio at 1:20( g/ml),time of 35 min,temperature at 50 ℃,ultrasonic power at 420 W and microwave power at 300 W,under which the measured extracting amount of *** polysaccharide was1.37 mg/*** RSD was 0.985% in precision *** the repeatability test,the extracting amounts of polysaccharide were 1.41,1.43 and 1.38 mg/g for three parallel tests,respectively,with a RSD of 1.140%.The recovery test obtained following results: for group a( added with glucose standard) : the recovery of *** polysaccharide was in the range of 100.3%-101.4%,RSD = 0.03%; and for group b( not added with glucose standard) : the recovery of *** polysaccharide was in the range of 99.7%-100.3%,RSD = 0.02%.[Conclusions]The research method is stable and *** study provides da

In this letter,a humidity sensor is demonstrated by applying a whispering gallery mode(WGM)from a microsphere resonator onto the ZnO nanorods coated glass *** diameter of the microsphere was 234μm and the glass surface was coated with ZnO nanorods using the hydrothermal method at growth duration of 12 h.A significant response to humidity level ranging from 35%RH to 85%RH has been observed with the sensitivity of 0.0142 nm/%*** proposed humidity sensor has successfully employed to enhance interaction between the whispering gallery mode evanescent and surrounds analyte with the assistance of ZnO nanorods coated glass.

AIM To assess the efficacy and safety of in vivo electroporation(EP)-mediated dual-plasmid hepatitis B virus(HBV) DNA vaccine vs placebo for sequential combination therapy with lamivudine(LAM) in patients with chronic hepatitis B. METHODS Two hundred and twenty-five patients were randomized to receive either LAM + vaccine(vaccine group, n = 109) or LAM + placebo(control group, n = 116). LAM treatment lasted 72 wk. Patients received the DNA vaccine or placebo by intramuscular injection mediated by EP at weeks 12(start of treatment with vaccine or placebo, SOT), 16, 24, and 36(end of treatment with vaccine or placebo, EOT). RESULTS In the modified intent-to-treat population, morepatients had a decrease in HBV DNA > 2 log10 IU/m L in the vaccine group at week 12 after EOT compared with the control group. A trend toward a difference in the number of patients with undetectable HBV DNA at week 28 after EOT was obtained. Adverse events were similar. In the dynamic per-protocol set, which excluded adefovir(ADV) add-on cases at each time point instantly after ADV administration due to LAM antiviral failure, more patients had a decrease in HBV DNA > 2 log10 IU/mL in the vaccine group at week 12 and 28 after EOT compared with the control group. More patients with undetectable HBV DNA at week 28 after EOT in the vaccine group were also observed. Among patients with a viral load < 1000 copies/mL at week 12, more patients achieved HBeA g seroconversion in the vaccine group than among controls at week 36 after EOT, as well as less virological breakthrough and YMDD mutations. CONCLUSION The primary endpoint was not achieved using the HBV DNA vaccine. The HBV DNA vaccine could only be beneficial in subjects that have achieved initial virological response under LAM chemotherapy.

Reconfigurable intelligent surface(RIS)as a promising technology has been proposed to change weak communication ***,most of the current resource allocation(RA)schemes have focused on RIS-assisted homogeneous networks,and there is still no open works about RA schemes of RIS-assisted heterogeneous networks(HetNets).In this paper,we design an RA scheme for a RIS-assisted HetNet with non-orthogonal multiple access to improve spectrum efficiency and transmission *** particular,we jointly optimize the transmit power of the small-cell base station and the phase-shift matrix of the RIS to maximize the sum rates of all small-cell users,subject to the unit modulus constraint,the minimum signal-to-interference-plus-noise ratio constraint,and the cross-tier interference constraint for protecting communication quality of microcell *** efficient suboptimal RA scheme is proposed based on the alternating iteration ap-proach,and successive convex approximation and logarithmic transformation *** results verify the effectiveness of the pro-posed scheme in terms of data rates.

利用逐月降水数据和NCEP/NCAR再分析数据,分析了洞庭湖流域春、夏、秋季57年来旱涝异常的年际变化以及典型旱涝异常年份的全球海温分布形势,并利用降尺度和趋势分析方法探究气象因子对ENSO和关键区海温的响应,以加强对流域旱涝前期影响因素的认识。结果表明:1)流域在春、秋季旱涝变化趋势不明显,在夏季较明显地变湿。2)前期冬、夏季ENSO事件分别对流域春、秋季旱涝产生显著影响,而与夏季呈不显著的统计特征。3)在消除前期ENSO信号后,阿留申群岛附近海域(S3)、澳大利亚东部海域(S4)海温和印度洋偶极子(Indian Ocean Dipole,IOD)现象仍分别为春、夏、秋季与流域旱涝有密切联系的海温因素。4)S3区SST对流域春季旱涝的影响通过西风带环流实现,S4区SST偏高似乎是东亚夏季风强度偏弱的表现,成熟的IOD现象为流域秋季旱涝的主导因子。

surface Thermal Environment and Water Temperature Regulation of Rapidly Developing Small and Medium-Sized Cities

[Objective] This study aimed to investigate the temperature regulation effect of surface thermal environment and waters on the temperature, as well as the influencing factors, in Binzhou City, Shandong Province, so as to provide scientific basis for layout planning of urban waters. [Method] Based on the Landsat image of 2009 and 2014, the surface temperature was retrieved using mono-window algorithm and the distribution characteristics of surface temperature of different land types were analyzed. By arranging temperature points on the temperature line and water characteristic statistics, the temperature regulation effect of waters, as well as the influencing factors was analyzed. [Result](1) The order of surface temperature of different land types in summer was building land > cultivated land > woodland > water body, while in winter, the order was cultivated land > woodland > building land > water body. In terms of summer-winter average thermal level, the order was building land > cultivated land > woodland > water body.(2) The temperature regulation effect of waters showed a strong nonlinear relationship with the distance.(3) Large-area water bodies had better cooling effect. Under the condition of same area, the temperature regulated area of multiple small-area water bodies was larger than that of single large-area water body.(4) The increase in the proportion of non-building land around the water body increased the range of water cooling.(5) When the area of water bodies was small, the smaller the ratio of perimeter to area was, the larger the influence range of water cooling was. [Conclusion] The temperature regulation effect of waters in Binzhou City showed a strong nonlinear relationship with the distance, and was affected by the size of the water body, the complexity of the boundary and the composition of the surrounding land.

【目的】在快速城市化背景下,土地利用格局发生改变,建筑用地等不透水面比例增大,导致地表径流深度增加。因此,理解土地利用变化与地表径流的相互关系在城市防灾减灾工作中具有重要作用。【方法】以杭州市为例,利用CLUMondo模型,得到2030年土地利用情景模拟结果,并在此基础上,利用SCS模型模拟预测了未来地表径流深度信息,探讨了土地利用变化对地表径流的影响。【结果】结果显示:(1)到2030年,耕地面积减少到2070.72 km^(2),共减少283.55 km^(2);建筑用地增加到1227.74 km^(2),共增加了528.19 km^(2),林地和草地均出现了不同程度的减少。(2)在同等降水条件情景下,随着土地利用格局的变化,研究区平均地表径流深度呈逐年增加趋势,但增幅存在差异。在研究区西部的林地地区地表径流增加不明显,在研究区东北部的中心城区,地表径流的范围与深度显著增加。其中杭州主城区径流深度增加最为明显。【结论】2005年到2030年杭州的土地利用结构变化中,耕地与建筑用地变化最为明显,耕地面积不断减少,建筑用地面积不断增加;地表径流深度整体呈增加趋势,但在不同时段和区域都存在一定的差异性,其中杭州主城区径流深度增加最为明显。2005—2030年间杭州降水径流变化的原因与杭州城市化过程中的土地利用转化特别是耕地向建筑用地的转化密切相关。研究成果可为优化城市土地利用政策、缓解洪涝灾害提供理论依据。
