To decrease the overlarge calculation induced by the centralized processing,a new cooperative distributed Model predictive control(MPC)method is proposed for large-scale systems with coupled dynamics.Reduction and classification are investigated by defining the influence degree to reduce the whole system and then to classify the reduced system into several subsystem groups.These groups are mutually decoupled,while there is relativity between these subsystems comprised in the same group.Centralized/cooperative and distributed MPC algorithms for each group are implemented to ensure the feasibility and the stability of the whole system.Meanwhile,for practical applications,the finite times interactive control strategy between different groups is adopted to compensate information loss brought by the reduced subsystem and realize the global cooperative distributed MPC.This algorithm significantly decreases the computational load,has better control performance.Simulations are given to illustrate the effectiveness of these developed algorithms.

One new coordination polymer with the chemical formula [CoCu2L2·K2·1.5C2H5OH]n（H4L = 2-hydroxy-3-[（E）-（{3-[（2-hydroxybenzoyl）amino]propyl}imino）methyl] benzoic acid） has been synthesized based on the slow diffusion method,and characterized by IR spectroscopy,thermalgravimetric and X-ray diffraction analysis.It crystallizes in the monoclinic system,space group P21/n with a = 11.98860（10）,b = 24.4279（3）,c = 14.9008（2） ,β = 104.7490（10）°,V = 4220.01（8） 3,Z = 2,Mr = 1009.94,Dc = 1.590 g/cm3,F（000） = 2056,μ（MoKα） = 1.649 mm-1,the final R = 0.0411 and wR = 0.1178 for 5920 observed reflections with I 2σ（I）.The compound possesses a 2D brick wall structure constructed from trinuclear units.

Computational medicine is an emerging discipline that uses computer models and complex software to simulate the development and treatment of diseases.Advances in computer hardware and software technology,especially the development of algorithms and graphics processing units(GPUs),have led to the broader application of computers in the medical field.Computer vision based on mathematical biological modelling will revolutionize clinical research and diagnosis,and promote the innovative development of Chinese medicine,some biological models have begun to play a practical role in various types of research.This paper introduces the concepts and characteristics of computational medicine and then reviews the developmental history of the field,including Digital Human in Chinese medicine.Additionally,this study introduces research progress in computational medicine around the world,lists some specific clinical applications of computational medicine,discusses the key problems and limitations of the research and the development and application of computational medicine,and ultimately looks forward to the developmental prospects,especially in the field of computational Chinese medicine.

The dysfunction of the medial prefrontal cortex is associated with affective disorders and non-motor features in Parkinson’s disease.However,the exact role of the mediodorsal thalamic nucleus in the function of the prefrontal cortex remains unclear.To study the possible effects of the mediodorsal thalamic nucleus on the neurological function of the medial prefrontal cortex,a model of Parkinson’s disease was established by injecting 8μg 6-hydroxydopamine into the substantia nigra compacta of rats.After 1 or 3 weeks,0.3μg ibotenic acid was injected into the mediodorsal thalamic nucleus of the midbrain.At 3 or 5 weeks after the initial injury,neuronal discharge in medial prefrontal cortex of rat brain was determined electrophysiologically.The numbers of dopamine-positive neurons and tyrosine hydroxylase immunoreactivity in substantia nigra compacta and ventral tegmental area were detected by immunohistochemical staining.Results demonstrated that after injury,the immunoreactivity of dopamine neurons and tyrosine hydroxylase decreased in the substantia nigra compacta and ventral tegmental areas of rats.Compared with normal medial prefrontal cortical neurons,at 3 and 5 weeks after substantia nigra compacta injury,the discharge frequency of pyramidal neurons increased and the discharge pattern of these neurons tended to be a burst-discharge,with an increased discharge interval.The discharge frequency of interneurons decreased and the discharge pattern also tended to be a burst-discharge,but the discharge interval was only higher at 3 weeks.At 3 weeks after the combined lesions,the discharge frequency,discharge pattern and discharge interval were restored to a normal level in pyramidal neurons and interneurons in medial prefrontal cortex.These findings have confirmed that mediodorsal thalamic nucleus is involved in regulating neuronal activities of the medial prefrontal cortex.The changes in the function of the mediodorsal thalamic nucleus may be associated with the abnormal discharge activity of the medial prefrontal co

The hydrophobic ionic liquids/water two-phase system was developed to prepare CuO nano particles.The catalytic activity of the synthesized CuO was investigated by photodegradation of 4-nitrophenol(4-NP)in the presence of H_(2)O_(2) under visible light irradiation.The optical properties of the synthesized CuO were characterized by ultraviolet–visible(UV–Vis)diffuse reflectance spectroscopy(DRS).Experimental results indicated that the band gap energy(Eg),conduction band edge potential(ECB)and valence band edge potential(EVB)of the synthesized CuO were 1.37 e V,0.625 e V and 1.995 e V,respectively.A degradation efficiency of 4-NP(4.8 mmol L^(-1))as high as 95.3% could be achieved under the conditions of p H 6.0,0.48 g L^(-1)of CuO dosage,1.4% of H_(2)O_(2) dosage and 90 min of degradation time.The synthesized CuO exhibited poor catalytic activity under alkaline conditions due to the disassociation of 4-NP,which elevated the repulsion between CuO and the 4-NP anions.The synthesized CuO nano particles exhibited higher catalytic activity compared with the catalysts reported in literature.Furthermore,the synthesized CuO nano particles could be reused at least six times without decreasing their catalytic activity.Compared with the traditional hydrothermal method,mild operating conditions and time saving are the advantages of the developed method for the preparation of CuO.

Genomic landscape of mitochondrial DNA insertions in 23 bat genomes:characteristics,loci,phylogeny,and polymorphism

The transfer of mitochondrial DNA to the nuclear genome gives rise to the nuclear DNA sequences of mitochon-drial origin(NUMTs),considered as a driving force in genome evolution.In this study,NUMTs in 23 bat genomes were investigated and compared systematically.The results showed that NUMTs existed in 22 genomes except for Noctilio leporinus,suggesting that mitochondrial fragment insertion in the nuclear genome was a common event in bat genomes.However,remarkable variations in NUMTs number,cumulative length,and proportion in the nu-clear genome were discovered across bat species.Further orthologous NUMT loci analysis of the Phyllostomidae family indicated that the NUMTs insertion events in bat genomes were homoplasy-free.The NUMTs were mainly inserted into the intergenic regions,particularly,co-localized with repetitive sequences(especially transposable el-ements).However,several NUMTs were inserted into genes,some of which were in the exon region of functional genes.One NUMT in the genome of Pteropus alecto surprisingly matched with cDNA of ATP8B3 that provided evidence of NUMTs with coding function.Phylogenic analysis on NUMTs originating from COXI and COXII loci highlighted 2 clusters of Yinpterochiroptera and Yangochiroptera for Chiroptera.Seven NUMTs from Rhinolophus ferrumequinum were ampliﬁed,and the sequencing results conﬁrmed the reliability of the NUMT analysis.One of them was polymorphic for the presence or absence of the NUMT insertion,and each genotype of NUMT loci showed a distinct regional distribution pattern.The information obtained in this study provides novel insights into the NUMT organization and features in bat genomes and establishes a basis for further studying of the evolution of bat species.

Cellular senescence and chronic inflammation in response to aging are considered to be indicators of brain aging; they have a great impact on the aging process and are the main risk factors for neurodegeneration. Reviewing the microglial response to aging and neuroinflammation in neurodegenerative diseases will help understand the importance of microglia in neurodegenerative diseases. This review describes the origin and function of microglia and focuses on the role of different states of the microglial response to aging and chronic inflammation on the occurrence and development of neurodegenerative diseases, including Alzheimer’s disease, Huntington’s chorea, and Parkinson’s disease. This review also describes the potential benefits of treating neurodegenerative diseases by modulating changes in microglial states. Therefore, inducing a shift from the neurotoxic to neuroprotective microglial state in neurodegenerative diseases induced by aging and chronic inflammation holds promise for the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases in the future.

Objective:To analyze the influence of professional identity and academic efficacy on the professional attitude of higher vocational nursing students.Methods:A total of 656 higher vocational nursing students were investigated with general information questionnaire,academic self-efficacy scale,professional identity scale,and professional attitude scale of nursing students.Results:The score of professional attitude of higher vocational nursing students was(106.34±9.86),which is found to be in the upper middle level.The professional attitude of higher vocational nursing students is positively correlated with academic self-efficacy(P<0.05),and with learning ability self-efficacy(P<0.01).Professional cognition,professional will,and professional values have a positive predictive effect on the professional attitude of higher vocational nursing students(P<0.05).Conclusions:Academic self-efficacy and professional identity are important predictors of professional attitude.Learning behavior self-efficacy,professional cognition,professional will,and professional values have a significant impact on the establishment of positive professional attitude.
