Search for an exotic vectorlike X-quark in same-sign dilepton final states at the future 3 TeV CLIC

Vectorlike quarks(VLQs)with masses at the TeV-scale have been predicted in many new physics scenarios beyond the Standard Model(SM).Based on a simplified(X,T)doublet model including the exotic vectorlike X quark(VLQ-X)with an electric charge 5/3,we study the production of the VLQ-X decaying into tW at the future Compact Linear Collider(CLIC)with■TeV including the initial state radiation and beamstrahlung *** focus on the final signals,including same-sign dileptons(electrons or muons),at least one b-tagged jet,and large missing transverse *** performing detailed signal-to-background analyses and detector simulations,we obtain the 2σexclusion capabilities and discovery reaches,respectively,on the mass of the VLQ-Xmx as well as the relevant parameters■for mx≥1500GeV and the coupling strengthg*formx≥1500 GeV)for some typical luminosities at the 3 TeV CLIC.

In this work,isothermal compression experiments of macroporous W-4.8 vol.%ZrO2（W-4.8ZrO2） at 1300-1600℃ and strain rate of 0.005-1 s-1were carried out on a Gleeble-1500D thermo-mechanical *** dynamic recovery of W-4.8ZrO2is the main "softening" *** the basis of Arrhenius model,the initial constitutive equation is established by exploring the influence of temperature,strain rate and rheological *** on Arrhenius model,the relationship between flow stress,strain rate and deformation temperature is *** the influence of strain,the improved constitutive equation and the law of material constant changing with the strain are *** that,the hot processing maps were drawn on the basis of the dynamic material model,which is used to analyze the instability mechanism of the W-4.8ZrO2,and determine the appropriate hot working process parameters(temperature:1350-1450℃,strain rate:0.1-1 s-1).

Transient heat conduction problems widely exist in *** previous work on the peridynamic differential operator(PDDO)method for solving such problems,both time and spatial derivatives were discretized using the PDDO method,resulting in increased complexity and programming *** this work,the forward difference formula,the backward difference formula,and the centered difference formula are used to discretize the time derivative,while the PDDO method is used to discretize the spatial *** new schemes for solving transient heat conduction equations have been developed,namely,the forward-in-time and PDDO in space(FT-PDDO)scheme,the backward-in-time and PDDO in space(BT-PDDO)scheme,and the central-in-time and PDDO in space(CT-PDDO)*** stability and convergence of these schemes are analyzed using the Fourier method and Taylor’s *** show that the FT-PDDO scheme is conditionally stable,whereas the BT-PDDO and CT-PDDO schemes are unconditionally *** stability conditions for the FT-PDDO scheme are less stringent than those of the explicit finite element method and explicit finite difference *** convergence rate in space for these three methods is *** constructed schemes are applied to solve one-dimensional and two-dimensional transient heat conduction *** accuracy and validity of the schemes are verified by comparison with analytical solutions.

Aqueous zinc-ion batteries(AZIBs)have been regarded as prospective rechargeable energy storage devices because of the high theoretical capacity and low redox potential of Zn ***,the uncontrollable formation of dendrites and the water-induced side reactions at the Zn/electrolyte interface,and the poor reversibility under a high current density(>2 mA·cm^(-2))and large area capacity(>2 mAh·cm^(-2))still limit the practical applications of ***,a strategy that can overcome these difficulties is urgently ***,we introduce an environmentally friendly and low-cost additive,namely urea,to the electrolyte of AZIBs to induce uniform Zn deposition and suppress the side *** of the adsorption behavior,electrochemical characterization,and observations of the morphology revealed the interfacial modification induced by urea on the Zn/electrolyte interface,demonstrating its huge potential in ***,the long-term cycling stability(over2100 h)of a Zn/Zn symmetric cell under a high current density of 5 mA·cm^(-2)and a capacity of 5 mAh·cm^(-2)was achieved with a 1 mol·L^(-1)ZnSO_(4)electrolyte with the urea ***,the assembled Zn/NH_4V_4O_(10)full cell with urea exhibited excellent cycling performance and an outstanding average Coulombic efficiency of 99.98%.These results indicate that this is a low-cost and effective additive strategy for realizing highly reversible AZIBs.

Emerging evidence suggested that zinc finger protein 831(ZNF831)was associated with immune activity and stem cell regulation in breast ***,the roles and molec-ular mechanisms of ZNF831 in oncogenesis remain ***831 expression was significantly diminished in breast cancer which was associated with promoter CpG methylation but not *** over-expression of ZNF831 suppressed breast cancer cell proliferation and col-ony formation and promoted apoptosis in vitro,while knockdown of ZNF831 resulted in an opposite ***-proliferation effect of ZNF831 was verified in *** analysis of public databases and transcriptome sequencing both showed that ZNF831 could enhance apoptosis through transcriptional regulation of the JAK/STAT *** and luciferase report assays demonstrated that ZNF831 could directly bind to one specific region of STAT3 promoter and induce the transcriptional inhibition of *** a result,the attenuation of STAT3 led to a restraint of the transcription of Bcl2 and thus accelerated the apoptotic *** of STAT3 diminished the apoptosis-promoting effect of ZNF831 in breast cancer cell ***,ZNF831 could ameliorate the anti-proliferation effect of capecitabine and gemcitabine in breast cancer cell *** findings demonstrate for the first time that ZNF831 is a novel transcriptional suppressor through inhibiting the expression of STAT3/Bcl2 and promoting the apoptosis process in breast cancer,suggesting ZNF831 as a novel biomarker and potential therapeutic target for breast cancer patients.

Background:Gut microbiota exert an immense effect on host health and host environmental ***,the composition and structure of gut microbiota are determined by the environment and host genetic ***,the relative contribution of the environment and host genetic factors toward shaping the structure of gut microbiota has been poorly ***:In this study,we characterized the fecal microbial communities of the closely related voles Neodon fuscus,Lasiopodomys brandtii,and *** after caged feeding in the laboratory for 6 months,through high-throughput sequencing and bioinformatics ***:The results of pairwise comparisons of *** *** and *** *** revealed significant differences in bacterial diversity and composition after *** 991 same operational taxonomic units(OTUs)were shared in three voles,there were 362,291,and 303 species-specific OTUs in ***,***,and ***,*** relative abundances of Proteobacteria and Prevotella,which are reported to be enriched in high-altitude populations,were significantly higher in high-altitude *** than in low-altitude *** after ***,which produce various digestive enzymes for energy metabolism,and Spirochaetes,which can degrade cellulose,were found in higher abundance in subterranean *** than that in *** which dwells on the earth ***:Our findings showed that some components of gut microbiota still maintained dominance even when different host species are reared under the same environmental conditions,suggesting that these bacteria are substantially influenced by host factors.

Photo-biocatalysis,the combination of photosensitization and biocatalysis,is an emerging solution for sunlight-based renewable *** is thus important to develop light antennas with both good light har-vesting and efficient electron ***,the intriguing electrical conductivity of dsDNA and its host effect(for nucleic acid dyes to harvest light)were explored simultaneously to develop a dsDNA-based light antenna for *** SYBR Green I(SG)as the example of the nucleic acid dye,the proposed SG-dsDNA system was found to be capable for visible-light-driven reduced nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide(NADH)regeneration,and the turnover frequency of which(1.35 min^(-1))exceeded most of the existing photocatalytic *** SG can only be hosted by dsDNA,meanwhile dsDNA can be formed through hybridization between single strand DNA and its complementary strand,the pro-posed system adds an extra control of the photocatalytic activity(DNA base pairing-based switch).When integrating the SG-dsDNA system with NADH-dependent horse liver alcohol dehydrogenase(HLADH),successful synthesis of 2-phenylpropanol(a crucial intermediates of profens manufacturing)was achieved.
