Multi-channel power allocation based on market competitive equilibrium in cognitive radio networks

Considering the parameter setting process is complicated in the design process of the current Composite Nonlinear Feedback Control law,this paper proposed an Enhanced CNF（Composite Nonlinear Feedback） controller based on Genetic *** the time multiplied by the absolute error of the integral as a performance indicator,the parameter tuning problem is turned into a minimization *** Genetic Algorithm is used to set all the design parameters of the Enhanced CNF controller at one *** proposed controller is introduced into the set-point control of the torsional micromirror,the simulation results demonstrate that the system can achieve the desired performance efficiently and accurately with the proposed controller.

Cognitive radios such as intelligent phones and Bluetooth devices have been considered essential goods in next-generation communication *** devices will have to share the same frequency band owing to the limited bandwidth *** improve spectrum efciency,we formulate multi-channel power allocation as a market competitive equilibrium(CE)problem,and prove that its solution exists and is unique under the condition of weak *** then propose two distributed power allocation algorithms achieving CE,namely the fast convergent power allocation algorithm(FCPAA)and the social-fairness-aware FCPAA(SFAF).Theoretical analysis and simulation results demonstrate that the proposed algorithms lead to better system performance in terms of the guaranteed interference temperature constraint using the price mechanism instead of a strategy based on the Nash ***,it is shown that the FCPAA maximizes total utility,and converges more quickly than the method addressed in prior research with the help of improved round-robin ***,the FCPAA cannot ensure the same social fairness among secondary users as the SFAF scheme in both the non-fading channel and Rayleigh fading channel;the SFAF balances the individual utility by adjusting each user’s budget at the expense of a small quantity of system total throughput.

The first(namely, inner) fission barriers for even-A N = 152 nuclei have been studied systematically in the framework of macroscopic-microscopic model by means of potential energy surface(PES) calculations in the threedimensional(β_(2, γ), β_4) deformation space. Their collective properties, such as ground-state deformations, are compared with previous calculations and available observations, showing a consistent trend. In addition, it has been found that the microscopic shell correction energy plays an important role on surviving fission in these N = 152 deformed shell nuclei. The inclusion of non-axial symmetric degree of freedom γ will pull the fission barrier down more significantly with respect to the calculation involving in hexadecapole deformation β_4. Furthermore, the calculated Woods-Saxon(WS) single particle levels indicate that the large microscopic shell correction energies due to low level densities may be responsible for such a reduction on the inner fission barrier.

Based on relativistic mean field（RMF） models, we study finite A-hypernuclei and massive neutron stars. The effective N-N interactions PK1 and TM1 are adopted, while the N-A interactions are constrained by reproducing the binding energy of A-hyperon at 1 s orbit of Λ^40Ca. It is found that the A-meson couplings follow a simple relation, indicating a fixed A potential well for symmetric nuclear matter at saturation densities, i.e., around VΛ=-29.786 MeV. With those interactions, a large mass range of Λ-hypernuclei can be described well. Furthermore,the masses of PSR J1614-2230 and PSR J0348＋0432 can be attained adopting the Λ-meson couplings gσΛ/gσN≥0.73,gωΛ/gωN≥0.80 for PK1 and gσΛ/gσN≥0.81,gωΛ/gωN≥0.90 for TM1, respectively. This resolves the hyperon puzzle without introducing any additional degrees of freedom.

It is known that the square of a ω-hyponormal operator is also ω-hyponormal. For any 0〈 p 〈 1, there exists a special invertible operator such that all of its integer powers are all p - ω-hyponormal. In this article, the author introduces the class of （s, p） -ω-hyponormal operators on the basis of the class of p- ω-hyponormal operators. For s 〉0, 0 〈 p 〈 1, the author gives a characterization of （s,p） -ω-hyponormal operatots; the author shows that all integer powers of special （s, p） -ω-hyponormal operators are （s,p） -ω-hyzponormal.

The Late Paleozoic Taiyuan Formation in North China is mainly composed of a mixed shallow-marine carbonate and terrigenous clastic *** basal limestones have been constrained in the late Pennsylvanian to Early *** further constrain the age of the lowest Taiyuan Formation,we obtained two genera and 16 species of conodonts from the bottom limestones of the Taiyuan Formation in two sections in henan Province,southern North *** fauna includes Idiognathodus hebeiensis,Streptognathodus isolatus,***,***,***,***,***,***,***,***,***,***,***,***,***,and ***.A genus of Streptognathodus dominated conodont assemblage with some Idiognathodus *** indicates a late Gzhelian(latest Pennsylvanian)age for the lowest Taiyuan Formation in southern North *** is consistent with recently published high-precision zircon U-Pb ages from ash *** on conodont biostratigraphy,the basal limestones of the Taiyuan Formation in henan Province(southern North China)can be correlated with the upper part of Miaogou limestones of the Taiyuan Formation in Shanxi Province(northern North China).This correlation might reflect a significant sea-level rise in North China,possibly corresponding to a deglaciation event at the Permo-Carboniferous transition.
