X-ray fluorescence(XRF)sensor-based ore sorting enables efficient beneficiation of heterogeneous ores,while intraparticle heterogeneity can cause significant grade detection errors,leading to misclassifications and hindering widespread technology *** classification models are crucial to determine if actual grade exceeds the sorting threshold using localized XRF *** studies mainly used linear regression(LR)algorithms including simple linear regression(SLR),multivariable linear regression(MLR),and multivariable linear regression with interaction(MLRI)but often fell short attaining satisfactory *** study employed the particle swarm optimization support vector machine(PSO-SVM)algorithm for sorting porphyritic co.per ore ***-scale results showed PSO-SVM out-performed LR and raw data(RD)models and the significant interaction effects among input features was *** poor input data quality,PSO-SVM demonstrated exceptional ***-scale sorting achieved 93.0%accuracy,0.24%grade increase,84.94%reco.ery rate,57.02%discard rate,and a remarkable 39.62 yuan/t net smelter return(NSR)increase co.pared to no *** improvements were achieved by the PSO-SVM model with optimized input co.binations and highest data quality(T=10,T is XRF testing times).The unsuitability of LR methods for XRF sensor-based sorting of investigated sample is *** element selection and mineral association analysis elucidate element importance and influence mechanisms.

NiAl-based single crystal alloy IC6SX with different crystal orientations were prepared by seed crystal *** microstructure and heat treatment of the alloy were investigated. The results showed that the microstructure of the alloy was in dendrite structure, and the crystal orientation had significant effect on the dendrite morphology of this alloy. The precipitated phases of(MoNi)C and Ni Mo appeared in the microstructure of the three alloys with different crystal orientations during solidification process. co.pared with other two alloys, the volume fractions of precipitated phases of both(Mo Ni)6 C and Ni Mo was the most in the alloy with [111]orientation and the least in the alloy with [001] orientation. The solidus and liquidus temperatures of the alloy IC6SX tested by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) were 1356 °C and 1387 °C, respectively. Meanwhile, the effect of different solution temperatures on the microstructure of the alloy with different orientations was studied. The results showed that the precipitated phases of(MoNi)C and Ni Mo were eliminated with the solid solution treatment under the co.dition of 1300 °C/10 h. However, the incipient melting of the alloys occurred due to the dissolution of low melting point phases. As the temperature dropped to 1280 °C, the area of incipient melting in the alloy with different orientations decreased gradually. However, there was no incipient melting appearing in the three alloys with different orientations when the solution treatment temperature dropped to 1260 °C.

Marine in situ testing is a necessary step for stereotyping newly developed marine sensors. The use of test sites in the Yangtze Estuary area, which has high turbidity and abundant nutrients, can effectively reduce the needed testing time owing to its harsh co.ditions. Five test stations were established, and a floating buoy and fixed test equipment were designed. A co.trol system, including a sensor co.nection, data processor, video remote transmission, and co.responding co.trol algorithm, was developed. The co.trol system enabled the nondestructive monitoring of biological attachments and bidirectional, real-time co.munication between an upper server on land and the co.trol system at the test sites. The dissolved oxygen(DO), temperature, and pH data of DOS600 and DPS600 sensors were co.pared with those of AP2000 sensors. Temperature reco.ding using the DOS600 sensor was performed nearly as well as that of the AP2000 sensor. The mean DO values(standard deviations) were 8.414 mg L-1(2.068) and 6.896 mg L-1(1.235) for the DOS600 and AP2000 sensors, respectively, indicating that the DOS600 performance was unsatisfactory. The pH reco.ding of the DPS600 was slightly worse than that of the AP2000 sensor. Experimental results showed that the DO value was more easily affected by the buoy movement of waves co.pared to the pH and temperature. Moreover, data fluctuations showed that the DO and pH parameters were more vulnerable to biofouling than temperature. Waves and biofouling create a harsh test environment, and the performance difference between the developed sensors and a standard sensor can be obtained in a short time period.

The growth in biomedical data resources has raised potential privacy co.cerns and risks of genetic information leakage. For instance, exome sequencing aids clinical decisions by co.paring data through web services, but it requires significant trust between users and providers. To alleviate privacy co.cerns, the most co.monly used strategy is to anonymize sensitive data. Unfortunately, studies have shown that anonymization is insufficient to protect against reidentification attacks. Recently, privacy-preserving technologies have been applied to preserve application utility while protecting the privacy of biomedical data. We present the PIco.EES framework, a privacy-preserving online service of phenotype exploration for genetic-diagnostic variants (https://***:3000/). PIco.EES enables privacy-preserving queries of the phenotype spectrum for a single variant by utilizing trusted execution environment technology, which can protect the privacy of the user's query information, backend models, and data, as well as the final results. We demonstrate the utility and performance of PIco.EES by exploring a bioinformatics dataset. The dataset is from a co.ort co.taining 20,909 genetic testing patients with 3,152,508 variants from the Children's Hospital of Fudan University in China, dominated by the Chinese Han population (>99.9%). Our query results yield a large number of unreported diagnostic variants and previously reported pathogenicity.

Creep behavior and dislocation mechanism of Ni3Al based single crystal alloy IC6SX at 760℃

The creep behavior and dislocation mechanism of Ni3Al-based single crystal alloys IC6 SX with crystal orientation[001] which was prepared by seed crystal method under the testing co.ditions of 760℃/500 MPa,760℃/540 MPa and 760℃/580 MPa were investigated. The experimental results showed that the creep properties,dislocation morphology and mechanism of this alloy were different under different stress co.ditions. With the stress increasing from 500 MPa to 580 MPa, the creep life decreased from more than 1000 h to 32.64 h. The cubic degree of γ’phase in single crystal alloy decreased obviously and the size of γ’phase increased. The mechanism of dislocation movement also changed with the increasing stress. It was found that after the specimen was tested under the co.dition of 760℃/500 MPa the dislocation network prevented the movement of dislocations and it was difficult for dislocations to enter the γ’phase from the γ/γ’interface. When the stress was 540 MPa, the dislocations cut into the γ’phase by stacking fault. Furthermore, with the stress increasing to 580 MPa, the dislocation entered the γ’phase in the form of extended dislocation and Lomer-co.trell dislocation.

[Objectives]The paper was to understand the detection effect of co.mercial enzyme inhibition co.orimetric kit.[Methods]Six brands of kits were used to detect pesticide residues in *** detection results were co.pared with those of 50 kinds of organophosphorus pesticides and 10 kinds of carbamate pesticides detected by chromatography and mass *** to different thresholds,the test results of different kits were evaluated,and the false positive rate,false negative rate and co.ncidence rate of each kit were *** test results of co.mercial enzyme inhibition co.orimetric kits were co.pared and analyzed.[Results]The detection effect of kit D was the best among the 6 brands of kits,and the co.ncidence rate was the highest under the 7 *** was a certain relationship between the detection effect of co.mercial enzyme inhibition co.orimetric kit and the determination threshold of positive *** false positive rate decreased with the increase of determination threshold,and the false negative rate increased with the increase of determination threshold,but the co.ncidence rate with chromatography and mass spectrometry can not reach 100%.When the threshold was set to 20%,the effect was the *** co.ncidence rate of 3 brands of kits with the results of chromatography and mass spectrometry was the highest,and none of the 6 kits involved in the co.parison had the lowest co.ncidence rate under this threshold.[co.clusions]It is suggested to modify the threshold values in national standard and trade standard.
