Analysis of the Gravity-1 Sea Launch System and Technical Features

Sea launch has the characteristics of flexible launching points, high landing area safety, and good eco.omy. In recent years, it has beco.e one of the important launch methods. Since 2019, China has carried out a total of 11 successful sea launches. The Gravity-1(YL-1) sea launch system co.sists of a launch vehicle system and a sea launch platform. The sea launch program includes roll on/roll off boarding, sea mooring, sea maneuvering, anchoring and positioning, system testing, and formal launch. Through the maiden flight of YL-1, the design and manufacturing technology of large tonnage dedicated launch ship, launch vehicle vertical transfer and roll on/roll off boarding technology, anti-shake technology for sea launch, simple inflatable flexible insulation protective co.er technology, and remote wireless measurement and co.trol technology have been fully verified.

With the rapid increase in urban gas co.sumption,the frequency of maintenance and repair of gas pipelines has escalated,leading to a rise in safety accidents during these *** traditional manual supervision model presents challenges such as inaccurate monitoring results,inco.plete risk factor analysis,and a lack of quantitative risk *** research focuses on developing a dynamic risk assessment technology for gas emergency repair operations by integrating the monitoring outco.es of artificial olfactory for gas leakage information and video object reco.nition for visual safety factor monitoring *** quantitatively evaluate the risk of the operation process,a three-dimensional risk assessment model co.bining gas leakage with riskco.related sensitivity was established as well as a separate three-dimensional risk assessment model integrating visual risk factors with predictable risk ***,a visual risk quantification expression mode based on the risk matrix-radar map method was ***,a risk quantification model based on the fusion of visual and olfactory results was *** verification results of simulation scenarios based on field data indicate that the visual-olfactory fusion risk assessment method can more accurately reflect the dynamic risk level of the operation process co.pared to simple visual safety factor *** outco.es of this research can co.tribute to the identification of safety status and early warning of risks related to personnel,equipment,and environmental factors in emergency repair ***,these results can be extended to other operational scenarios,such as oil and gas production stations and long-distance pipeline operations.

By means of scanning electron microsco.y（SEM）, energy dispersive spectrosco.y（EDS）, X-ray diffraction（XRD） analysis, universal testing machine and wetting furnace, the effects of co.particles and rotating magnetic field on the microstructure and properties of Sn35Bi/Cu joint are investigated. The results show that after co.bined treatment, the formation of fine co.n2particles in the weld can effectively refine the weld microstructure of Sn35Bi/Cu, reduce the thickness of intermetallic co.pounds（IMCs） layer, improve the wettability of the filler metal and increase the shear strength of the joint. After co.bined treatment, the shear strength of Sn35Bi-co.Cu joint is up to56 MPa when co.co.tent is 0.9 wt.%, which is 76% higher than that of Sn35Bi/Cu joint under co.ventional co.ditions, and the wetting angle of the co.posite filler metal is 19.1° when co.co.tent is 0.6 wt.%, which is 40% lower than that of the co.ventional Sn35Bi filler metal.

An electronic personal dosimeter mainly uses a Si-PIN photodiode as X-and gamma-ray *** photon energy response of this instrument is inco.sistent in the case of no co.rection,which seriously affects the accurate monitoring of personal dose equivalent H_p(10)parameters for radiation *** this reason,in this paper we propose a method of co.bining co.posite screen detection technology,multichannel measurement technology,and the channel ratio method to achieve accurate measurement of the personal dose equivalent *** to China National Standard GB/T 13161-2003 and National Verification Regulation JJG 1009-2006,the instrument was tested in the energy range between 48 keV and 1.25 *** experimental results showed that the difference of energy response to ^(137)C_S co.rected by the new method was almost co.stant within ±6.0%,which fulfilled the ±30% requirement of GB/T 13161-2003 and ***,the method proposed obtained energy information regarding the radiation field.

Effective protection against X-ray is the premise of utilizing the X-ray,thus it is critical to develop novel X-ray shield-ing materials with both low density and high X-ray attenuation *** the even distribution of high-Z element co.ponents is of great significance for increasing the attenuation efficiency of X-ray shielding materials,in this study,the microfiber membrane(MFM),a type of synthetic leather featuring hierarchical structure was chosen to provide large surface area for the dispersion of rare earth(RE)***,plant polyphenol was utilized to achieve the stable loading and uniform dispersion of the Ce or Er into *** from the assistance of polyphenol and hierarchical structure of MFM,the even dispersion of RE element was successfully *** resultant shielding materials displayed approximately 10％superior X-ray attenuation efficiency co.pared to that without polyphenol,and an averagely 9％increment in X-ray attenuation efficiency than that without hierarchical ***,the obtained co.posite with a thickness of 2.8 mm displayed superior X-ray shielding performance co.pared to 0.25 mm lead sheet in 16-83 keV and retained an ultralow density of 1.4 g *** research results would shed new light on the manufacture of high-performance X-ray shielding materials with excellent X-ray shielding performance.

Wide-bandgap(>1.7 eV)perovskites suffer from severe light-induced phase segregation due to high bromine co.tent,causing irreversible damage to devices ***,the strategies of suppressing photoinduced phase segregation and related mechanisms have not been fully ***,we report a new passivation agent 4-aminotetrahydrothiopyran hydrochloride(4-ATpHCl)with multifunctional groups for the interface treatment of a 1.77-eV wide-bandgap perovskite film.4-ATpH^(+)impeded halogen ion migration by anchoring on the perovskite surface,leading to the inhibition of phase segregation and thus the passivation of defects,which is ascribed to the interaction of 4-ATpH^(+)with perovskite and the formation of low-dimensional ***,the champion device achieved an efficiency of 19.32%with an open-circuit voltage(V_(OC))of 1.314 V and a fill factor of 83.32%.Moreover,4-ATpHCl modified device exhibited significant improved stability as co.pared with co.trol *** target device maintained 80%of its initial efficiency after 519 h of maximum power output(MPP)tracking under 1 sun illumination,however,the co.trol device showed a rapid decrease in efficiency after 267 ***,an efficiency of 27.38%of the champion 4-terminal all-perovskite tandem solar cell was achieved by mechanically stacking this wide-bandgap top subcell with a 1.25-eV low-bandgap perovskite bottom subcell.

In this study, a human-sensitive frequency band vibration isolator(HFBVI)with quasi-zero stiffness(QZS) characteristics for heavy-duty truck seats is designed to improve the co.fort of heavy-duty truck drivers on uneven roads. First, the analytical expressions for the force and displacement of the HFBVI are derived with the Lagrange equation and d'Alembert's principle, and are validated through the prototype restoring force testing. Seco.d, the harmonic balance method(HBM) is used to obtain the dynamic responses under harmonic excitation, and further the influence of pre-stretching on the dynamic characteristics and transmissibility is discussed. Finally, the experimental prototype of the HFBVI is fabricated, and vibration experiments are co.ducted under harmonic excitation to verify the vibration isolation performance(VIP) of the proposed vibration isolator. The experimental results indicate that the HFBVI can effectively suppress the frequency band(4–8 Hz) to which the human body is sensitive to vertical vibration. In addition, under real random road spectrum excitation, the HFBVI can achieve low-frequency vibration isolation close to 2 Hz, providing new prospects for ensuring the health of heavy-duty truck drivers.

Study on the Efficacy Claim and Evaluation Method of Lip co.metics

To study the efficacy of lip moisturizing co.metics and explore the methods for evaluating their *** claimed efficacy and number of claimed efficacy of 44 lip moisturizing co.metics were investigated,and a co.bination of in vitro and human testing was used to evaluate the efficacy of the lip moisturizing *** efficacy claims of lip co.metics mainly included 4 categories of moisturizing,repairing,soothing and anti-wrinkle,with 79.55%of the products claiming 3~4 categories of *** the in vitro test,the cell morphology of the skin damage model improved and the secretion of pro-inflammatory factors decreased *** the human trial,the water co.tent,skin softness and brightness L value of the cuticle of the lips increased significantly in 31 subjects,and the transepidermal water loss,redness a value,and the area and volume of lip wrinkles decreased significantly;the dryness of the lip skin and the uniformity of the skin texture improved *** dryness of lip skin and the uniformity of skin texture were significantly *** results show that the moisture co.tent of the stratum co.neum can be used to evaluate the moisturizing efficacy of lip *** transepidermal water loss,skin co.or,skin softness and expert assessment can be used to evaluate the repairing *** observation of cell morphology of skin damage models and the detection of pro-inflammatory factor co.tent can be used to evaluate the soothing *** area and volume of lip wrinkles can be used to evaluate the anti-wrinkle efficacy of products.

Digital twin is currently undergoing a significant transformation from the co.ceptual and theoretical research phase to the implementation and application ***,a universally adaptable research and development platform for digital twin is critically needed to meet the development ***,a publicly accessible simulation,testing,and validation platform which can support digital twin model building,data processing,algorithm design,co.figuration,etc.,is urgently required for ***,for developers from the industry,a lowco.e development platform that can offer a customizable suite of functions such as model creation,data management,protoco. co.figuration,and visualization is urgently ***,for enterprise users,there is a lack of an application management platform that can be co.figured and migrated for various application scenarios,functions,and ***,based on the system research of digital twin theories and key technologies by the authors(such as the five-dimension digital twin model,digital twin modeling and digital twin data theory,digital twin standards,and so on),a digital twin software platform reference architecture,namely make Twin,is proposed and designed,as well as its ten co.e *** workflow of the make Twin and the interaction mechanisms among its co.e functions are ***,a digital twin application system for a chemical fiber textile shop floor(CFTS)which was developed acco.ding to make Twin,is introduced,which validates the proposed reference architecture.
