Online diagnosis platform for tomato seedling diseases in greenhouse production

The facility-based production method is an important stage in the development of modern agriculture,lifting natural light and temperature restrictions and helping to improve agricultural production *** address the problems of difficulty and low accuracy in detecting pests and diseases in the dense production environment of tomato facilities,an online diagnosis platform for tomato plant diseases based on deep learning and cluster fusion was proposed by co.lecting images of eight major prevalent pests and diseases during the growing period of tomatoes in a facility-based *** diagnostic platform co.sists of three main parts:pest and disease information detection,clustering and decision-making of detection results,and platform diagnostic ***,based on the You Only Look Once(YOLO)algorithm,the key information of the disease was extracted by adding attention module(CBAM),multi-scale feature fusion was performed using weighted bi-directional feature pyramid network(BiFPN),and the overall co.struction was designed to be co.pressed and lightweight;Seco.dly,the k-means clustering algorithm is used to fuse with the deep learning results to output pest identification decision values to further improve the accuracy of identification applications;Finally,a detection platform was designed and developed using Python,including the front-end,back-end,and database of the system to realize online diagnosis and interaction of tomato plant pests and *** experiment shows that the algorithm detects tomato plant diseases and insect pests with mAP(mean Average Precision)of 92.7%,weights of 12.8 Megabyte(M),inference time of 33.6 *** with the current mainstream single-stage detection series algorithms,the improved algorithm model has achieved better performance;The accuracy rate of the platform diagnosis output pests and diseases information of 91.2%for images and 95.2%for *** is a great significance to tomato pest co.trol research and t

Peculiar influence of linearly polarized spectrum illumination patterns on the sensitivity characteristics of locust response to polarized light

Polyethylene oxide(PEO)-based solid polymer electrolytes(SPEs)with good electrochemical stability and excellent Li salt solubility are co.sidered as one of the most promising SPEs for solid-state lithium metal batteries(SSLMBs).However,PEO-based SPEs suffer from low ionic co.ductivity at room temperature and high interfacial resistance with the electrodes due to poor interfacial co.tact,seriously hindering their practical *** an emerging technology,in-situ polymerization process has been widely used in PEO-based SPEs because it can effectively increase Li-ion transport at the interface and improve the interfacial co.tact between the electrolyte and ***,we review recent advances in design and fabrication of in-situ polymerized PEO-based SPEs to realize enhanced performance in *** merits and current challenges of various SPEs,as well as their stabilizing strategies are ***,various in-situ polymerization methods(such as free radical polymerization,cationic polymerization,anionic polymerization)for the preparation of PEO-based SPEs are *** addition,the application of in-situ polymerization technology in PEO-based SPEs for adjustment of the functional units and addition of different functional filler materials was systematically discussed to explore the design co.cepts,methods and working ***,the challenges and future prospects of in-situ polymerized PEO-based SPEs for SSLMBs are also proposed.

Reco.nition of the boundaries of farmland plow areas has an important guiding role in the operation of intelligent agricultural *** precisely reco.nize these boundaries,a detection method for unmanned tractor plow areas based on RGB-Depth(RGB-D)cameras was proposed,and the feasibility of the detection method was *** method applied advanced co.puter vision technology to the field of agricultural *** and improving the YOLOv5-seg object segmentation algorithm,first,the co.volutional Block Attention Module(CBAM)was integrated into co.centrated-co.prehensive co.volution Block(C3)to form C3CBAM,thereby enhancing the ability of the network to extract features from plow *** Ghostco.v module was also utilized to reduce parameter and co.putational ***,using the depth image information provided by the RGB-D camera co.bined with the results reco.nized by the YOLOv5-seg model,the mask image was processed to extract co.tour boundaries,align the co.tours with the depth map,and obtain the boundary distance information of the plowed ***,based on farmland information,the calculated average boundary distance was co.rected,further improving the accuracy of the distance *** experiment results showed that the YOLOv5-seg object segmentation algorithm achieved a reco.nition accuracy of 99%for plowed areas and that the ranging accuracy improved with decreasing detection *** ranging error at 5.5 m was approximately 0.056 m,and the average detection time per frame is 29 ms,which can meet the real-time operational *** results of this study can provide precise guarantees for the autonomous operation of unmanned plowing units.

The effects of Ce addition(310 ppm and 1500 ppm)on the microstructure,texture and properties of ultrahigh-purity co.per(99.99999%)were systematically studied using scanning electron microsco.y(SEM),transmission electron microsco.y(TEM)and electron backscattered diffraction(EBSD)analyses,co.bined with the microhardness and co.ductivity *** the microstructure of the as-cast and as-extruded samples,the addition of Ce refines the grain size of the ultrahigh-purity co.per and the refinement effect of 310Ce alloy is greater than that of 1500Ce *** is due to the stronger co.pone nt superco.ling and the accele rated recrystallization caused by lower Ce co.*** addition,Ce can react with Cu to form the Cu-Ce eutectic phases,which are deformable during the hot ***,the added Ce can weaken the texture,showing a variation of brass recrystallization(BR),rotated cube,co.per and S texture co.ponents,which depends on the recrystallization,the particle stimulated nucleation(PSN)as well as the stacking fault energy(SFE).Most remarkably,the introduction of Ce enhances the hardness of the ultrahigh-purity co.per without obviously reducing its *** major{111}orientations and the stress distributions are responsible for such a superior co.ductivity of the Ce-co.taining alloys.

Heterogeneous pressure-carrying medium was employed to establish a differentiated pressure field on sheet metal in flexible die forming process in this work,which aimed at matching the non-symmetric shape of target co.ponent and improving metal inflow to avoid local tensile ***,metal inflow co.responding to the differentiated pressure field was analytically *** of a typical non-symmetric shell co.ponent was experimentally and numerically studied based on the proposed *** with forming processes based on the uniform pressure,difference of metal inflow in two sides of the non-symmetric co.ponent increased from 2.16 mm to 3.36 mm and metal inflow in critical region increased by 11.9%when differentiated pressure field(taking heterogeneous elastomer#4–3 for example)was *** resultant maximum thinning ratio decreased by 4.2% and the uniformity of shell thickness increased by 16.9%.With the decrease of Shore hardness of elastomer in the formed region,stress path in the ready-to-form region transferred towards the bi-axial tension stress state,i.e.,stress ratio(a)***,stress triaxiality(η)in characteristic regions were regulated appropriately,which decreased the risk of tensile *** was attributed to the decreased normal pressure and frictional resistance at sheet/elastomer interface in the formed region.

Sn-based metal organic co.plexes with co.rdination bonds,multi-active sites,and high theoretical capacity have attracted much attention as promising anodes for lithium ion ***,the low electrical co.ductivity and huge volume changes restricted their electrochemical stability and practical ***,Snbased anode with superior electrochemical performance,including a high reversible capacity of 1050.1 mAh·g-1at 2 A·g-1and a stable capacity of 1105.5 mAh·g-1after 500 cycles at 1 A·g-1,was fabricated via a low-temperature calcination strategy from Sn metal organic *** low-temperature calcination process regulates Sn-O bond and prevents the agglomeration of SnO2,generating highly dispersed SnO2deco.ated metal organic co.plexes and providing sufficient active sites for ion *** situ characterizations expound that the undeco.posed Sn-based metal organic co.plexes co.ld be transformed into SnO2during lithiation and delithiation,which enhances the electrical co.ductivity and induces a strong pseudo-capacitive behavior,accelerating the electrochemical kinetics;the multiple solid electrolyte interface with inflexible LiF and flexible ROco.Li buffers the volume variation of the electrode,resulting in its high electrochemical *** work provides a simple strategy for preparing excellent Sn-based anodes from metal organic co.plexes and reveals the lithium storage mechanism of the prepared Snbased anode.

A thermodynamic model for predicting the equilibrium oxygens of 304 stainless steel was developed based on the theory of slag-steel equilibrium,the law of mass co.servation,and the ion and molecule co.xistence *** the developed model,the Fe-Cr-Mn-Si-Al-S-O-melts reaction system and CaO-MgO-CaF_(2)-FeO-MnO-Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)-Cr2O_(3)slags were *** oxygen co.tents calculated by the model are in good agreement with experimental results and reference *** equilibrium oxygen co.tents in 304 stainless steel mainly decrease with increasing binary basicity(w(CaO)/w(SiO_(2)),where w(i)is the mass percentage of co.ponent i)and decreasing *** binary basicity at 2.0 while maintaining temperatures lower than 1823 K will keep the oxygen co.tents in the 304 stainless steel lower than 15×10^(-6).The equilibrium oxygen co.tents may also be decreased with increasing co.tent of MgO in slags,which is more significant at lower binary ***,a small amount of FeO,MnO,and Al_(2)O_(3)(about 0-2.5 wt.%)in slags has little effect on equilibrium oxygen ***,it is found that the[C]-[O]reaction may occur during refining process but will not significantly affect the equilibrium oxygen co.tents.

During the operation of high-voltage cables,external stress and residual stress can affect the aggregated structure of insulating materials and lead to significant deterioration in their electrical *** investigate the evolution characteristics of the electrical properties of cross-linked polyethylene(XLPE)under mechanical stress,this paper ex-plains the relationship between the aggregated structure of XLPE and its electrical properties and proposes a method for improving insulation performance under me-chanical *** results show that metallocene polyethylene used as a nucleating agent can promote crystallisation through heterogeneous nucleation and increase Young's modulus by non-uniform nucleation,increasing crystallinity and reducing interplanar spacing,resulting in more co.plete crystal forms and reduced damage to the aggregated structure during the tensile *** nucleating agent modification,the XLPE crystallisation beco.es more uniform,and interfacial adhesion forces *** weakened interface damage process between the amorphous and crystalline regions under tensile stress effectively inhibits the process of molecular chain polarisation turning and reduces trap *** modified XLPE crystal structure shows a tendency towards densification and enhanced molecular chain interactions,which can reduce the damage to the aggregated structure under tensile stress,while the reduced free volume inside the material and the shortened average free path of carriers can weaken the damage of high-energy electrons to molecular chains,thereby inhibiting the process of electrical tree *** results show that nucleating agents have great potential for maintaining the stable operation of XLPE cables under mechanical stress.
