Selective flotation separation of andalusite and quartz and its mechanism

The separation of andalusite and quartz was investigated in the sodium oleate flotation system, and its mechanism was studied by solution chemical calculation, zeta-potential tests, Fourier transform infrared spectrosco.ic(FTIR), and X-ray photoelectron spectrosco.ic(XPS). The flotation tests results show that FeCl3·6H2O has a strong activation effect on andalusite and quartz and citric acid has a strong inhibitory effect on activated quartz, thus increasing the floatability difference between quartz and andalusite when the pulp p H is approximately 8. The FTIR, Zeta potential, and XPS analyses co.bined with the chemical calculation of flotation reagent solutions demonstrate that Fe forms hydroxide precipitates on the surface of andalusite and quartz and that oleate anions and metal ions adsorb onto the surface of the minerals. The elements Al and Fe can be chemically reacted. The anions in citric acid have different degrees of dissolution of Fe on the andalusite and quartz surfaces, thereby selectively eliminating the activation of the elemental Fe on andalusite and quartz and increasing the floatability of andalusite, leading to a better separation effect between andalusite and quartz.

The physical and mechanical change processes of co.l and rock are closely related to energy transformation,and the destruction and failure of co.l and rock is an instability phenomena driven by energy ***,the energy change of large-scale co.l rock in the mine site is hardly calculated accurately,making it difficult to monitor co.l-rock systematic failure and co.lapse from the perspective of *** the energy dissipation EMR monitoring system,we studied the damage and failure of co.l and rock with bursting liability from the energy dissipation point using the geophysical method-EMR,and explored the energy dissipation characteristics during uniaxial co.pression and their main influencing *** results show that under displacement-co.trol loading mode,there are 2 types of energy dissipation trends for both co.l and rock with bursting *** type Ⅰ trend is a steady increase one during the whole process,therein,the energy dissipation of rock samples is accelerated at the peak *** type Ⅱ trend energy is a W-shaped fluctuating one co.taining 6 *** load-co.trol loading mode,there is one energy dissipation trend of shock downward-steady *** that,rock samples also present a trend of 4 *** energy dissipation characteristics of co.l and rockduring loading failure process can be used as effective criteria to assess whether they are in a stable or destructive *** factors influencing energy dissipation in the loading failure process of co.l and rock mainly include strength,homogeneity,and energy input efficiency.

The Early Cretaceous granitic co.plex in Highland 1248 of Daxing'anling successively co.sists of intruded granodiorite,monzonite granite and syenite granite. Through test analysis on the major,trace and rare earth elements of the intrusive co.plex,this study focuses on the source characteristics and tectonic environment of the original magma of intrusive co.plex. The results show that the intrusive rocks in Highland 1248 are meta-aluminous-peraluminous rocks in calc-alkaline series with homologous characteristics in δEu negative anomalies; the co.plex is enriched in LILE( Rb,Cs and K) and depleted in HFSE( lanthanide,Sc,Y,U,Nb and Ta),displaying the geochemical characteristics of I-type granites in active co.tinental-margin subduction zones. The co.plex also has the characteristics of granites after the co.lision of plate with rich aluminum and high potassium,but significantly depleted Nb,Ta,Ti,P and other elements,i. e. in the orogenic evolutionary stage. The zirco. U-Pb SHRIMP isotopic apparent age of the co.plex in Highland 1248 is 140. 0--141. 0Ma,and the formation time is in Early Cretaceous.

The attenuation of co.(2)injectivity has beco.e the biggest technical barrier for the application of co.(2)enhanced co.lbed methane reco.ery(co.(2)-ECBM).co.monly,the intermittent co.(2)injection,N2 displacing co.(2)and pre-fracturing are the potential co.(2)enhanced injectivity methods for co.l reservoirs,but their mechanism and effectiveness remain to be *** paper thus co.ducted small-scale experiments to simulate the working process of these engineering measures by an independently developed experimental *** show that the co.(2)injectivity of co.l is remarkably improved by the intermittent injection mode since the co.(2)injection time is increased by folds and the loss of reservoir pressure can be co.plemented in *** N_(2)displacing co.(2)method promotes the desorption of co.(2)and reduces the swelling strain,with the result that the permeability of co.l is improved by 74.82%and 64.95%co.pared with the methods of the primary subcritical co.(2)(Sub co.(2))and supercritical co.(2)(Sc co.(2))***,the permeability reduces again with the seco.dary co.(2)*** permeability of the co.l sample after pre-fracturing is averagely improved by 1-2 orders of magnitude,the irreversible permeability loss rate,average stress sensitivity co.fficient and the permeability loss rate due to adsorption are averagely reduced by 95.885%,61.538%and 96.297%,*** indicates that the permeability of co.l after pre-fracturing is no longer sensitive to both the effective stress and Sc co.(2)adsorption,the injectivity is thus improved and *** co.(2)enhanced injectivity effects of the intermittent co.(2)injection,the N_(2)displacing co.(2)and the pre-fracturing are various,which thus can be selected individually or jointly to improve the co.(2)injectivity acco.ding to the reservoir physical properties and geological *** research deepens the understanding of the functional mechanism of co.(2)enhanced injectivity method

In this study, we systematically studied the occurrence regularity of in situ stress in the Pingdingshan mine. The critical criterion model of co.l-rock destabilization was established based on the theoretical framework of fracture mechanics. Furthermore, we analyzed the co.pling destabilization mechanism of in situ stress and gas and studied the influence of the variation between original rock stress and mining-induced stress on the critical criterion. Through field experiments and applications, we established a three-dimensional gas drainage technology system for areas with a large mining height and long work face. Based on our research, a demonstration project was developed for deep mine dynamic disaster co.trol. The technical system included the arrangement and optimization of pre-drainage holes along the co.l seam, technology, and optimization of gas drainage through the bottom drainage tunnel and upper co.ner, gas drainage technology through sieve tubes, and a two plugging with one injection under pressure sealing technology. The implementation of the demonstration project effectively reduced the gas co.tent and pressure of the co.l seam in the deep mine, and the project increased the critical strength of the instability and failure of co.l and rock.
