Drought is a main abiotic stress factor hindering plant growth,development,and crop ***,it is crucial to understand the mechanisms by which plants cope with drought ***,the function of the maize peroxidase gene ZmPRX1 in drought stress tolerance was investigated by measurement of its expression in response to drought treatment both in a ZmPRX1 overexpression line and a mutant *** higher root lignin accumulation and seedling survival rate of the overexpression line than that of the wild type or mutant support a role for ZmPRX1 in maize drought tolerance by regulating root development and ***,yeast one-hybrid,Dule luciferase and ChIP-qPCR assays showed that ZmPRX1 is negatively regulated by a nuclear-localized ZmWRKY86 transcription *** gene could potentially be used for breeding of drought-tolerant cultivars.

A designed Mg_(88.7)Ni_(6.3)Y_(5)hydrogen storage alloy containing 14H type LPSO(long-period stacking ordered)and ternary eutectic structure was prepared by regulating the alloy composition and *** hydrogen storage performance of the alloy was improved by adding nano-flower-like TiO_(2)@C *** decomposition of the LPSO structure during hydrogenation led to the formation of plenty of nanocrystals which provided abundant interphase boundaries and activation *** nanoscale TiO_(2)@C catalyst was uniformly dispersed on the surface of alloy particles,and the"hydrogen overflow''effect of TiO_(2)@C accelerated the dissociation and diffusion of hydrogen on the surface of the alloy *** a result,the in-situ endogenous nanocrystals of the LPSO structure decomposition and the externally added flower-like TiO_(2)@C catalyst uniformly dispersed on the surface of the nanoparticles played a synergistic catalytic role in improving the hydrogen storage performance of the Mg-based *** the addition of the TiO_(2)@C catalyst,the beginning hydrogen desorption temperature was reduced to 200℃.Furthermore,the saturated hydrogen absorption capacity of the sample was 5.32 wt.%,and it reached 4.25 wt.%H_(2) in 1 min at 200℃and 30 bar.

It is highly desirable to enhance the long-term stability of perovskite solar cells(PSCs)so that this class of photovoltaic cells can be effectively used for the commercialization *** this contribution,attempts have been made to use the two-step sequential method to dope EuBr_(2)into FAMAPbI_(3)perovskite to promote the *** is shown that the device durability at 85℃in air with RH of 20%-40%is improved substantially,and simultaneously the champion device efficiency of 23.04%is *** enhancement in stability is attributed to two points:(ⅰ)EuBr_(2)doping effectively inhibits the decomposition andα-δphase transition of perovskite under ambient environment,and(ⅱ)EuBr_(2)aggregates in the oxidized format of Eu(BrO_(3))_(3)at perovskite grain boundaries and surface,hampering humidity erosion and mitigates degradation through coordination with H_(2)O.

Model checking is an automated formal verification method to verify whether epistemic multi-agent systems adhere to property *** there is an extensive literature on qualitative properties such as safety and liveness,there is still a lack of quantitative and uncertain property verifications for these *** uncertain environments,agents must make judicious decisions based on subjective *** verify epistemic and measurable properties in multi-agent systems,this paper extends fuzzy computation tree logic by introducing epistemic modalities and proposing a new Fuzzy Computation Tree Logic of Knowledge(FCTLK).We represent fuzzy multi-agent systems as distributed knowledge bases with fuzzy epistemic interpreted *** addition,we provide a transformation algorithm from fuzzy epistemic interpreted systems to fuzzy Kripke structures,as well as transformation rules from FCTLK formulas to Fuzzy Computation Tree Logic(FCTL)***,we transform the FCTLK model checking problem into the FCTL model *** enables the verification of FCTLK formulas by using the fuzzy model checking algorithm of FCTL without additional computational ***,we present correctness proofs and complexity analyses of the proposed ***,we further illustrate the practical application of our approach through an example of a train control system.

The strain clamps and leading wires are important components that connect conductors on overhead transmission lines and conduct *** operation,poor contact between these components can cause abnormal overheating,leading to electric failures and threatening power system ***,the use of unmanned aerial vehicles equipped with infrared thermal imagers for strain clamp and leading wire maintenance has become increasingly *** learning-based image recognition shows promising prospects for intelligent fault diagnosis of overheating faults.A pre-treatment method is proposed based on dynamic histogram equalisation to enhance the contrast of infrared *** DeepLab v3+network,loss function,and existing networks with different backbones are *** DeepLab v3+network with ResNet101 and convolutional block attention module added,and the Focal Loss function achieved the highest performance with an average pixel accuracy of 0.614,an average intersection over union(AIoU)of 0.567,an F1 score of 0.644,and a frequency weighted intersection over union of 0.594 on the test *** optimised Atrous rates has increased the AIoU by 12.91%.Moreover,an intelligent diagnosis scheme for evaluating the defect state of the strain clamps and leading wires is proposed and which achieves a diagnostic accuracy of 91.0%.

Dear Editor,This letter investigates a novel stealthy false data injection(FDI)attack scheme based on side information to deteriorate the multi-sensor estimation performance of cyber-physical systems(CPSs).Compared with most existing works depending on the full system knowledge,this attack scheme is only related to attackers'sensor and physical process *** design principle of the attack signal is derived to diverge the system estimation ***,it is proven that the proposed attack scheme can successfully bypass the residual-based ***,all theoretical results are verified by numerical simulation.

Roughly 1.2 billion tons of grain produced from maize(Zea mays)hybrids were harvested worldwide in 2022 on more than 200 million hectares(Food and Agricultural Organization statistics).Hybrid maize adapted to increased planting density,largely attributed to the upright angle of leaf blades,is a key factor for driving high grain yields over the last 50 years(Duvick et al.,2004).Leaf angle(LA)is a major breeding target for crop productivity due to its effects on canopy architecture,which impacts the amount of light intercepted by the leaf blade(Cao et al.,2022).

This paper aims to investigate the multi-soliton solutions of the coupled Lakshmanan–Porsezian–Daniel equations with variable coefficients under nonzero boundary *** equations are utilized to model the phenomenon of nonlinear waves propagating simultaneously in non-uniform optical *** analyzing the Lax pair and the Riemann–Hilbert problem,we aim to provide a comprehensive understanding of the dynamics and interactions of solitons of this ***,we study the impacts of group velocity dispersion or the fourth-order dispersion on soliton *** appropriate parameter selections,we observe various nonlinear phenomena,including the disappearance of solitons after interaction and their transformation into breather-like solitons,as well as the propagation of breathers with variable periodicity and interactions between solitons with variable periodicities.

Tree interactions are essential for the structure,dynamics,and function of forest ecosystems,but variations in the architecture of life-stage interaction networks(LSINs)across forests is ***,we constructed 16 LSINs in the mountainous forests of northwest Hebei,China based on crown overlap from four mixed forests with two dominant tree *** results show that LSINs decrease the complexity of stand densities and basal areas due to the interaction cluster *** addition,we found that mature trees and saplings play different roles,the first acting as“hub”life stages with high connectivity and the second,as“bridges”controlling information flow with high *** the forests,life stages with higher importance showed better parameter stability within *** results reveal that the structure of tree interactions among life stages is highly related to stand *** efforts contribute to the understanding of LSIN complexity and provide a basis for further research on tree interactions in complex forest communities.
