China is the world＇s largest cotton producer and consumer and its domestic cotton demand and supply have a great influence on the world market. This paper firstly gives a discussion on Chinese cotton market, especially from a viewpoint of history to study domestic market price fluctuation. The cotton market history from E R. China＇s setting up to present has been divided into four stages and characterized as different agricultural policies applications and economic periodicities. Concluding from the history, artificial influences may be the most important reason of market inequilibrium, up to now, market and artificial interruption, are also the key problem. Then it takes domestic cotton demand as a study object, trying to find what will be a statistic significant cotton demand in national level and it＇s underneath demand frame. Through a seres of analysis on the demand frame, problems have been clearly displayed, an open microeconomic circulation supports our study and six variables had been described by statistics. Therefore, we can analyze the cases of real cotton demand that includes supply and demand reactions in China with experience and estimations. Otherwise, international cotton market is greatly interacted with Chinese domestic market more and more today. Some necessary analysis, such as international cotton supply and demand, Chinese cotton stock policy and world price long run tendency, are very important factors for Chinese cotton development. Those may concern Chinese access to WTO, cotton trade quota and tariff, welfare comparison, etc., all have been discussed in the paper.

The purpose of this paper is to test the underlying serial correlation in a partially linear single-index model. Under mild conditions, the proposed test statistics are shown to have standard chi- squared distribution asymptotically when there is no serial correlation in the error terms. To illustrate their finite sample properties, simulation experiments, as well as a real data example, are also provided. It is revealed that the finite sample performances of the proposed test statistics are satisfactory in terms of both estimated sizes and powers.

The philosophy of abdominal injury management is currently changing from mandatory exploration to selective non-operative management (NOM). The patient with hemodynamic stability and absence of peritonitis should be managed non-operatively. NOM has an overall success rate of 80%—90%. It also can reduce the rate of non-therapeutic abdominal exploration, preserve organ function, and has been defined as the safest choice in experienced centers. However, NOM carries a risk of missed injury such as hollow organ injury, diaphragm injury, and delayed hemorrhage. Adjunct therapies such as angiography with embolization, endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography with stenting, and percutaneous drainage could increase the chances of successful NOM. This article aims to describe the evolution of NOM and define its place in specific abdominal solid organ injury for the practitioner who faces this problem.

We reported the formation of diffraction ring patterns induced by transmitted Gaussian laser beam through 8-hydroxyquinolin-1-ium 4-aminobenzenesulfonate(8 HQABS) solution as absorbing medium. Theoretical model depending on the Fresnel-Kirchhoff diffraction(FKD) theory was used to generate diffraction rings with respect to the sample position. Analysis of the generated diffraction rings shows a reasonable agreement between the features of the experimental and numerical diffraction rings. Our results are considered to be useful to understand the way of propagation and interaction of laser beam with liquid absorbing medium.

AA005(1),a potent anticancer mimicking molecule of natural Annonaceous acetogenin,features a central C_(2)-symmetric triglycol moiety and three stereogenic *** support ongoing animal studies,a scalable 10-step synthesis of AA005(1) has been studied,optimized and accomplished in this work,starting from commercially available economic materials ethylene glycol and(R)-epichlorohydrin.A regio-and stereo-controlled BF_(3)·Et_(2)O-promoted epoxide opening of(R)-epichlorohydrin with ethylene glycol was investigated,optimized and successfully applied to the scalable preparation of the crucial fragment 6 a with C_(2)-*** successive epoxide openings elaborated both two side chains and the whole skeleton with proper nucleophiles and *** and optimization of the reaction sequences finally led to completion of a new multi-gram synthesis ofAA005(1) with satisfactory enantiomeric and diastereomeric purity.

The hydration of halogens has been widely researched because of its close relation with the water desalination and biochemical *** this work,by a combination of scanning tunneling microscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,we have explored the hydration process of iodine via the Eley-Rideal process on the Au(111)***,the hydration process of iodine with the presence of the NiPc self-assembled network as a template has also been investigated,where the stepwise hydration of iodine at room temperature can be visualized on Au(111).

Green hydrogen is identified as one of the prime clean energy carriers due to its high energy density and a zero emission of CO_(2).A possible solution for the transport of H_(2)in a safe and low-cost way is in the form of liquid organic hydrogen carriers(LOHCs).As an alternative to loading LOHC with H_(2)via a two-step procedure involving preliminary electrolytic production of H_(2)and subsequent chemical hydrogenation of the LOHC,we explore here the possibility of electrochemical hydrogen storage(EHS)via conversion of proton of a proton donor into a hydrogen atom involved in covalent bonds with the LOHC(R)via a protoncoupled electron transfer(PCET)reaction:2nH^(+)+2ne^(-)+Rox■n H_(2)^(0)*** chose 9-fluorenone/fluorenol(Fnone/Fnol)conversion as such a model PCET *** electrochemical activation of Fnone via two sequential electron transfers was monitored with in-situ and operando spectroscopies in absence and in presence of different alcohols as proton donors of different reactivity,which enabled us to both quantify and get the mechanistic insight on *** possibility of hydrogen extraction from the loaded carrier molecule was illustrated by chemical activation.
