Application of deep learning in ecological resource research:Theories, methods, and challenges

Ecological resources are an important material foundation for the survival,development,and self-realization of human ***-depth and comprehensive research and understanding of ecological resources are beneficial for the sustainable development of human *** in observation technology have improved the ability to acquire long-term,cross-scale,massive,heterogeneous,and multi-source *** resource research is entering a new era driven by big *** statistical learning and machine learning algorithms have problems with saturation in dealing with big *** learning is a method for automatically extracting complex high-dimensional nonlinear features,which is increasingly used for scientific and industrial data processing because of its ability to avoid saturation with big *** promote the application of deep learning in the field of ecological resource research,here,we first introduce the relationship between deep learning theory and research on ecological resources,common tools,and ***,applications of deep learning in classification and recognition,detection and localization,semantic segmentation,instance segmentation,and graph neural network in typical spatial discrete data are presented through three cases:species classification,crop breeding,and vegetation ***,challenges and opportunities for the application of deep learning in ecological resource research in the era of big data are summarized by considering the characteristics of ecological resource data and the development status of deep *** is anticipated that the cooperation and training of cross-disciplinary talents may promote the standardization and sharing of ecological resource data,improve the universality and interpretability of algorithms,and enrich applications with the development of hardware.

A new era of data access and management has begun with the use of cloud computing in the healthcare *** the efficiency and scalability that the cloud provides, the security of private patient data is still a majorconcern. Encryption, network security, and adherence to data protection laws are key to ensuring the confidentialityand integrity of healthcare data in the cloud. The computational overhead of encryption technologies could leadto delays in data access and processing rates. To address these challenges, we introduced the Enhanced ParallelMulti-key Encryption Algorithm (EPM-KEA), aiming to bolster healthcare data security and facilitate the securestorage of critical patient records in the cloud. The data was gathered from two categories Authorization forHospital Admission (AIH) and Authorization for High Complexity *** use Z-score normalization forpreprocessing. The primary goal of implementing encryption techniques is to secure and store massive amountsof data on the cloud. It is feasible that cloud storage alternatives for protecting healthcare data will become morewidely available if security issues can be successfully fixed. As a result of our analysis using specific parametersincluding Execution time (42%), Encryption time (45%), Decryption time (40%), security level (97%), and Energyconsumption (53%), the system demonstrated favorable performance when compared to the traditional *** suggests that by addressing these security concerns, there is the potential for broader accessibility to cloudstorage solutions for safeguarding healthcare data.

With the rapid development and widespread application of Wireless Body Area Networks(WBANs),the traditional centralized system architecture cannot handle the massive data generated by the edge ***,in order to ensure the security of physiological privacy data and the identity privacy of patients,this paper presents a privacy protection strategy for Mobile Edge Computing(MEC)enhanced WBANs,which leverages the blockchain-based decentralized MEC paradigm to support efficient transmission of privacy information with low latency,high reliability within a high-demand data security *** this basis,the Merkle tree optimization model is designed to authenticate nodes and to verify the source of physiological ***,a hybrid signature algorithm is devised to guarantee the node anonymity with unforgeability,data integrity and reduced *** security performance analysis and simulation results show that our proposed strategy not only reduces the delay,but also secures the privacy and transmission of sensitive WBANs data.

In response to problems in the centralized storage of personal resumes on third-party recruitment platforms,such as inadequate privacy protection,inability of individuals to accurately authorize downloads,and inability to determine who downloaded the resume and when,this study proposes a blockchain-based framework for secure storage and sharing of *** can employ an authorized access mechanism to protect their privacy *** proposed framework uses smart contracts,interplanetary file system,symmetric encryption,and digital signatures to protect,verify,and share *** keys are split and stored in multiple depositories through secret-sharing technology to improve the security of these *** key escrow incentives are implemented using smart contracts to automatically verify the correctness of keys and encourage the active participation of honest key escrow *** framework combines blockchain and searchable symmetric encryption technology to realize multikeyword search using inverted indexing and Bloom filters and verify search results on the *** search service fees are charged through *** after the search results are verified can the search service provider obtain the search fee,thus ensuring fair and efficient search for encrypted *** framework is decentralized,secure,and tamper-evident,and achieves controlled sharing while protecting personal privacy and information security.

Framework of SAGI Agriculture Remote sensing and Its Perspectives in Supporting National Food security

Remote sensing, in particular satellite imagery, has been widely used to map cropland, analyze cropping systems, monitor crop changes, and estimate yield and production. However, although satellite imagery is useful within large scale agriculture applications （such as on a national or provincial scale）, it may not supply sufifcient information with adequate resolution, accurate geo-referencing, and specialized biological parameters for use in relation to the rapid developments being made in modern agriculture. information that is more sophisticated and accurate is required to support reliable decision-making, thereby guaranteeing agricultural sustainability and national food security. To achieve this, strong integration of information is needed from multi-sources, multi-sensors, and multi-scales. In this paper, we propose a new framework of satellite, aerial, and ground-integrated （SAGI） agricultural remote sensing for use in comprehensive agricultural monitoring, modeling, and management. The prototypes of SAGI agriculture remote sensing are ifrst described, followed by a discussion of the key techniques used in joint data processing, image sequence registration and data assimilation. Finally, the possible applications of the SAGI system in supporting national food security are discussed.

Cyber-physical System security for Networked Industrial Processes

Cyber-physical systems(CPSs) are integrations of networks, computation and physical processes, where embedded computing devices continually sense, monitor, and control the physical processes through networks. Networked industrial processes combining internet, real-time computer control systems and industrial processes together are typical CPSs. With the increasingly frequent cyber-attack, security issues have gradually become key problems for CPSs. In this paper, a cyber-physical system security protection approach for networked industrial processes, i.e., industrial CPSs, is proposed. In this approach, attacks are handled layer by layer from general information technology(IT) security protection, to active protection, then to intrusion tolerance and physical security protection. The intrusion tolerance implemented in real-time control systems is the most critical layer because the real time control system directly affects the physical layer. This novel intrusion tolerance scheme with a closed loop defense framework takes into account the special requirements of industrial CPSs. To illustrate the effectiveness of the CPS security protection approach, a networked water level control system is described as a case study in the architecture analysis and design language(AADL) environment. Simulation results show that 3 types of injected attacks can be quickly defended by using the proposed protection approach.

As a key building block of the biological cortex,synapses are powerful information processing units that enable highly complex nonlinear *** realization of artificial synapses with similar capabilities has important implications for building intelligent,neuromorphic ***,we demonstrate an artificial synapse based on NbO_(x) nonvolatile memristor to mimic multifunctional bionic applications such as nociceptor and associative *** experimental characterization with COMSOL simulation,the traditional resistance switching characteristics,which are the decisive factor for the synapse properties are in-depth *** can be proposed that the I-V characteristics of Pt/NbO_(x)/TiN memristor are governed by core-shell filaments consisting of the shell region of sub-stoichiometric Nb_(2)O_(5-δ)and the core of NbO_(2).On the basis of the core-shell filament model,it can be reasonably explained that Ohmic conduction and Poole-Frenkel conduction take turns to dominate the current flowing in the memristive device,leading to the zigzag evolution of current during the operation process of NbO_(x)-based *** simulations of synaptic plasticity,including long-term potentiation/depression(LTP/LTD),paired-pulse facilitation(PPF),and spike-timing-dependent plasticity(STDP),exhibiting that the NbO_(x) can be utilized for an artificial ***,bionic functions such as hyperalgesia and allodynia of a nociceptor and a series of associative learning behaviors in Pavlovian dog experiment are mimicked,illustrating that the Pt/NbO_(x)/TiN have great potential for highly simplified artificial neural network applications.

With the aim of guaranteeing the interests and health of tourists,this study comprehensively evaluates the suitability of the environment in different cities in China for tourism by considering the impacts of climate,vegetation and environmental factors on *** Universal Thermal Climate Index(UTCI),total precipitation(PREC),Vegetation Leaf Area Index(LAI),concentration of particulate matter with a diameter of less than 2.5μm(PM2.5),and the downward UV radiation at the surface(UVB)are used as *** addition,the Delphi–AHP–TOPSIS algorithm is introduced and is used for the comprehensive evaluation of the environmental suitability of 684 cities in China for tourism in *** is found that Chinese cities vary greatly in terms of the suitability of their environments for *** the factors that affect the environmental suitability,the LAI is important,with an increase in the LAI generally being *** contrast,an increase in the PM2.5 concentration is a key factor that limits the environmental suitability of an ***,urban landscaping and control of the atmospheric quality are essential and effective ways of improving the suitability of the environment of cities in China for tourists.

Research of Software Complexity Metrics with security Indicator

Software protection technology has been universally emphasized, with the development of reverse engineering and static analysis techniques. So, it is important to research how to quantitatively evaluate the security of the protected software. However, there are some researchers evaluating the security of the proposed protect techniques directly by the traditional complexity metrics, which is not suffident. In order to better reflect security from software complexity, a multi-factor complexity metric based on control flow graph （CFG） is proposed, and the corresponding calculating procedures are presented in detail. Moreover, complexity density models are constructed to indicate the strength of software resisting reverse engineering and code analysis. Instance analysis shows that the proposed method is simple and practical, and can more objectively reflect software security from the perspective of the complexity.
