The establishment of a low-cost and facile approach for the assay of acid phosphatase(ACP)and its inhibitor is a research *** this paper,we successfully synthesized NiCo_(2)O_(4)nanosheets with peroxidase-mimicking activity in alkaline deep eutectic solvents(DESs)composed of NaOH and PEG-200,which can catalyze 3,3',5,5'-tetramethylbenzidine(TMB)to the oxidation state TMB(ox-TMB)in the presence of *** to L-ascorbic acid-2-phosphate can be hydrolyzed into ascorbic acid by ACP,the peroxidase-like activity of NiCo_(2)O_(4)nanosheets is ***,the addition of malathion,an inhibitor of ACP,can inhibit the activity of ACP and thus limit the production of ascorbic acid(AA).Therefore,a colorimetric approach can be established for highly sensitive and selective detection of ACP and malathion with detection limits of 0.032 U/L and 0.65 nmol/L,*** importantly,this method can be successfully applied to malathion detection in environmental samples tap water and food cucumber juice,indicating that it has potential application prospects in environmental and agricultural fields.

Transgenic food safety is a high-profile public health issue in worldwide, especially transgenic soybean (Glycine max L.) oil. To rapidly and effectively detect transgenic components of soybean oil, in the present study, we isolated DNA from transgenic soybean oil by modified method, and employed the multiplex PCR method to identify targeted genes, including CaMV35S promoter, Nos terminator, NPTII, CP4-EPSPS and endogenous gene Lectin. The research aims to build a method which is accurate, rapid and reliable for detection of genetically modified soybeans oil. The targeted gene including DNA was successfully established by the improved method, and then amplified by PCR. Five genes are simultaneously specifically detected. Commercial soybean, genetically modified soy bean and oil were detected with the Multiplex PCR. The improved method of DNA extraction was rapid and accurate to extract high quality total DNA which was amplified by PCR. The method could eliminate the PCR inhibitor. A way of detecting the genetically modified soybean and Oil was set up in this study.

In this work,we established an exceptionally facile method for the preparation of Ni-CeO_(2)nanorods in a kind of deep eutectic solvents(DESs)composed of l-proline and Ce(NO_(3))_(3)·6H_(2)***,Ni-CeO_(2)nanorods were successfully prepared by adding Ni(NO_(3))_(3)·6H_(2)O to ***,we found that Ni-CeO_(2)nanorods prepared in DESs have more prominent oxidase-like activity than pure CeO_(2).The outstanding catalytic activity of Ni-CeO_(2)could be ascribed to its high Ce^(3+)/Ce^(4+)*** a proof-of-concept application,the Ni-CeO_(2)nanorods were successfully acted as a colorimetric platform for the sensitive determination of ascorbic acid andα-glucosidase activity,which displays excellent analytical ***,this sensing platform was applied for screening naturalα-glucosidase inhibitors,such as terpenoids from natural *** results indicated that ursolic acid and oleanolic acid had good inhibitory *** strategy not only provides a new way to construct more kinds of nanomaterials from DESs,but also offers a facile and effective tool to screen theα-glucosidase natural inhibitors as potential anti-diabetic drugs.

Raohe honey (Honey in Raohe) is the only product which has obtained China’s national geographical mark for honey;however, it is always counterfeited by some producers due to its excellent quality. In this research, Raohe honey was identified by geographical sourcing, where the detection on 166 Raohe honey samples and 31 non-Raohe honey samples was conducted with Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry (ICP-MS). Additionally, the method of Primary Composite Analysis accomplished dimensionality reduction by transforming the abundance ratios variables of 13 isotopes to 4 primary composites, and could explain 91.17% of the total variables. There were five models: Decision Tree, Naive Bayes, Neural Network, Partial Least Square Discriminate and Support Vector Machine, built on the four new variables of primary composites with the Agilent MPP Software. The validation of the models was performed with 11 Raohe honey samples and 5 non-Raohe honey samples randomly selected. The accuracies of the Decision Tree and Support Vector Machine models were both 93.97%, and those of the Naive Bayes and Neural Network models were both 87.5%, while the contribution rate of the Partial Least Square Discriminate model was only 75%. It was concluded that the Decision Tree and Support Vector Machine models could be used for indentifying Raohe honey, and the Naive Bayes and Neural Network models could work as references, while the Partial Least Square Discriminate model was not suitable for identifying Raohe honey.

Study on Seawater Corrosion Resisting Properties ofAl-Mg-RE Alloy Gauze

The corrosion resistance of gauzes made of various materials, including Al-Mg-RE alloy with various RE contents, Al-Mg alloy, low-carbon steel and plastic, was evaluated and compared. The experimental methods used include immersion method, salt spray test, weight loss test, electrode potential analysis and metallographic method, etc. The corrosion resistance of Al-Mg-RE alloy gauzes in mediums such as running water, natural seawater, NaCl solution with various concentrations, 0.05 mol.L-1 Na2SO4 solution, and 10% H2SO4 solution etc., is superior to those of Al-Mg alloy gauzes made in either China or U.S.A., and much superior to those of gauzes made of low-carbon steel and plastic. The electrode potentials of the Al-Mg-RE alloy in both the natural seawater and 0.05 mol.L-1 Na2SO4 solution increase linearly with increasing RE content in the alloy. The microstructure in the Al-Mg-RE alloy has been refined and the shape of compounds has been obviously changed comparing with those in Al-Mg alloy without RE elements. AU these microstructural changes are favorable to the corrosion resistance of the alloy. The Al-Mg-RE alloy gauze may be used as a substitute for those made df Al-Mg alloy, low-carbon steel and plastic in moisture marine or industrial environment for better serviceability.

The biomagnesium alloys have been considered to be one of the most potential biodegradable metal materials due to its good mechanical compatibility, biological compatibility, biological security and biodegradable characteristics. However, the two major problems of high degradation rates in physiological environment and low mechanical properties prevent the development of biomagnesium alloys. In the present work, the samples of Mg-Zn-Y-Nd alloy were prepared by cyclic extrusion compression （CEC） and equal channel angular pressing （ECAP）. The microstructures, mechanical properties of alloy and its corrosion behavior in simulated body fluid （SBF） were evaluated. The results reveal that Mg-Zn-Y-Nd alloy consists of equiaxial fine grain structure with the homogeneous distribution of micrometer size and nano-sized second phase, which was caused by the dynamic recrystallization during the ECAP and CEC. The corrosion resistance of alloy was improved. The tensile and corrosion resistance were improved, especially the processed alloy exhibit uniform corrosion performances and decreased corrosion rate. This will provide theoretical ground for Mg-Zn-Y-Nd alloy as vascular stent application.

Effect of Methylene Blue (MB)-value of Manufactured Sand on the Durability of Concretes

The relation between the methylene blue （MB） value of MS and its limestone powder content and clay content was investigated. The effects of MB values ranging from 0.35 to 2.5 on the workability of fresh concrete, the mechanical properties, the resistance to freezing as well as the resistance to chlorine ion permeation of the hardened concrete were all investigated. The experimental results showed that the MB value had no correlation with the limestone powder content of MS, while it was directly related to the clay content. With an increase of MB value, concrete workability decreased, as did the flexural and 7-day compressive strengths, however, the 28-day compressive strength was not affected. Furthermore, influence of MB value on concretes of different strength levels was different. For low-strength concretes, an increase of MB value could improve its impermeability, but this was not the case for high-strength concretes. Instead, their resistance to chloride ion permeability decreased slightly. However, even a slight increase in MB value remarkably accelerated freeze-thaw damage of MS concrete. It was thus concluded that the critical MB value of 1.4 would not cause significant deterioration in the performance of MS concretes.

Hopf bifurcation inducing lasing without inversion has been analyzed by taking into account the effect of phase fluctuation in the driving field based on a closed three level ladder-type atomic model. It is shown that due to the phase fluctuation of the driving field, the necessary threshold increases significantly. Furthermore the area domain to get lasing without inversion decreases as the driving field's linewidth increases.
