The chronic viral hepatitis B is a public health problem and remains a global challenge with 350 million carriers of HBs antigen (HBsAg). The prevalence of HBsAg varies from one country or continent to another. In France, it is estimated to be 0.5%. In Morocco, the data are rare but some studies have estimated the prevalence to be 2.5%. Our aim is to estimate the prevalence of HBsAg among women who have recently given birth at the maternity CHU hassan ii of Morocco Fez, and to describe the epidemiological profile and risk factors for infection. In pregnancy, infection with hepatitis B virus (HBV) is dominated by the risk of mother to child transmission (vertical transmission), which can be avoided by serovaccination of the newborn. The search for HBsAg should be performed in all pregnant women.

Portal thrombosis (PT) is a rare condition of heterogeneous etiologies. The aim of our work is to study the epidemiological and etiological profile of portal thrombosis in non cirrhotic patients through the experience of our department. Patients and Methods: This is a retrospective study over a 9-year period (January 2009-July 2018), 54 cases of PT in non cirrhotic patients were collected in the department of Hepato-Gastro-Enterology of the hassan ii Fez Hospital, 73 cases of PT were excluded among cirrhotic patients. Results: We collected 54 cases of PT cases;the average age was 45 years, with an F/M ratio of 1.42. PT was revealed by abdominal pain in 20 cases, complications of portal hypertension in 24 cases, and ultrasound discovery in 10 asymptomatic cases. Main underlying causes of PT were: A proteine S deficiency in 7 cases, Acute pancreatitis in 5 cases, colonic cancer in 4 cases, pancreatic cancer in 4 cases, Hydatic liver Echinococcoses (3 cases), anti phospholipid syndrom (3 cases), myeloproliferative syndrom (2 cases) and jak mutation 2 in 1 case, non identified etiology was reported in 20 cases (37%). Treatment was based on anticoagulation, treatment of portal hypertension complications, and etiological treatment in cases where etiological diagnosis was certainly posed. Conclusion: PT is a rare but serious condition, according to our study neoplastic causes are predominant followed by protein S deficiency. Etiological investigations have to be wide and early treatment is the best option to avoid extension and complication.

Developing a cost-effective and environmentally friendly process for the production of valuable chemicals from abundant herbal biomass receives great attentions in recent ***,taking advantage of the“lignin first”strategy,corn straw is converted to valuable chemicals including lignin monomers,furfural and 5-methoxymethylfurfural via a two steps *** key of this research lies in the development of a green and low-cost catalytic process utilizing magnetic Raney Ni catalyst and high boiling point ethylene *** utilization of neat ethylene glycol as the sole slovent under atmospheric conditions obviates the need for additional additives,thereby facilitating the entire process to be conducted in glass flasks and rendering it highly convenient for scaling *** the initial step,depolymerization of corn straw lignin resulted in a monomer yield of 18.1 wt%.Subsequently,in a dimethyl carbonate system,the carbohydrate component underwent complete conversion in a one-pot process,yielding furfural and 5-methoxymethylfurfural as the primary products with an impressive yield of 47.7%.

We report on the temperature-dependent Schottky barrier in organic solar cells based on PTB7:*** ideality factor is found to increase with temperature decreasing,which is explained by a model in which the solar cell is taken as Schottky barrier ***,the dark current in the device originates from the thermally emitted electrons across the Schottky *** fittings obtained with the thermal emission theory are systematically studied at different *** is concluded that the blend/Ca/Al interface presents great inhomogeneity,which can be described by 2 sets of Gaussian distributions with large zero bias standard *** the decrease of temperature,electrons favor going across the Schottky barrier patches with lower barrier height and as a consequence the ideally factor significantly increases at low temperature.

Purpose–The purpose of this paper is to solve the capacitated location routing problem(CLRP),which is an NP-hard problem that involves making strategic decisions as well as tactical and operational decisions,using a hybrid particle swarm optimization(PSO)***/methodology/approach–PSO,which is a population-based metaheuristic,is combined with a variable neighborhood strategy variable neighborhood search to solve the ***–The algorithm is tested on a set of instances available in the literature and gave good quality solutions,results are compared to those obtained by other metaheuristic,evolutionary and PSO ***/value–Local search is a time consuming phase in hybrid PSO algorithms,a set of neighborhood structures suitable for the solution representation used in the PSO algorithm is proposed in the VNS phase,moves are applied directly to particles,a clear decoding method is adopted to evaluate a particle(solution)and there is no need to re-encode solutions in the form of particles after applying local search.

We use the Pair Approximation method to analyze the magnetic and magnetocaloric behaviors of diluted mixed spin SA=1 and spin SB=1/2 with the anisotropic Heisenberg model, on a cubic lattice with coordination number z=6. Our system is described in presence of an external magnetic field;the phase diagram and thermodynamic properties related to the concentration of magnetic atom(A or B) and the single ion anisotropy are constructed and *** attention is paid to magnetocaloric properties provided by isothermal entropy change as well as the cooling capacity. These cooling power keys are plotted and discussed as a function of interaction anisotropy and magnetic component concentration of two sublattices ions A and B. Numerical results show a double peak structure in the entropy change curve and the inverse magnetocaloric effect related to the presence of the negative single-ion anisotropy.

The future network world will be embedded with different generations of wireless technologies,such as 3G,4G and *** the same time,the development of new devices equipped with multiple interfaces is growing rapidly in recent *** a consequence,the vertical handover protocol is developed in order to provide ubiquitous connectivity in the heterogeneous wireless ***,by using this protocol,the users have opportunities to be connected to the Internet through a variety of wireless technologies at any time and *** main challenge of this protocol is how to select the best access network in terms of Quality of Service(QoS)for *** that,many algorithms have been proposed and developed to deal with the issue in recent ***,all existing algorithms permit only the selection of one access network from the available networks during the vertical handover *** cope with this problem,in this paper we propose a new approach based on k-partite ***,we introduce k-partite graph theory to model the vertical handover ***,the selection of the best path is performed by a robust and lightweight mechanism based on cost function and Dijkstra’s *** experimental results show that the proposed approach can achieve better performance of QoS than the existing algorithms for FTP traffic and video streaming.

The paper presents experimental investigation results of crack pattern change in cement pastes caused by external sulfate attack(ESA).To visualize the formation and development of cracks in cement pastes under ESA,an X-ray computed tomography(X-ray CT)was used,i e,the tomography system of Zeiss Xradia 510 *** results indicate that X-CT can monitor the development process and distribution characteristics of the internal cracks of cement pastes under ESA with attack *** addition,the C3A content in the cement significantly affects the damage mode of cement paste specimens during sulfate *** damage of ordinary Portland cement(OPC)pastes subjected to sulfate attack with high C3A content are severe,while the damage of sulfate resistant Portland cement(SRPC)pastes is much smaller than that of OPC ***,a quadratic function describes the correlation between the crack volume fraction and development depth for two cement pastes immermed in sulfate solution.
