The chronic viral hepatitis B is a public health problem and remains a global challenge with 350 million carriers of HBs antigen (HBsAg). The prevalence of HBsAg varies from one country or continent to another. In France, it is estimated to be 0.5%. In Morocco, the data are rare but some studies have estimated the prevalence to be 2.5%. Our aim is to estimate the prevalence of HBsAg among women who have recently given birth at the maternity CHU hassan II of Morocco Fez, and to describe the epidemiological profile and risk factors for infection. In pregnancy, infection with hepatitis B virus (HBV) is dominated by the risk of mother to child transmission (vertical transmission), which can be avoided by serovaccination of the newborn. The search for HBsAg should be performed in all pregnant women.

Portal thrombosis (PT) is a rare condition of heterogeneous etiologies. The aim of our work is to study the epidemiological and etiological profile of portal thrombosis in non cirrhotic patients through the experience of our department. Patients and Methods: This is a retrospective study over a 9-year period (January 2009-July 2018), 54 cases of PT in non cirrhotic patients were collected in the department of Hepato-Gastro-Enterology of the hassan II Fez Hospital, 73 cases of PT were excluded among cirrhotic patients. Results: We collected 54 cases of PT cases;the average age was 45 years, with an F/M ratio of 1.42. PT was revealed by abdominal pain in 20 cases, complications of portal hypertension in 24 cases, and ultrasound discovery in 10 asymptomatic cases. Main underlying causes of PT were: A proteine S deficiency in 7 cases, Acute pancreatitis in 5 cases, colonic cancer in 4 cases, pancreatic cancer in 4 cases, Hydatic liver Echinococcoses (3 cases), anti phospholipid syndrom (3 cases), myeloproliferative syndrom (2 cases) and jak mutation 2 in 1 case, non identified etiology was reported in 20 cases (37%). Treatment was based on anticoagulation, treatment of portal hypertension complications, and etiological treatment in cases where etiological diagnosis was certainly posed. Conclusion: PT is a rare but serious condition, according to our study neoplastic causes are predominant followed by protein S deficiency. Etiological investigations have to be wide and early treatment is the best option to avoid extension and complication.

The predisposition to stroke might involve interactive effects among variants in several *** tested this hypothesis by examining the influence of polymorphisms in methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase（MTHFR）（C677T） and prothrombin（F2）（G20210A） as risk factors for stroke in *** polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism methods were used to analyze DNA from 91 stroke patients and 182 *** between the two polymorphisms and the risk of stroke was estimated by four-level models for the analysis of genetic *** the MTHFR 677TT nor the F2 20210GA genotype showed any significant association compared to the MTHFR CC and F2 GG genotypes,*** interactive effect between the MTHFR 677TT and F2 20210GA polymorphisms showed an increased risk of *** odds ratios,in univariate and multivariate analysis,for the combined polymorphisms were 4.99（95% CI,1.75–14.2,P = 0.001） and 5.29（95% CI,1.63–17.1,P = 0.005）,respectively.

We report on the temperature-dependent Schottky barrier in organic solar cells based on PTB7:*** ideality factor is found to increase with temperature decreasing,which is explained by a model in which the solar cell is taken as Schottky barrier ***,the dark current in the device originates from the thermally emitted electrons across the Schottky *** fittings obtained with the thermal emission theory are systematically studied at different *** is concluded that the blend/Ca/Al interface presents great inhomogeneity,which can be described by 2 sets of Gaussian distributions with large zero bias standard *** the decrease of temperature,electrons favor going across the Schottky barrier patches with lower barrier height and as a consequence the ideally factor significantly increases at low temperature.

The present work is an analytical study of the influence of geometrical parameters, such as length, thickness and immersion of the plate, on the reflection coefficient of a regular wave for an immersed horizontal plate in the presence of a uniform current with the same direction as the propagation of the incident regular wave. This study was performed using the linearized potential theory with the evanescent modes while searching for complex roots to the dispersion equation that are neither pure real nor pure imaginary. The results show that the effects of the immersion and the relative length on the reflection coefficient of the plate are accentuated by the presence of the current, whereas the plate thickness practically does not have an effect if it is relatively small.

Distance estimation can be achieved by using active sensors or with the help of passive sensors such as *** stereo vision system is generally composed of two cameras to mimic the human binocular *** this paper,a Python-based algorithm is pro-posed to find the parameters of each camera,rectify the images,create the disparity maps and finally use these maps for distance *** using real-time im-ages,which were captured from our stereo vision system,of different obstacles posi-tioned at multiple distances(60-200 cm)prove the effectiveness of the proposed program and show that the calculated distance to the obstacle is relatively *** accuracy of distance measurement is up to 99.83%.The processing time needed to calculate the distance between the obstacle and the cameras is less than 0.355 s.

The aim of this paper is to propose a new way to deal with observability of systems governed by ODEs, in a more general setting than the standard output equation. The primary finding is that observability over a time horizon reduces to single-valuedness of the vertical section of a set we name the observability kernel. The latter consists of the viability kernel of the output domain under the augmented system. The approach may be used either for global or local observability, to which available results on single-valuedness of multifunctions shall be applied in order to get necessary and/or sufficient characterizing conditions. Several examples are provided in order to illustrate the method.
