Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT) was established in 1920 in harbin, Heilongjiang, China. In 1954, HIT became one of China’s first six leading universities. Presently HIT is a member of China’s top nine University Union (C9). It is a National Key University with science and engineering as its core and has developed with management, liberal arts, economy, law and other disciplines. This year HIT celebrates its 100th anniversary. HIT’s three campuses have graduated more than 300000 students.

Accelerating the development of students is the basic goal of postgraduate talent cultivation.The final research results,employment situation and satisfaction of postgraduate students with school education are more important indicators of the quality of talent cultivation in a university.For having a deeper understanding of the satisfaction of postgraduates in Harbin Institute of Technology(Weihai)in terms of motivation,tutor situation,management service and employment situation,a questionnaire survey was conducted on postgraduates.The survey results show that the overall satisfaction of postgraduates is high.In terms of studying motivation,most postgraduates think that their majors are more related to employment;in terms of professors,most of them can get along well with their professors and learn from the advantages of their professors;in terms of school management,they respond well to the"library",but think that the"dormitory"and"canteen"need further improvement;in terms of employment,most of postgraduates choose to be employed,while a few of them choose to further their studies,most of which have applied to study in domestic or foreign universities.

Graduate student recruitment publicity is a very important link in graduate student recruitment,the quality of students directly affects the quality of graduate education.Taking Harbin Institute of Technology(Weihai)as the research object,this paper analyzes the internal and external factors affecting the improvement of graduate student quality in the branch campus,and carries out the corresponding countermeasures,puts forward the propaganda strategy of all-round research and recruitment,and effectively improves the quality of graduate student in the branch campus.

NA-OR:A path optimization method for manipulators via node attraction and obstacle repulsion

This paper is concerned with the issue of path optimization for manipulators in multi-obstacle environments.Aimed at overcoming the deficiencies of the sampling-based path planning algorithm with high path curvature and low safety margin,a path optimization method,named NA-OR,is proposed for manipulators,where the NA(node attraction)and OR(obstacle repulsion)functions are developed to refine the path by iterations.In the iterations of path optimization,the node attraction function is designed to pull the path nodes toward the center of their neighbor nodes,thereby reducing the path curvature and improving the smoothness.Also,the obstacle repulsion function is developed to push the path nodes out of the potentially unsafe region by generating a repulsive torque on the path nodes,thus improving the safety margin of the motion.By introducing the effect of NAOR,the optimized path has a significant improvement in path curvature and safety margin compared with the initial path planned by Bi-RRT,which meaningfully enhances the operation ability of manipulators for the applications that give a strong emphasis on security.Experimental results on a 6-DOF manipulator in 4 scenarios demonstrate the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed method in terms of the path cost,safety margin,and path smoothness.

The transient and static anti-plane problem of a rigid line inclusion pulled out from an elastic medium is studied.The singular integral equation method is used to solve the stress field.Under the static load,the stress intensity factor(SIF)at the inclusion tips increases with the medium length.The problem becomes equivalent to an inclusion in a medium with an infinite length when the length of the medium is 3.5times longer than that of the inclusion.However,under the transient load,the maximum value of the SIF occurs when the medium length is about two times the inclusion length.Besides,the relation between the pull-out force and the anti-plane displacement is given.The conclusions are useful in guiding the design of fiber reinforced composite materials.

This paper is concerned with trajectory planning problems for UAVs operating near ground.Most existing studies focus on solving the problem of collision-free trajectory planning between pre-defined path points,but ignore the need of navigation method for UAVs working on specific operating surfaces in near-ground space.In this paper,a novel near-ground trajectory planning framework is proposed,where the hybrid voxel-surfel map is developed to model the environment with special attention to the uneven operating surface.To improve the frequency of updates,a probability-based surfel fusion method and a resolution adaptive adjustment method based on the fusion result are proposed in this paper.By using possibility information in the map,a path search method is established to generate the initial trajectory.The trajectory is then further optimized based on map gradient information to generate a final trajectory that tracks the specified operating surface according to the task requirements.Compared with existing methods,the multi-resolution hybrid voxel-surfel map proposed in this paper has advantages in terms of operating efficiency.A series of experiments in simulated and real scenarios validate the effectiveness of the proposed trajectory planning framework.

Triphenylmethane(tpm) derivatives(e.g. tpm CV) have threatened the safety of the aquatic environment due to the potential toxicity and carcinogenicity. In this study, the novel ultrasonic/persulfate/chlorite(US/S_(2)O_(8)^(2-)/ClO_(2)^(-)) oxidation process was developed for the effective removal of tpm CV in wastewater. The apparent non-integer kinetics( n around 1.20) of tpm CV degradation under different factors( R^(2)_(Adj) > 0.990) were investigated, respectively. Inhibiting effects of anions were greater than those of cations(except Fe(Ⅱ/Ⅲ)). The adding of micromolecule organic acids could regulate degradation towards positive direction. The double response surface methodology(RSM) was designed to optimize tpm CV removal process, and the acoustic-piezoelectric interaction was simulated to determine the propagation process of acoustic wave in the reactor. The possible degradation pathway was explored to mainly include carbonylation, carboxylation, and demethylation. The estimated effectivemean temperature at the bubble-water interface was calculated from 721 to 566 K after introducing the ClO_(2)^(-), however, the adsorption or partitioning capacity of tpm CV in the reactive zone was widened from 0.0218 to 0.0982. The proposed co-catalysis of US/S_(2)O_(8)^(2-)/ClO_(2)^(-)was based on the determined active species mainly including ClO_(2), SO_(4)·^(-), and ·OH. Compared with other US-based processes, the operating cost(3.97 $/m^(3)) of US/S_(2)O_(8)^(2-)/ClO_(2)^(-)with the EE/O value(16.8 k Wh/m^(3)) was relatively reduced.

This paper addresses the issue of safety in reinforcement learning(RL)with disturbances and its application in the safety-constrained motion control of autonomous robots.To tackle this problem,a robust Lyapunov value function(rLVF)is proposed.The rLVF is obtained by introducing a data-based LVF under the worst-case disturbance of the observed state.Using the rLVF,a uniformly ultimate boundedness criterion is established.This criterion is desired to ensure that the cost function,which serves as a safety criterion,ultimately converges to a range via the policy to be designed.Moreover,to mitigate the drastic variation of the rLVF caused by differences in states,a smoothing regularization of the rLVF is introduced.To train policies with safety guarantees under the worst disturbances of the observed states,an off-policy robust RL algorithm is proposed.The proposed algorithm is applied to motion control tasks of an autonomous vehicle and a cartpole,which involve external disturbances and variations of the model parameters,respectively.The experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of the theoretical findings and the advantages of the proposed algorithm in terms of robustness and safety.
