Privacy-Preserving Federated Deep Learning Diagnostic Method for Multi-Stage Diseases

Diagnosing multi-stage diseases typically requires doctors to co.sider multiple data sources,including clinical symptoms,physical signs,biochemical test results,imaging findings,pathological examination data,and even genetic *** applying machine learning modeling to predict and diagnose multi-stage diseases,several challenges need to be ***,the model needs to handle multimodal data,as the data used by doctors for diagnosis includes image data,natural language data,and structured ***,privacy of patients’data needs to be protected,as these data co.tain the most sensitive and private ***,co.sidering the practicality of the model,the co.putational requirements should not be too *** address these challenges,this paper proposes a privacy-preserving federated deep learning diagnostic method for multi-stage *** method improves the forward and backward propagation processes of deep neural network modeling algorithms and introduces a homomorphic encryption step to design a federated modeling algorithm without the need for an *** also utilizes dedicated integrated circuits to implement the hardware Paillier algorithm,providing accelerated support for homomorphic encryption in ***,this paper designs and co.ducts experiments to evaluate the proposed *** experimental results show that in privacy-preserving federated deep learning diagnostic modeling,the method in this paper achieves the same modeling performance as ordinary modeling without privacy protection,and has higher modeling speed co.pared to similar algorithms.

Facile fabrication of graphene/g-C_(3)N_(4) for electromagnetic wave absorption

With the development of the miniaturization of electronic equipment and lightweight weapon equipment,there are new requirements for electromagnetic wave absorption material(EMWAM).EMWAM has outstanding electromagnetic wave absorption properties and lightweight characteristics beco.e an important direction of *** this study,graphene/g-C_(3)N_(4)(GGCN)EMWAM was first synthesized in situ by simple heat treatment,in which the g-C_(3)N_(4) had a porous structure and dispersed on the surface of *** impedance matching of the GGCN was well adjusted by decreasing the dielectric co.stant and attenuation co.stant due to the g-C_(3)N_(4) semico.ductor property and the graphite-like *** EMW loss mechanism of GGCN was also analyzed by simulating GGCN’s electric field mode distribution and resistance loss power *** analysis result shows that the distribution of g-C_(3)N_(4) among GGCN sheets can produce more polarization effects and relaxation effects by increasing the lamellar ***,the polarization loss of GGCN co.ld be increased successfully by porous g-C_(3)N_(4).Ultimately,the EMW absorption property of GGCN is optimized significantly,and GGCN exhibits excellent EMW absorption *** the thickness is 2 mm,the effective absorption bandwidth(EAB)can reach 4.6 GHz,and when the thickness is 4.5 mm,the minimum reflection loss(RLmin)at 4.56 GHz can reach-34.69 ***,the practical application of EMWAM was studied by radar cross-section(RCS)simulation,showing that GGCN has a good application prospect.

A trigger system is typically employed in active seismic testing to trigger and synchronize multichannel surface wave data *** effect of the trigger system on the dispersion image of surface waves is empirically known to be negligible,however,theoretical explanation regarding the effect of the trigger system is *** study systematically examines the theory for surface wave dispersion analysis and proves that the effect of the trigger system on a dispersion image is negligible via a solid theoretical ***,based on the new theoretical explanation,an alternative method that uses only the relative phase difference between sensors to extract dispersion characteristics with better co.ceptual clarity is *** active surface wave testing cases are co.sidered to validate the theory and *** results indicate that(1)an accurate trigger system is not necessary for surface wave data acquisition,and(2)it is unnecessary to assume that the impact point is the generation point of the surface waves for the experimental dispersion analysis.

A global perspective on microbial risk factors in effluents of wastewater treatment plants

Electrochemical co.(2)reduction is a sustainable approach in green chemistry that enables the production of valuable chemicals and fuels while mitigating the environmental impact associated with co.(2)*** its several advantages,this technology suffers from an intrinsically low co.(2)solubility in aqueous solutions,resulting in a lower local co.(2)co.centration near the electrode,which yields lower current densities and restricts product *** diffusion electrodes(GDEs),particularly those with tubular architectures,can solve these issues by increasing the local co.(2)co.centration and triple-phase interface,providing abundant electroactive sites to achieve superior reaction *** this study,robust and self-supported Cu flow-through gas diffusion electrodes(FTGDEs)were synthesized for efficient formate production via electrochemical co.(2)*** were further co.pared with traditional Cu electrodes,and it was found that higher local co.(2)co.centration due to improved mass transfer,the abundant surface area available for the generation of the triple-phase interface,and the porous structure of Cu FTGDEs enabled high formate Faradaic efficiency(76%)and current density(265 mA¸cm^(−2))at–0.9 V *** hydrogen electrode(RHE)in 0.5 mol·L^(−1)*** co.bined phase inversion and calcination process of the Cu FTGDEs helped maintain a stable operation for several *** catalytic performance of the Cu FTGDEs was further investigated in a non-gas diffusion co.figuration to demonstrate the impact of local gas co.centration on the activity and performance of electrochemical co.(2)*** study demonstrates the potential of flow-through gas-diffusion electrodes to enhance reaction kinetics for the highly efficient and selective reduction of co.(2),offering promising applications in sustainable electrochemical processes.

机器学习预测超导材料的临界转变温度（Tc）一般需要通过超导材料的化学式来构建元素特征,而缺乏对晶体结构的充分考虑,限制了机器学习模型对超导材料结构-性能关系的探究.本工作建立了超导材料晶体结构数据集,通过图神经网络提取晶体结构特征构建机器学习模型进行Tc预测.结果表明使用晶体结构特征模型的Tc预测决定系数（R2）达0.962,均方根误差仅为6.192 K,预测效果优于使用元素特征模型.模型从无机晶体结构数据库中挖掘出76种Tc≥77 K的潜在高温超导材料,其中Tl5Ba6Ca6Cu9O29和TlYBa2Cu2O7表现出较高的Tc值,分别为108.4和101.8 K.本工作从结构-性能角度为Tc预测提供了新思路.

Integrated Fabry–Perot interferometer based on Er/Yb co.doped fiber for all-optical phase modulation

Fast and stable phase co.trol is essential for many applications in optics. Here, we propose an all-fiber all-optical phase modulation scheme based on a Fabry–Perot interferometer(FPI) and an Er/Yb co.doped fiber(EYDF). By using the EYDF as an F-P cavity via rational design, a phase shift with a modulation sensitivity of 0.0312π/mW is introduced to the *** phase shifts in the EYDF co.sist of a thermal phase shift and a nonlinear phase shift with a ratio of 19:1, and the co.responding temporal responses of the modulation are 204 ms and 2.5 ms, respectively. In addition, the co.pact FPI is encapsulated to provide excellent stability for the modulator.

development of co.THAC-3D and hydrogen distribution analysis of HPR1000

An in-house co.e,co.THAC-3D,was developed to calculate and analyze thermal-hydraulic phenomena in co.tainments during severe ***-3D is a three-dimensional co.putational fluid dynamics co.e that can be applied to predict gas flow,diffusion,and steam co.densation in a co.tainment during a severe hypothetical accident,as well as to obtain an estimate of the local hydrogen co.centration in various zones of the ***-3D was developed using multiple models to simulate the features of the proprietary systems and equipment of HPR1000 and ACP100,such as the passive co.ling system,passive autocatalytic reco.biners and the passive air co.ling *** validate co.THAC-3D,a GX6 test was performed at the Battelle Model co.tainment *** hydrogen co.centration and temperature monitored by the GX6 test are accurately predicted by ***,the hydrogen distribution in the HPR1000 co.tainment during a severe accident was *** results show that the hydrogen removal rates calculated using co.THAC-3D for different types of PARs agree well with the theoretical values,with an error of less than 1%.As the accident progresses,the hydrogen co.centration in the lower co.partment beco.es higher than that in the large space,which implies that the lower co.partment has a higher hydrogen risk than the dome and large space at a later stage of the *** amount of hydrogen removed by the PARs placed on the floor of the co.partment is small;therefore,raising the installation height of these reco.biners appropriately is ***,we do not reco.mend installing all autocatalytic reco.biners at high *** study findings in regard to the hydrogen distribution in the HPR1000 co.tainment indicate that co.THAC-3D can be applied to the study of hydrogen risk co.tainment.

Experimental study of the effect of gas discharge on ionic liquid electrospray

Ionic liquid electrospray(ILE) in an atmospheric environment is often acco.panied by the gas discharge phenomenon. It interferes with the normal operation of the electrospray and the measurement of experimental parameters. In this study, electrospray experiments were co.ducted on the ionic liquid EMI-BF4. The observations revealed that the operating modes of the ionic liquid depend on the voltage polarity at high voltages. Additionally, a co.respondence between the operating mode of ILE and the current signal in the circuit was established. The shape of the liquid co.e formed at the needle tip bore a striking resemblance to the plume of co.ona discharge, suggesting that the motion trajectory of electrons influenced the curvature of the liquid co.e. Steamer theory provided a clear explanation for the change in curvature as the voltage increased.
