Evolution Law for Products' Components:A Result for Mass Customization Manufacture

To forecast exactly the key components＇ quantities needed for the mass customization in complex machine manufac-turing,a weighted acyclic networks directed model is constructed,and the power-law distribution of the topological properties for the networks is mined,which makes the relationship between the sum quantities of products and components as well as the relationship between the sum quantities of products and key components clear. The conclusion is that it is an equilibrium network if the time-scale is short and it is a non-equilibrium network if the time-scale is long. As for the evolution law for the components in the mass customiza-tion process,the exponent for equilibrium networks is 0.99 and the exponent for non-equilibrium networks is 1.36.

To solve the problem of attitude synchronization control for spacecraft formation flying(SFF)suffering from external disturbances under a directed communication topology,a sliding mode disturbance observer(SMDO)based on the finite-time control strategy is developed to observe the time-varying external disturbance via estimating the upper bound of its first ***,the rotation matrix is employed to describe the attitude of SFF for the purpose of the avoidance of singularity and unwinding *** for the attitude synchronization and the tracking control architecture,a sliding mode surface(SMS)is given such that the control objective can be *** effectiveness and the validity of the proposed method are elaborated via theoretical analysis and numerical simulations.

The Administration publicity for government reform in China has drawn attention to society. There is great progress on the construction of administration publicity in recent years, but there are some problems existed. The paper starts from the situation on administration publicity including its problems and difficulties, through academic analysis, finds the cause of the problem. Based on the findings, the paper suggests that deepen of government reform is the main driven for accelerating the process of administration publicity. Meanwhile, we should change the cognition on administration publicity and understand the importance of transparency on public affairs. By the construction of related mechanism and regulations, it will be effective to improve the standardization and systematic process of administration publicity.

The effects of 5 lactic acid bacteria(LAB)fermentation on the pasting properties of glutinous rice flour were compared,and suitable fermentation strains were selected based on the changes of viscosity,setback value,and breakdown value to prepare LAB compound starter *** results revealed that Latilactobacillus sakei HSD004 and Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus HSD005 had apparent advantages in increasing the viscosity and reducing the setback and breakdown values of glutinous rice *** particular,the compound starter created using the two abovementioned LAB in the ratio of 3:1 had better performance than that using a single LAB in improving the pasting properties and increasing the water and oil absorption capacity of glutinous rice ***,the gelatinization enthalpy of the fermented samples increased *** frozen glutinous rice dough stored for 28 days,the viscoelasticity of frozen dough prepared by compound starter was better than that of control dough,and the freezable water content was lower than that of control *** results indicate that compound LAB fermentation is a promising technology in the glutinous rice-based food processing industry,which has significance for its application.

High-energy diets and lipid metabolism can lead to high levels of total cholesterol,a decrease in antioxidant,enzyme activity,and an increase in oxidative stress and dyslipidemia *** this study,the in vivo antihyperlipidemic and antioxidant effects of 1,3-dioleoyl-2-palmitoyl triglyceride(OPO)using a high fat-diet model were *** mice were divided into groups including high-fat model group(HF),auxiliary group(AG),positive Control group(PC),low OPO dose group(LO),medium OPO dose group(MO)and high *** was administrated to 60 hyperlipidemia induced male Kunming mice at the dosage of 200,400 and 800 mg/kg•d body weight,for 35 *** results showed that the administration of OPO decreased the body weight from 43.92 g in HF to 37.74 g in HO group,liver index from 3.94%in HF to 3.43 in HO group and kidney index from 1.38 in HF%to 1.17%in HO *** administration of OPO significantly decreased hyperlipidemia mice's serum triglyceride,total cholesterol,and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol levels at P<***-density lipoprotein cholesterol levels were increased with reductions of visceral hypertrophy and fat accumulation in model ***,in the HO group,superoxide dismutase,catalase and glutathione peroxidase levels increased significantly by 27.39,38.33 and 22.90%at(P<0.05),*** also significantly reduced the enzyme activity of aspartate aminotransferase and alanine aminotransferase in serum at P<*** findings suggested that OPO has potential use in hyperlipidemia treatment and other health-related complications.

A new method for sloshing simulation in a sway tank is present, in which the two phase interface is treated as a physical discontinuity, which can be captured by a well-designed high order scheme. Based on Normalized Variable Diagram （NVD）, a high order discretization scheme with unstructured grids is realized, together with a numerical method for free surface flow with a fixed grid. This method is implemented in an in-house code General Transport Equation Analyzer （ GTEA ） which is an unstructured grids finite volume solver. The present method is first validated by available analytical solutions. A simulation for a 2-D rectangular tank at different excitation frequencies of the sway is carried out. A comparison with experimental data in literature and results obtained by commercial software CFX shows that the sloshing load on the monitor points agrees well with the experimental data, with the same grids, and the present method gives better results on the secondary peak. It is shown that the present method can simulate the free surface overturning and breakup phenomena.

This paper mainly describes the influence factors of the captured energy power by huge wave energy harvesters, in which the vertical motion of buoy can transform ocean’s potential energy into piezoelectric energy power by undulating waves. Firstly, related environmental coefficients are analyzed by means of the incident wave theory. Besides, the geometric structural parameters are also analyzed and compared under optimal environmental coefficients with semi-analytical solutions. Thirdly, the numerical results also show the impact trend of hydrodynamic parameters and geometric volume on motion, voltage and power with qualitative agreement. The numerical simulation confirms that the improved structure parameters could markedly deliver sufficient power under the same conditions with long-time stability.

Safety assessment is one of important aspects in health *** safety assessment for practical systems,three problems exist:lack of observation information,high system complexity and environment *** rule base with attribute reliability(BRB-r)is an expert system that provides a useful way for dealing with these three *** BRB-r,once the input information is unreliable,the reliability of belief rule is influenced,which further influences the accuracy of its output belief *** the other hand,when many system characteristics exist,the belief rule combination will explode in BRB-r,and the BRB-r based safety assessment model becomes too complicated to be ***,in this paper,to balance the complexity and accuracy of the safety assessment model,a new safety assessment model based on BRB-r with considering belief rule reliability is developed for the first *** the developed model,a new calculation method of the belief rule reliability is proposed with considering both attribute reliability and global ***,to reduce the influence of uncertainty of expert knowledge,an optimization model for the developed safety assessment model is constructed.A case study of safety assessment of liquefied natural gas(LNG)storage tank is conducted to illustrate the effectiveness of the new developed model.

As the huge computation and easily trapped local optimum in remanufacturing closed-loop supply chain network (RCSCN) design considered, a genetic particle swarm optimization algorithm was proposed. The total cost of closed-loop supply chain was selected as fitness function, and a unique and tidy coding mode was adopted in the proposed algorithm. Then, some mutation and crossover operators were introduced to achieve discrete optimization of RCSCN structure. The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can gain global optimal solution with good convergent performance and rapidity. The computing speed is only 22.16 s, which is shorter than those of the other optimization algorithms.
